< Isaiah 56 >
1 Thus says the LORD, "Keep justice, and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
Yei ne deɛ Awurade seɛ: “Monkɔ so mmu atɛntenenee na monyɛ deɛ ɛyɛ, ɛfiri sɛ me nkwagyeɛ abɛn na ɛrenkyɛre me tenenee bɛda adi.
2 Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast; who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil."
Nhyira nka onipa a ɔyɛ yeinom, onipa a ɔkura mu denden: deɛ ɔkae Homeda na ɔyɛ no kronkron, na ɔkame ne ho firi bɔneyɛ ho.”
3 Neither let the foreigner, who has joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, "The LORD will surely separate me from his people"; neither let the eunuch say, "Look, I am a dry tree."
Mma ɔnanani a ɔde ne ho ama Awurade nka sɛ, “Ampa ara Awurade renkane me mfra ne nkurɔfoɔ mu.” Na opiani biara nso nwiinwii sɛ, “Meyɛ duawuiɛ.”
4 For thus says the LORD, "To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast my covenant:
Sei na Awurade seɛ, “Apiafoɔ a wɔkae me home nna, wɔn a wɔyɛ deɛ ɛsɔ mʼani na wɔkura mʼapam mu denden,
5 to them I will give in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
mɛma wɔn, wɔ mʼasɔredan ne ɛho afasuo no mu, nkaedeɛ ne edin a ɛkyɛn mmammarima ne mmammaa; mɛma wɔn edin a ɛbɛtena hɔ afebɔɔ, edin a ɛrentwam.
6 Also the foreigners who join themselves to the LORD, to minister to him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and holds fast my covenant;
Na ananafoɔ a wɔde wɔn ho ama Awurade sɛ wɔbɛsom no, sɛ wɔbɛdɔ Awurade din, na wɔasɔre no, wɔn a wɔkae Homeda na wɔyɛ no kronkron nyinaa, na wɔkura mʼapam mu denden;
7 even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples."
yeinom na mede wɔn bɛba me bepɔ kronkron no so na mama wɔn anigyeɛ wɔ me mpaeɛbɔ efie. Wɔn ɔhyeɛ afɔrebɔdeɛ ne afɔrebɔ ahodoɔ no, mɛgye wɔ mʼafɔrebukyia so; na wɔbɛfrɛ me fie beaeɛ a aman nyinaa bɔ mpaeɛ.”
8 The LORD, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, says, "Yet will I gather others to him, besides his own who are gathered."
Otumfoɔ Awurade, deɛ ɔboaboa Israel atukɔfoɔ ano no ka sɛ: “Mɛkɔ so aboaboa afoforɔ ano aka wɔn ho aka wɔn a maboa wɔn ano dada no ho.”
9 All you animals of the field, come to devour, all you animals in the forest.
Mommra, mo wiram mmoadoma nyinaa, mommɛdidi, mo kwaeɛm mmoa nyinaa!
10 His watchmen are blind, they are all without knowledge; they are all mute dogs, they can't bark; dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.
Israel awɛmfoɔ yɛ anifirafoɔ, wɔn mu biara nni nimdeɛ; wɔn nyinaa yɛ nkraman mum, wɔntumi mmobɔ mu; wɔdeda hɔ na wɔsoso daeɛ, nna yɛ wɔn dɛ.
11 Yes, the dogs are greedy, they can never have enough; and these are shepherds who can't understand: they have all turned to their own way, each one to his gain, from every quarter.
Wɔyɛ nkraman a wɔpɛ aduane yie; wɔnnidi mmee da. Wɔyɛ nnwanhwɛfoɔ a wɔnni nteaseɛ; wɔn nyinaa fa wɔn ɛkwan, obiara pɛ nʼankasa mfasoɔ.
12 "Come," say they, "I will get wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow shall be as this day, great beyond measure."
“Mommra,” obiara team sɛ, “momma me nsã! Momma yɛnnom nsaden mmoro! Na ɔkyena bɛyɛ sɛ ɛnnɛ, ebia ɛbɛsene ɛnnɛ koraa.”
