Hosea 1
1 The word of the LORD that came to Hosea the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel.
Vorto de la Eternulo, kiu aperis al Hoŝea, filo de Beeri, en la tempo de Uzija, Jotan, Aĥaz, kaj Ĥizkija, reĝoj de Judujo, kaj en la tempo de Jerobeam, filo de Joaŝ, reĝo de Izrael.
2 When the LORD spoke at the first by Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea, "Go, take for yourself a wife of prostitution and children of unfaithfulness; for the land commits great adultery, forsaking the LORD."
Kiam la Eternulo komencis paroli al Hoŝea, la Eternulo diris al Hoŝea: Iru, prenu al vi edzinon malĉastulinon kaj naskigu infanojn malĉastajn, ĉar la lando malĉastiĝis for de la Eternulo.
3 So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim; and she conceived, and bore him a son.
Kaj li iris, kaj prenis Gomeron, filinon de Diblaim; kaj ŝi gravediĝis kaj naskis al li filon.
4 The LORD said to him, "Call his name 'Jezreel,' for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel on the house of Jehu, and will cause the kingdom of the house of Israel to cease.
Kaj la Eternulo diris al li: Donu al li la nomon Jizreel; ĉar baldaŭ Mi punos pro la sango de Jizreel la domon de Jehu, kaj Mi metos finon al la regno de la domo de Izrael.
5 It will happen in that day that I will break the bow of Israel in the Valley of Jezreel."
En tiu tempo Mi rompos la pafarkon de Izrael en la valo Jizreel.
6 She conceived again, and bore a daughter. Then he said to him, "Call her name 'No Compassion,' for I will no longer have compassion on the house of Israel, that I should in any way pardon them.
Kaj ŝi denove gravediĝis kaj naskis filinon; kaj Li diris al li: Donu al ŝi la nomon Lo-Ruĥama; ĉar Mi ne plu kompatos la domon de Izrael, sed postulos de ili pagon.
7 But I will have mercy on the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, or by sword, or by battle, or by chariots, or by horses, or by horsemen."
Tamen la domon de Jehuda Mi kompatos, kaj Mi helpos al ili per la Eternulo, ilia Dio; Mi ne helpos al ili per pafarko, glavo, kaj batalo, nek per ĉevaloj kaj rajdantoj.
8 Now when she had weaned No Compassion, she conceived, and bore a son.
Kiam ŝi demamigis Lo-Ruĥaman, ŝi gravediĝis kaj naskis filon.
9 He said, "Call his name 'Not My People,' for you are 'Not my People' and I am 'Not your I AM.'
Kaj Li diris: Donu al li la nomon Lo-Ami; ĉar vi ne estas Mia popolo, kaj Mi ne estos por vi.
10 Yet the number of the children of Israel will be as the sand of the sea, which can't be measured nor numbered; and it will come to pass that, in the place where it was said to them, "You are 'Not My People,'" they will be called "Children of the Living God."
Tamen la nombro de la Izraelidoj estos kiel la sablo ĉe la maro, ne mezurebla kaj ne kalkulebla. Kaj sur la sama loko, kie estis dirite al ili: Vi ne estas Mia popolo, oni diros al ili: Infanoj de la vivanta Dio.
11 The people of Judah and the children of Israel will be gathered together, and they will appoint themselves one head, and will go up from the land; for great will be the day of Jezreel.
Kolektiĝos kune la idoj de Jehuda kaj la idoj de Izrael, kaj faros al si unu ĉefon, kaj iros el la lando; ĉar granda estos la tago de Jizreel.
