Ephesians 4

1 I therefore, a prisoner in the Lord, urge you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called,

منی بەندکراو لە پێناوی مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆ لێتان دەپاڕێمەوە بە شێوەیەک بژین شایانی ئەم بانگەوازە بێت کە پێی بانگکراون.

2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love;

بەوپەڕی بێفیزی و دڵنەرمی و ئارامگرتنەوە، بە خۆشەویستی بەرگەی یەکتری بگرن.

3 being eager to keep the unity of the Ruach in the bond of peace.

تێکۆشەر بن بۆ پاراستنی یەکێتی ڕۆحی پیرۆز بە پشتێنی ئاشتی.

4 There is one body, and one Ruach, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling;

هەروەک یەک جەستە و یەک ڕۆح هەیە، بۆ یەک هیوای بانگەوازەکەتان کە بانگکران،

5 one Lord, one faith, one immersion,

یەک پەروەردگار، یەک باوەڕ، یەک لەئاوهەڵکێشان،

6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.

یەک خودا، باوکی هەمووانە، گەورەی هەمووانە، لەناو ناخی هەموواندا کار دەکات و لەنێو هەموواندایە.

7 But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Messiah.

بەڵام بەگوێرەی پێوانەی بەخشینی مەسیح نیعمەت بە هەر یەکێکمان دراوە،

8 Therefore he says, "When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people."

بۆیە دەفەرموێ: [کاتێک ئەو بەرزبووەوە بۆ بەرزایی، دیلێکی زۆری لەگەڵ خۆی برد، دیاری بە خەڵکی بەخشی.]

9 Now this, "He ascended," what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth?

مەبەست لە «بەرزبووەوە» چییە، جگە لەوەی کە دابەزیوەتە نزمترین شوێنی زەوی؟

10 He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.

ئەوەی دابەزی هەر خۆی بەرزبووەوە بۆ سەر هەموو ئاسمان، تاکو هەمووی پڕ بکاتەوە.

11 He gave some to be emissaries; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

ئیتر مەسیح بە هەندێکی دا ببنە نێردراو، هەندێک پێغەمبەر، هەندێک مزگێنیدەر، هەندێک شوان و مامۆستا،

12 for the perfecting of the kadoshim, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Messiah;

بۆ ئامادەکردنی گەلی پیرۆزی خۆی بۆ کاری خزمەت، بۆ بنیادنانی جەستەی مەسیح،

13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature person, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Messiah;

هەتا هەموومان بگەین بە یەکێتی باوەڕ و ناسینی کوڕی خودا، ببینە مرۆڤێکی پێگەیشتوو، بگەینە ئەندازەی تەواوی پڕیێتی مەسیح.

14 that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of people, by cleverness in deceitful schemes;

بۆ ئەوەی لەمەولا ساوا نەبین، شێواو و هەڵگیراو بە هەموو بایەکی فێرکردن، بە فێڵی خەڵکی، بە مەکر بەرەو چەواشەی تەڵەکەبازی،

15 but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Messiah;

بەڵکو لە خۆشەویستیدا ڕاستگۆ بین، با لە هەموو شتێکدا گەشە بکەین، لەناو ئەوەی سەرە، واتە مەسیح.

16 from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.

بەهۆی مەسیحەوە هەموو کڵێسا لە خۆشەویستیدا گەشە دەکات و خۆی بنیاد دەنێت، وەک چۆن ئەندامەکانی لەشی مرۆڤ تێک هەڵکێشراون و بە جومگەکان بەیەکەوە بەستراونەتەوە، هاوکاری یەکتری دەکەن.

17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the nations also walk, in the futility of their mind,

لەبەر ئەوە پێتان دەڵێم و بە ناوی مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆوە پێداگریش لەسەر ئەمە دەکەم، کە ئیتر وەک ناجولەکەکان مەژین، ئەوانەی کە بیریان پووچە،

18 being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts;

کە مێشکیان تاریکە، لەبەر ئەو نەزانییەی تێیاندایە و لەبەر دڵڕەقییان لە ژیانی خودا دابڕاون.

19 who having become callous gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

ئەوانەی هەستیان نەماوە خۆیان داوەتە دەست بەڕەڵایی، بۆ ئەوەی بە چاوچنۆکییەوە هەموو کارێکی گڵاو بکەن.

20 But you did not learn Messiah that way;

بەڵام ئێوە بەم شێوەیە فێری مەسیح نەبوون،

21 if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Yeshua:

کاتێک لەبارەی مەسیحەوە بیستتان و بەگوێرەی ئەو ڕاستییەی کە لە عیسادایە فێرکراون.

22 that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old self, that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit;

سەبارەت بە شێوازی ژیانی پێشووتان فێرکراون کە مرۆڤە کۆنەکە دابکەنن، چونکە بە ئارەزووە هەڵخەڵەتێنەرەکانی گەندەڵ بووە،

23 and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

هەروەها شێوازی بیرکردنەوەتان نوێ بکەنەوە و

24 and put on the new self, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

مرۆڤی نوێ لەبەر بکەن، ئەوەی خودا وەکو خۆی بەدیهێناوە لە ڕاستودروستی و پیرۆزیی ڕاستەقینە.

25 Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another.

بۆیە واز لە درۆ بهێنن، با هەریەکە ڕاستگۆ بێ لەگەڵ نزیکەکەی، چونکە ئەندامی یەک جەستەین.

26 "Be angry, but do not sin." Do not let the sun go down on your anger,

[کاتێک تووڕە دەبن، گوناه مەکەن.] مەهێڵن ڕۆژ ئاوا بێت بەسەر تووڕەییتاندا،

27 neither give place to the devil.

دەرفەت بۆ شەیتان مەڕەخسێنن.

28 Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.

دز ئیتر با دزی نەکات، بەڵکو با ڕەنج بدات و بە دەستی خۆی ئیشێکی پاک بکات، تاکو هەیبێت بداتە ئەوەی پێویستی پێیەتی.

29 Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

وشەی خراپ لە دەمتان دەرنەچێت، بەڵکو هەرچییەکی باشە بۆ بنیادنان، بەگوێرەی پێویستی، تاکو نیعمەت بداتە گوێگران.

30 Do not grieve the Ruach ha-Kodesh of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

ڕۆحی پیرۆزی خودا خەمبار مەکەن، ئەوەی بۆ ڕۆژی ڕزگاری پێی مۆرکران.

31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice.

هەموو تاڵی و تووڕەیی و توندی و هاوارکردن و بوختان و هەموو دڵڕەشییەک فڕێبدەن.

32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Messiah forgave you.

لەگەڵ یەکتری نەرمونیان و بە بەزەیی بن، لە یەکتری خۆشبن، هەروەک چۆن خودا بە یەکبوونتان لەگەڵ مەسیح لێتان خۆشبوو.
