< Yochanan 20 >
1 Now on the first day of the week, Miriam from Magdala went early, while it was still dark, to the tomb, and saw the stone taken away from the tomb.
Le Kɔsiɖagbe ŋdi kanya, esi xexea me mekɔ vɔ tututu o la, Maria si tso Magdala la yi yɔdo la gbɔ, eye wòkpɔ be womli kpe si nɔ yɔdo la nu la ɖa.
2 Therefore she ran and came to Shim'on Peter, and to the other talmid whom Yeshua loved, and said to them, "They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have put him."
Eƒu du yi Simɔn Petro kple nusrɔ̃la ma si Yesu lɔ̃ vevie la gbɔ, eye wògblɔ na wo be, “Wova ɖe Aƒetɔ la ƒe kukua le yɔdo la me, eye míenya afi si wokɔe yi ɖada ɖo o!”
3 Therefore Peter and the other talmid went out, and they went toward the tomb.
Ale Petro kple nusrɔ̃la ma si Yesu lɔ̃ la tso kpla yi ɖe yɔdo la gbɔ.
4 They both ran together. The other talmid outran Peter, and came to the tomb first.
Wo ame eve la nɔ du ƒum, gake nusrɔ̃la kemɛ la ƒu du gbɔ Petro ŋu hetre yɔdo la gbɔ ɖoɖo.
5 Stooping and looking in, he saw the linen cloths lying, yet he did not enter in.
Ebɔbɔ kpɔ yɔdo la me, ke ekpɔ ameɖivɔ la le yɔdo la me, gake mege ɖe eme o.
6 Then Shim'on Peter came, following him, and entered into the tomb. He saw the linen cloths lying,
Simɔn Petro hã va ɖo, eye wòge ɖe yɔdo la me. Eya hã kpɔ avɔ ɣi ƒuƒlu la le anyigba,
7 and the cloth that had been on his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but rolled up in a place by itself.
kple taku si wotsɔ bla Yesu ƒe tae la; woxatsae nyuie tsɔ da ɖe yɔdo la ƒe axadzi.
8 So then the other talmid who came first to the tomb also entered in, and he saw and believed.
Nusrɔ̃la ma si ɖo yɔdo la gbɔ gbã la hã ge ɖe eme mlɔeba. Ekpɔe, eye wòxɔe se be, etsi tsitre vavã.
9 For as yet they did not know the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead.
(Elabena va se ɖe ɣe ma ɣi hã la, womese egɔme le mawunya me be Yesu atsi tsitre tso ame kukuwo dome o.)
10 So the talmidim went away again to their own homes.
Azɔ nusrɔ̃lawo trɔ yi aƒe me.
11 But Miriam was standing outside at the tomb weeping. So, as she wept, she stooped and looked into the tomb,
Ke Maria tɔ ɖe yɔdo la to nɔ avi fam. Esi wònɔ avi fam la, ebɔbɔ be yeakpɔ yɔdo la me ɖa,
12 and she saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head, and one at the feet, where the body of Yeshua had lain.

13 They told her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have put him."
Wobiae be, “Nyɔnu, nu ka ta nèle avi fam ɖo?” Eɖo eŋu na wo be, “Wokɔ nye Aƒetɔ la dzoe, eye nyemenya afi si wokɔe da ɖo o.”
14 When she had said this, she turned around and saw Yeshua standing, and did not know that it was Yeshua.
Enye kɔ kpɔ megbe, eye wòkpɔ Yesu wònɔ tsitre ɖe emegbe, gake menya be Yesue o.
15 Yeshua said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you looking for?" She, supposing him to be the gardener, said to him, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will take him away."
Yesu biae be, “Nyɔnu, nu ka ta nèle avi fam ɖo? Ame ka dim nèle?” Maria bu be eyae nye abɔdzikpɔla, eya ta wòɖo eŋu nɛ be, “Aƒetɔ, nenye wòe va kɔe le afi sia la, gblɔ afi si nèkɔe da ɖo la nam be mayi aɖakɔe.”
16 Yeshua said to her, "Miriam." She turned and said to him in Hebrew, "Rabboni." which is to say, "Teacher."
Yesu yɔe be, “Maria!” Enumake Maria trɔ ɖe Yesu ŋu, eye wòyɔe le Hebrigbe me be, “Raboni!” (si gɔmee nye “Nufiala”).
17 Yeshua said to her, "Do not touch me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers, and tell them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'"
Yesu gblɔ nɛ be, “Mègaka asi ŋunye o, elabena nyemetrɔ yi Fofo la gbɔ haɖe o. Yi nɔvinyewo gbɔ ne nàgblɔ na wo be meyina ɖe Fofonye kple miawo hã Fofo, nye Mawu kple miawo hã ƒe Mawu gbɔ.”
18 Miriam from Magdala came and told the talmidim, "I have seen the lord," and that he had said these things to her.
Maria Magdalatɔ la yi nusrɔ̃lawo gbɔ, eye wògblɔ na wo be, “Mekpɔ Aƒetɔ la,” eye wògblɔ nya siwo Yesu gblɔ nɛ la na wo.
19 When therefore it was evening, on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were locked where the talmidim were, for fear of the Jewish leaders, Yeshua came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace be to you."
Le Kɔsiɖa ma ƒe fiẽ me la, nusrɔ̃lawo ɣla wo ɖokuiwo ɖe xɔ me. Wotu ʋɔtru kple fesrewo katã elabena wonɔ vɔvɔ̃m na Yudatɔwo. Yesu va do ɖe wo dome, eye wògblɔ na wo be, “Ŋutifafa na mi.”
20 When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. The talmidim therefore were glad when they saw the Lord.
Esi wògblɔ esia la, etsɔ eƒe asiwo kple axadame fia wo. Nusrɔ̃lawo kpɔ dzidzɔ manyagblɔ aɖe esi wokpɔ Aƒetɔ la.
21 Yeshua therefore said to them again, "Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you."
Yesu gagblɔ na wo be, “Ŋutifafa na mi. Abe ale si Fofo la dɔm ene la, nenema nye hã mele mia dɔm.”
22 When he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Ruach ha-Kodesh.
Le esia megbe la, egbɔ ɖe wo dzi, eye wògblɔ be, “Mixɔ Gbɔgbɔ Kɔkɔe la.
23 Whoever's sins you forgive, they are forgiven them. Whoever's sins you retain, they have been retained."
Ne mietsɔ ame aɖe ƒe nu vɔ̃wo kee la, ekpɔ tsɔtsɔke; ne mietsɔe ke ame aɖe o la, makpɔ tsɔtsɔke o.”
24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Yeshua came.
Toma, nusrɔ̃la wuieveawo dometɔ ɖeka (si wogayɔna be Didymus) la menɔ nusrɔ̃lawo dome hafi Yesu va o.
25 The other talmidim therefore said to him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe."
Esi wòva la, nusrɔ̃la mamlɛawo gblɔ nɛ be, “Míekpɔ Aƒetɔ la.” Ke Toma gblɔ na wo be, “Va se ɖe esime metsɔ nye asibidɛ ƒo ɖe eƒe gatagbadzɛbiawo me, eye metsɔ nye asi ƒo ɖe abi si le axadame nɛ me la, nyemaxɔe se o.”
26 After eight days again his talmidim were inside, and Thomas was with them. Yeshua came, the doors being locked, and stood in the midst, and said, "Peace be to you."
Anɔ abe ŋkeke enyi megbe ene la, nusrɔ̃lawo gaƒo ƒu ɖe xɔ me, tu ʋɔ ɖe wo ɖokuiwo nu, eye Toma hã nɔ wo dome. Togbɔ be ʋɔtruawo nɔ tutu hã la, Yesu va tsi tsitre ɖe wo dome, eye wògblɔ be, “Ŋutifafa na mi.”
27 Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here, and observe my hands. Reach out your hand, and put it into my side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing."
Emegbe la, egblɔ na Toma be, “Tsɔ wò asibidɛ ƒo ɖe afi sia; kpɔ nye asiwo ɖa. Tsɔ wò asi de nye axadame. Dzudzɔ ɖikeke, eye nàxɔe se.”
28 Thomas answered and said to him, "My Lord and my God."
Toma gblɔ be, “Nye Aƒetɔ kple nye Mawu!”
29 Yeshua said to him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, and have believed."
Yesu gblɔ nɛ be, “Esi nèkpɔm la, èxɔe se, ke woayra ame siwo mekpɔm o, gake woxɔ dzinye se.”
30 Therefore Yeshua did many other signs in the presence of his talmidim, which are not written in this book;
Yesu wɔ nukunu kple dzesi geɖewo le nusrɔ̃lawo ƒe ŋkume, esiwo womeŋlɔ ɖe agbalẽ sia me o.
31 but these are written, that you may believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name.
