< Galatians 5 >

1 Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Messiah has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
2 Listen, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive circumcision, Messiah will profit you nothing.
3 Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
4 You are alienated from Messiah, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.
Kâlawk lahoi lannae coe hanlah ka pouk e nangmanaw teh, Khrih koehoi takhoe lah na o awh teh, lungmanae dawk hoi na cei payon awh toe.
5 For we, through the Ruach, by faith wait for the hope of righteousness.
Maimanaw teh yuemnae lahoi lannae dawk pha han tie lungmanae hah Muitha lahoi ngaihawi awh teh ring awh.
6 For in Messiah Yeshua neither circumcision amounts to anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith working through love.
Khrih Jisuh dawk vuensoma e aphu awmhoeh. A hoeh e hai aphu awmhoeh. Lungpatawnae dawk hoi kaawm e yuemnae doeh aphu kaawm.
7 You were running well. Who interfered with you that you should not obey the truth?
Nangmouh teh kahawicalah na yawng awh toe. Lawkkatang na tarawi awh hoeh nahanelah apinimaw na ngang awh vaw.
8 This persuasion is not from him who calls you.
9 A little hametz grows through the whole lump.
Yitca e tawn ni tahawnbu koung a paw sak.
10 I have confidence toward you in the Lord that you will think no other way. But he who troubles you will bear his judgment, whoever he is.
Nangmanaw lungmawng hoeh nahanlah ka tâcawt sak e teh apipatet hai lawkcengnae a khang han.
11 But I, brothers, if I still preach circumcision, why am I still persecuted? Then the stumbling block of the cross has been removed.
Hmaunawnghanaw kai teh vuensomanae phunglawk bout ka pâpho rah pawiteh, bangkongmaw rektapnae bout ka kâhmo rah vaw. Hottelah pawiteh, kamthuinae lah kaawm e thingpalamnae teh takhoe lah ao toe.
12 I wish that those who disturb you would cut themselves off.
13 For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only do not use your freedom for gain to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another.
Hmaunawnghanaw hlout hanlah na kaw awh e doeh toe. Hatei na hloutnae teh takthai ngainae dawk hno laipalah buet touh hoi buet touh lungpatawnae lahoi thaw tawk awh.
14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You are to love your neighbor as yourself."
Bangkongtetpawiteh kâlawk ni yah, namahoima na lungpataw e patetlah na hui lungpataw tie lawk buet touh dawk he a kâracut.
15 But if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you do not consume one another.
16 But I say, walk by the Ruach, and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusts against the Ruach, and the Ruach against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire.
Bangkongtetpawiteh takthai ngainae hoi Muitha ngainae teh a kâtaran. Muitha ni takthai hoi kâtaran e hno a doun. Hattelah dawk doeh ahnimouh teh buet touh hoi buet touh a kâtaran awh teh nangmouh ni sak han na ngai e na sak thai awh hoeh.
18 But if you are led by the Ruach, you are not under the law.
Hattelah pawiteh Muitha e lamhrawinae dawk na cet vaiteh nangmouh teh kâlawk rahim na awm a mahoeh.
19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,
Takthai coungnae hoi kâkuen e saknae naw teh reng a kamnue. Hotnaw teh uicuknae, khinnae, takthaingainae,
20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies,
meikaphawk bawknae, sueânnae, kâsaveknae, kâpohoehnae, utnae, lungkhueknae, kâkaramnae, lungkânginghoehnae, kâkapeknae,
21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
hmuhmanae, yamuhrinae, phuvounnepnae, pawitonae naw hah doeh. Hot patet e hno ka sak e, katarawinaw pueng teh Cathut uknaeram râw pang awh mahoeh titeh ahmaloe ka dei tangcoung patetlah atu hai nangmanaw koe bout ka dei.
22 But the fruit of the Ruach is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
Muitha e a paw teh: lungkâpatawnae, lunghawinae, lungmawngnae, lungsawnae, kâpahrennae, hawinae, yuemkamcunae, lungdolungnemnae,
23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
mahoima kâcakuepnae naw hah doeh. Hotnaw teh bang patet e kâlawk hoi hai kâtaran hoeh.
24 Those who belong to Messiah have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.
Khrih Jisuh hoi kâkuennaw ni takthaingainae teh radueknae hoi cungtalah thingpalam dawk mek a het awh toe.
25 If we live by the Ruach, let us also walk by the Ruach.
Maimouh teh Muitha lahoi hring awh toung dawkvah Kathoung Muitha hoi pou kâkuetnae dawk khok takan awh lawi sei.
26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.
Lunglennae a kâen teh buet touh hoi buet touh kâtarannae lungthin, buet touh hoi buet touh kâ hmuhmanae lungthin tawn laipalah awm awh lawi sei.
