< Galatians 4 >

1 But I say that so long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a slave, though he is lord of all;
Sumbu didi ti mutu wumvinginani kuika bu kakidi muana lezi buna kasi luviakunu ayi mvika ko; ka diambu ko niandi pfumu yi bima bioso.
2 but is under guardians and stewards until the day appointed by the father.
Muana beni kafueti tuama ba ku tsi minsua mi minsungi ayi minkebi nate mu thangu yizenga dise diandi.
3 So we also, when we were children, were held in bondage under the elemental principles of the world.
Beto mamveto, mu thangu tuba bana, tuba ku tsi kivika ki ziphevi ziozi zi ntuadisanga nza.
4 But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,
Vayi thangu bu yifuana, Nzambi wufidisa Muanꞌandi, wubutu kuidi nketo, mu thangu Mina,
5 that he might redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive the adoption as sons.
muingi kakula batu bobo baba ku tsi kivika ki Mina mu diambu tukituka bana ba Nzambi.
6 And because you are sons, God sent out the Ruach of his Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba, Father."
Sumbu luidi bana bandi, diawu Nzambi katumina Pheve yi Muanꞌandi mu mintima mieto; Pheve yoyi yeta tuba: “Aba” bu dinsundula “Tata”.
7 So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God.
Buabu wusiedi diaka mvika ko vayi weka muana. Sumbu widi muana buna Nzambi wela kukitula mvingidi wu kiuka mu nlemvo andi.
8 However at that time, not knowing God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods.
Mu thama, bu lusia zaba Nzambi ko, luba bavika ba zinzambi ziozi zilendi dedokoso banga Nzambi ko.
9 But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elemental principles, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again?
Vayi buabu luzebi Nzambi, voti Nzambi wuluzebi; buna buevi lufueti buela vutukila diaka ziphevi ziozi zikambulu lulendo ayi mfunu muingi lukituka diaka bavika baawu e?
10 You observe days, months, seasons, and years.
Lueti kinzikanga bilumbu, zingonda, zitsungi ayi mimvu.
11 I am afraid for you, that I might have wasted my labor for you.
Tsisi ndilembo moni mu diambu dieno tala kisalu kioso kioki ndisedi mu beno kiedi ba kisalu kiphamba.
12 I beg you, brothers, become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You did me no wrong,
Bakhomba baama, ndikululeba lukituka banga minu bila minu veka ndidi banga beno. Lusia kuphangila kadi mbimbi yimosi ko.
13 but you know that in physical weakness I preached the Good News to you the first time;
Keti luzebi ti kimbevo kiphana diluaku di kulusamunina Nsamu Wumboti mu khumbu yitheti.
14 and though my condition was a trial to you, you did not despise nor reject; but you received me as an angel of God, even as Messiah Yeshua.
Ka diambu ko kimbevo kiama kiba kuluyamisanga vayi lusia ku ndenza ko ayi lusia ku ndoza ko. Vayi beno luthambula banga mbasi yi Nzambi, voti banga niandi veka Klisto Yesu.
15 Where was the blessing you enjoyed? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have plucked out your eyes and given them to me.
Buna kuevi kutadisidi khini yoyi yibedi mu beno e? Bila ndilenda telama kimbangi mu diambu dieno ti enati baka bubela, nganu ludovula meso meno mu diambu luphana mawu.
16 So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?
Vayi buabu ndieka mbeniꞌeno, bila ndilukembi mambu ma kiedika e?
17 They zealously seek you, but for no good purpose; they desire to alienate you, that you may be zealous for them.
Batu bobo bammonisa bufula bunneni va meso meno vayi zikhanu ziawu zisi ko zimboti. Batidi luvambisa kaka ayi minu mu diambu luluta ba bufula mu diambu diawu.
18 But it is always good to be zealous in a good cause, and not only when I am present with you.
Didi diambu dimboti mu ba bufula mu zikhanu zimboti, bika sia ti b ndidi kaka yeno va kimosi vayi bufueni kaka mu banga bufula mu zithangu zioso.
19 My children, of whom I am again in travail until Messiah is formed in you—
Bana bama ba luzolo, ndieka mona ziphasi zingolo mu diambu dieno. Banga mianga mi nketo weka buta; nate Klisto kela vangama mu beno.
20 but I could wish to be present with you now, and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
Muaki buabu, tsatu yiba va luidi ndidi ayi viakisa thubulu ama bila simina ndilembo simina mu diambu dieno.
21 Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, do you not listen to the law?
Bika lukhamba, beno lutidi zingila ku tsi minsua mi Mina; Lusudikanga ko mambu mavanga Mina e?
22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman, and one by the free woman.
Muawu musonama ti Abalahami wubuta bana buadi babakala, wumosi mu nketo wu mvika, wunkaka mu nketo wu kiphuanza.
23 However, the son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but the son by the free woman was born through promise.
Muana wubutuka mu nketo wu mvika, wubutukila mu kinsuni. Vayi muana wubutuka mu nketo wu kiphuanza wubutukila mu tsila yi Nzambi.
24 These things contain an allegory, for these are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children to slavery, which is Hagar.
Mambu mama madi banga nongo, baketo baba buadi balembo monisa zinguizani zizole. Nguizani yivangulu va mongo Sinayi ayi yibuta bana ba mvika. Angali niandi nguizani beni.
25 For this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and represents Jerusalem that exists now, for she is in slavery with her children.
Bosi Angali widi mongo wu Sinayi, wowo widi mu tsi yi Alabi. Niandi dedikini banga divula di Yelusalemi di thangu yayi bila wulembo zingila mu buvika va kimosi ayi bana bandi boso.
26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.
Muaki Yelusalemi didi ku Diyilu dibeki kiphuanza, diawu ngudi eto.
27 For it is written, "Rejoice, you barren who do not bear. Break forth and shout, you that do not travail. For more are the children of the desolate than of her who has a husband."
Bila masonama: Ngeyo nketo wusita, bika wumona khini; Mona khini yiwombo ayi yamikina Ngeyo nketo wunkambu monanga mianga mibuta. Bila bana ba nketo wowo wu baloza, bela ba bawombo viokila bana ba nketo wukuelo.
28 Now you, brothers, as Isaac was, are children of promise.
Vayi beno bakhomba, luidi banga Isaki, bana babutukila mu tsila.
29 But as then, he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Ruach, so also it is now.
Mu thangu yina, muana wubutukila mu kinsuni wuyamisa muana wubutukila mu lulendo lu Pheve. Buawu bobo buididi mu thangu yayi.
30 However what does the Scripture say? "Cast out the slave woman and her son, for the son of the slave woman will not inherit with the son of the free woman."
Vayi masonoko mbi malembo tubi e? Botula mvika ayi muanꞌandi bila muana wu mvika kalendi kabula ko kiuka va kimosi ayi muana wu nketo wu kiphuanza.
31 So then, brothers, we are not children of a handmaid, but of the free woman.
Diawu bakhomba ziama, beto tuisi bana ba nketo wu mvika ko vayi tuidi bana ba nketo wu kiphuanza.
