< Yochanan 19 >
1 So Pilate then took Yeshua, and flogged him.
Basa, ma hofernor Pilatus denu soldꞌadꞌu nara reu liꞌu Yesus rendiꞌ tali fifilot.
2 The soldiers twisted thorns into a crown, and put it on his head, and dressed him in a purple garment.
Soldꞌadꞌu naa ra o haꞌi rala hau manggouꞌ a longgen de hano dadꞌi soloꞌ. De ara tendes solo manggouꞌ naa neu Yesus langgan, de tao raꞌamiminaꞌ, onaꞌ ara rae soꞌu mane feuꞌ rendiꞌ solo panggat. Boe ma ara olu Yesus rendiꞌ badu naruꞌ esa dulan mbilas maranggeoꞌ onaꞌ maneꞌ ra biasa pake. Boe ma ara raꞌaꞌeꞌeiꞌ E rae, “Sodꞌaꞌ, atahori Yahudi ra manen!” Ara o mbasa raꞌamiminaꞌe E boe.
3 And they kept coming up to him and saying, "Greetings, King of the Jews." and they struck him with their hands.
4 Then Pilate went out again, and said to them, "Look, I am bringing him out to you, that you may know that I find no basis for a charge against him."
5 Then Yeshua came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple garment. And he said to them, "Look, here is the man."
Leleꞌ Yesus dea neu, Ana pake solo manggouꞌ a, ma badu naruꞌ dula mbilas maranggeoꞌ a. De hofernor nafadꞌe neu atahori naa ra nae, “Mita dei! Ia Eni, Atahori naa ena.”
6 When therefore the chief cohanim and the officers saw him, they shouted, saying, "Crucify. Crucify." Pilate said to them, "Take him yourselves, and crucify him, for I find no basis for a charge against him."
Leleꞌ malangga agama Yahudi ra malangga nara ma atahori mana ranea rita Yesus, ara nggasi randaa rae, “Tati misa E leo! Mbaku E neu hau ngganggeꞌ a!” Te hofernor a nafadꞌe mbali se nae, “Ona bee naa hei mana mendi E fo tao misa E sia hau ngganggeꞌ a. Huu au nda hambu salan saa-saa nandaa no hukun mate sa.”
7 The Jewish leaders answered him, "We have a law, and by that law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God."
Atahori Yahudi ra rataa rae, “Hai miꞌena hohoro-lalaneꞌ mana onda mia Lamatualain. Tungga hohoro-lalaneꞌ naa, atahori ia musi mate, huu ana soꞌu aon dadꞌi Lamatualain Anan.”
8 When therefore Pilate heard this saying, he was more afraid.
Leleꞌ hofernor rena oꞌola nara, boe ma ana bau namatau.
9 He entered into the Praetorium again, and said to Yeshua, "Where are you from?" But Yeshua gave him no answer.
Basa de ana baliꞌ nisiꞌ soldꞌadꞌu ra ume nanean rala, ma natane Yesus nae, “Ho ia, atahori bees?” Te Yesus nda nataa e sa.
10 Pilate therefore said to him, "Are you not speaking to me? Do you not know that I have power to release you, and have power to crucify you?"
Boe ma hofernor bua E nae, “Woih? Taꞌo bee de nda mutaa au sa? Bubꞌuluꞌ ena, to? Au ia, uꞌena koasa fo fee nggo mate, do, mboꞌi nggo boe.”
11 Yeshua answered, "You would have no power at all against me, unless it were given to you from above. Therefore he who delivered me to you has greater sin."
Boe ma Yesus nataa nae, “Taꞌo ia, pak. Mete ma pak muꞌena koasa onaꞌ naa, na pak hambu koasa naa mia Lamatualain sia sorga. Huu akaꞌ Eni mesaꞌ ne, mana nanggoloꞌ pak fo tao taꞌo bee neu Au. Te atahori mana fee Au neu pak, sira mana lemba salaꞌ beran seli fai.”
12 At this, Pilate was seeking to release him, but the Jewish leaders shouted, saying, "If you release this man, you are not Caesar's friend. Everyone who makes himself a king speaks against Caesar."
Eniꞌ a leleꞌ naa, hofernor sangga dalaꞌ fo mboꞌi hendi Yesus. Te atahori Yahudi ra nggasi randaa rae, “Mete ma pak mboꞌi hendi Atahori ia, naa natudꞌu oi pak nda mane Keser monaeꞌ a nonoon sa. Huu atahori mana soꞌu aon dadꞌi maneꞌ labꞌan Keser.”
13 When Pilate therefore heard these words, he brought Yeshua out, and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called "The Pavement," but in Hebrew, "Gabbatha."
Dadꞌi leleꞌ hofernor rena ara olaꞌ raꞌo naa, ma ana fee Yesus dea neu. De ana endoꞌ neu mana nggero-furi a kadꞌeran, sia mamanaꞌ esa ara babae naran oi, “Rae moo loaꞌ mia Fatu Bebꞌelaꞌ”. (Sia dedꞌea Aram na naran, Gabata.)
14 Now it was the Preparation Day of the Passover, at about noon. He said to the Jewish leaders, "Look, here is your King."
Faiꞌ naa, Fai Sadꞌia fefeta Paska. Mbei ma reorendun, ma hofernor nafadꞌe atahori Yahudi ra nae, “Mete leo! Eni, hei manem!”
15 They shouted, "Away with him. Away with him. Crucify him." Pilate said to them, "Shall I crucify your King?" The chief cohanim answered, "We have no king but Caesar."
Te ara nggasi rahereꞌ rae, “Mendi E dea nema! Tao isa E leo! Mbaku E neu hau ngganggeꞌ a!” Hei masud ma, au musi tati isa hei mane ma ia, do?” Basa ma malangga agama Yahudi ra malangga nara rataa rae, “Hai manem akaꞌ esaꞌ a, naeni Keser! Nda hambu laen sa ena!”
16 So then he delivered him to them to be crucified. So they took Yeshua.
17 And he went out, carrying the cross himself, to the place called "The Place of a Skull," which is called in Hebrew, "Golgotha,"
Boe ma Ana lemba nala hau ngganggen de dea nema mia kota. Ara risiꞌ mamanaꞌ esa, naran “Mamana Langga Ruiꞌ”. (Sia sira dedꞌea Aram, mamanaꞌ naa naran, Golgota.)
18 where they crucified him, and with him two others, on either side one, and Yeshua in the middle.
Losa naa, ma ara mbaku Yesus neu hau ngganggeꞌ esa. Ara tao taꞌo naa neu atahori laen rua boe.
19 Pilate wrote a title also, and put it on the cross. There was written, "YESHUA THE NAZOREAN, THE KING OF THE JEWS."
20 Therefore many Jews read this title, for the place where Yeshua was crucified was near the city; and it was written in Hebrew, in Latin, and in Greek.
Ara suraꞌ papaꞌ naa, rendiꞌ dedꞌeat telu. Naeni: dedꞌea Aram, dedꞌea Yunani, ma dedꞌea Latin. Atahori Yahudi hetar baca sia papaꞌ fo nenesuraꞌ naa, huu Yesus mamana mamaten naa, deka no kota Yerusalem.
21 The chief cohanim of the Jewish people therefore said to Pilate, "Do not write, 'The King of the Jews,' but, 'he said, I am King of the Jews.'"
Malole lenaꞌ suraꞌ mae, ‘Atahori ia oi eni, atahori Yahudi ra manen.’”
22 Pilate answered, "What I have written, I have written."
Dadꞌi hela neu leo!”
23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Yeshua, took his clothes and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also the tunic. Now the tunic was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
Leleꞌ soldꞌadꞌu ra mbaku Yesus neu hau ngganggeꞌ a, ma ara babanggi bua-baꞌun de mbedaꞌ neu mamana haa. Soldꞌadꞌu esa na hambu babanggiꞌ esa. Ma ara haꞌi rala badꞌu deaꞌ a fo nenetenu maꞌatemeꞌ mia ataꞌ losa raeꞌ, nda mana sooꞌ sa.
24 Then they said to one another, "Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it to decide whose it will be," that the Scripture might be fulfilled, which says, "They divided my clothes among themselves, and for my clothing they cast a lot." Therefore the soldiers did these things.
De ara ola-olaꞌ rae “Weh! Hita afiꞌ sika hendi badꞌun ia. Malole lenaꞌ, ata lea lot, fo tahine seka mana hambu e.” Naa tao natetu mana nenesuraꞌ sia Lamatualain Susura Meumaren oi, “Ara babanggi au bua-baꞌu ngga, boe ma ara lea lot fo hambu au badꞌu ngga.” Basa ma soldꞌadꞌu ra tao taꞌo naa.
25 But there were standing by the cross of Yeshua his mother, and his mother's sister, Miriam the wife of Cleopas, and Miriam from Magdala.
Sia naa, hambu inaꞌ hira rambariiꞌ. Naeni: Yesus maman, Yesus teꞌon, Klopas saon Maria, ma Maria mia kambo Magdala.
26 Therefore when Yeshua saw his mother, and the talmid whom he loved standing there, he said to his mother, "Woman, look, your son."
Yesus nita maman nambariiꞌ sia naa, naꞌabꞌue no ana mana tunggan fo Ana sueꞌ a, naeni au, Yohanis. De nafadꞌe maman nae, “Mama. Eni ia, mama anan.”
27 Then he said to the talmid, "Look, your mother." From that hour, the talmid took her to his own home.
Boe ma Ana nafadꞌe au nae, “Taꞌo ia. Leleꞌ ia, tao e dadꞌi mama ma leo!” Boe ma, eniꞌ a leleꞌ naa, Yesus maman leo no au.
28 After this, Yeshua, knowing that all things were now finished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, "I am thirsty."
Basa naa ma, Yesus bubꞌuluꞌ nae, Eni tao basa ue-tataon ena. Naa tao natetu basa saa fo Lamatualain Susura Meumaren suraꞌ memaꞌ mia fai maꞌahulun ena. Boe ma Ana nae, “Au uꞌumadꞌa ena.”
29 A vessel full of sour wine was set there; so they put a sponge full of the vinegar on hyssop, and held it at his mouth.
30 When Yeshua therefore had received the vinegar, he said, "It is finished." He bowed his head, and gave up his spirit.
Leleꞌ Yesus musi nala anggor a, ma Ana olaꞌ nae, “Basaꞌ e nateꞌe ena.” Boe ma langgan loe, ma etu hahaen neuꞌ ena boe.
31 Therefore the Jewish leaders, because it was the Preparation Day, so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a special one), asked of Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
Faiꞌ naa nandaa no fai kaliman. Tungga agama hohoro-lalanen, atahori Yahudi ra musi sadꞌia sia faiꞌ naa, fo mbilaꞌ neu na soru sira fai hule-oꞌen. Huu fai hule-oꞌeꞌ naa, fai malole. Dadꞌi atahori Yahudi ra malangga nara roꞌe hofernor fo denu atahori reu poko ratiku atahori mana sia hau ngganggeꞌ ra ei rui nara. No taꞌo naa, ara mate lai-lai, fo atahori lai-lai reu raꞌondaꞌ ao-sisi mamaten feꞌe fai.
32 Therefore the soldiers came, and broke the legs of the first, and of the other who was crucified with him;
De soldꞌadꞌu ra reu mia naa, poko ratikuꞌ atahori esa ei ruin. Basa naa, ma ratikuꞌ atahori esa fai ein. Karuaꞌ naa ra, naeni, atahori fo ara mbaku se ona esaꞌ ro Yesus.
33 but when they came to Yeshua, and saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs.
Te leleꞌ ara losa Yesus, ara rita E mate tebꞌe ena.
34 However one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.
Boe ma raaꞌ nandali ma oe a nandali dea nema.
35 He who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true. He knows that he tells the truth, that you may believe.
(Atahori esa mana nita mataꞌ naa, naeni au. Au ita basaꞌ e, ma au suraꞌ matetuꞌ sia ia. Huu au bubꞌuluꞌ saa fo au duiꞌ a, naa tebꞌe, naa fo ama bisa mimihere au oꞌola ngga.)
36 For these things happened, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, "A bone of him will not be broken."
Basa dalaꞌ ia dadꞌi, huu Lamatualain Susura Meumaren suraꞌ oi, “Eni rui nara, esa nda tiku sa boe.”
37 Again another Scripture says, "They will look on him whom they pierced."
Sia Susura Meumareꞌ a, hambu mamanaꞌ laen nenesuraꞌ oi, “Dei fo ara rita atahori fo ara mbau ralaꞌ a.”
38 After these things, Joseph of Arimateh, being a talmid of Yeshua, but secretly for fear of the Jewish leaders, asked of Pilate that he might take away the body of Yeshua. Pilate gave him permission. He came therefore and took away his body.
Hambu atahori esa, naran Yusuf, mia kambo Arimatea. Eni dadꞌi Yesus ana mana tunggan boe. Te ana tungga Yesus no naꞌafuniꞌ, huu namatau atahori Yahudi ra malangga nara. Hofernor simbo no maloleꞌ boe.
39 Nicodemus, who at first came to Yeshua by night, also came bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about seventy-five pounds.
Nikodemus neu namaloloꞌ no Yusuf boe. Eni fo fai maꞌahulun neu nandaa no Yesus tetembaꞌ. Ana hasa rambe naen seli, mbei ma kilo telu nulu telu (33 kilo), de ngganggari neu Yesus ao-sisi mamaten.
40 So they took the body of Yeshua, and bound it in linen cloths with the spices, according to Jewish burial practice.
Boe ma ara mboti Yesus ao-sisi mamaten rendiꞌ teme bangganaꞌus. Ara tao taꞌo naa, tungga atahori Yahudi ra hadꞌa-dalan neꞌoi atahori mates.
41 Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden. In the garden was a new tomb in which no one had ever yet been placed.
Naa, nda naꞌadꞌooꞌ mia mamanaꞌ fo Yesus mate a, hambu osi esa. Sia osi naa, atahori feꞌe paa basa rates esa na. Ara nda feꞌe tao rita mamates rala neu sia naa sa.
42 Then because of the Jewish Preparation Day (for the tomb was nearby) they put Yeshua there.
Leleꞌ naa, atahori Yahudi ra fai nehehere nara fo soru sira fai hule-oꞌen naeꞌ a basa ena. Naa de ara mbedaꞌ Yesus ao-sisi mamaten neu rates naa, huu mamanaꞌ naa, nda naꞌadꞌooꞌ sa.
