< Psalms 108 >

1 [A Song. A Psalm by David.] My heart is steadfast, God. I will sing and I will make music with my soul.
Dawid dwom. Ao Onyankopɔn, mʼakoma atɔ me yam; mede me kra nyinaa bɛto wʼayɛyie dwom.
2 Wake up, harp and lyre. I will wake up the dawn.
Monyane, sankuo ne bɛnta! Mɛnyane anɔpahema.
3 I will give thanks to you, LORD, among the nations. I will sing praises to you among the peoples.
Ao Awurade, mɛkamfo wo wɔ aman no mu; mɛto wo ho dwom wɔ nnipa no mu.
4 For your loving kindness is great above the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
Wʼadɔeɛ so, ɛkorɔn sene ɔsoro; wo nokorɛdie duru ewiem.
5 Be exalted, God, above the heavens. Let your glory be over all the earth.
Ao Onyankopɔn, ɛsɛ sɛ wɔma wo so tra ɔsoro, na ama wʼanimuonyam aba asase nyinaa so.
6 That your beloved may be delivered, save with your right hand, and answer us.
Fa wo nsa nifa gye yɛn na boa yɛn, na ama wɔn a wodɔ wɔn no anya nkwa.
7 God has spoken from his sanctuary: "In triumph, I will divide Shechem, and measure out the Valley of Succoth.
Onyankopɔn akasa afiri ne kronkronbea sɛ, “Nkonim mu na mɛkyɛ Sekem mu na masusu Sukot Bɔnhwa.
8 Gilead is mine. Manasseh is mine. Ephraim also is my helmet. Judah is my scepter.
Gilead yɛ me dea; Manase nso saa ara; Efraim yɛ me dadeɛ kyɛ, Yuda yɛ mʼahempoma.
9 Moab is my wash pot. I will toss my sandal on Edom. I will shout in triumph over Philistia."
Moab yɛ me dwaresɛn, Edom so na meto me mpaboa guo; Filistia so na mebɔ ose.”
10 Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who has led me to Edom?
Hwan na ɔde me bɛkɔ kuropɔn a wɔabɔ ho ban no mu? Hwan na ɔbɛdi mʼanim akɔ Edom?
11 Haven't you rejected us, God? You do not go forth, God, with our armies.
Ao Onyankopɔn, ɛnyɛ wo na woapo yɛn? Wo ne yɛn nsraadɔm renkɔ ɔsa bio anaa?
12 Give us help against the enemy, for the help of man is vain.
Boa yɛn tia ɔtamfoɔ no, na ɔdasani mmoa nka hwee.
13 Through God, we will do valiantly. For it is he who will trample down our enemies.
Onyankopɔn wɔ yɛn afa yi, yɛbɛdi nkonim, na ɔbɛtiatia yɛn atamfoɔ so.
