Colossians 1
1 Paul, an emissary of Messiah Yeshua through the will of God, and Timothy our brother,
Paulus, ein Apostel Jesu Christi durch den Willen Gottes, und Timotheus, der Bruder,
2 to the kadoshim and faithful brothers in Messiah at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father.
An die Heiligen zu Kolossä und die gläubigen Brüder in Christus: Gnade euch und Friede von Gott unserem Vater und dem Herrn Jesus Christus.
3 We give thanks to God the Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, praying always for you,
Wir danken Gott und dem Vater unseres Herrn Jesus Christus allezeit im Gebet für euch,
4 having heard of your faith in Messiah Yeshua, and of the love which you have toward all the kadoshim,
Weil wir von eurem Glauben an Jesus Christus und von eurer Liebe zu allen Heiligen gehört haben;
5 because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of truth, the Good News,
Wegen der Hoffnung, die im Himmel auf euch gesetzt wird, von der ihr zuvor gehört habt im Wort der Wahrheit im Evangelium,
6 which has come to you; even as it is in all the world and is bearing fruit and growing, as it does in you also, since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth;
Das zu euch, sowie in alle Welt gekommen, und Früchte trägt und wächst, wie auch unter euch, von dem Tage an, da ihr die Gnade Gottes in der Wahrheit gehört und erkannt habt.
7 even as you learned of Epaphras our beloved fellow servant, who is a faithful servant of Messiah on our behalf,
Wie ihr denn gelehrt worden seid von Epaphras, unserem geliebten Mitknecht, der für euch ein treuer Diener Christus ist;
8 who also declared to us your love in the Ruach.
Und uns auch eure Liebe im Geist kundgetan hat.
9 For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, do not cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
Weshalb auch wir, von dem Tage an, da wir es hörten, nicht aufhören für euch zu beten und zu bitten, daß ihr erfüllt werdet mit der Erkenntnis Seines Willens in aller Weisheit und geistigen Einsicht;
10 that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in every way, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Auf daß ihr wandelt würdig des Herrn, zu allem Wohlgefallen, Frucht bringend in jeglichem guten Werk, und wachsend in der Erkenntnis Gottes,
11 strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy;
Und mit aller Kraft angetan werdet, vermöge der Macht Seiner Herrlichkeit, für jedwede Ausdauer und Langmut mit Freuden,
12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the kadoshim in the light;
Und Dank sagt dem Vater, Der uns tüchtig gemacht hat zur Teilnahme am Erbe der Heiligen im Licht,
13 who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and transferred us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love;
Der uns errettet hat aus der Gewalt der Finsternis, und eingeführt in das Reich des Sohnes Seiner Liebe;
14 in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins;
An Dem wir haben die Erlösung durch Sein Blut, die Vergebung der Sünden.
15 who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.
Welcher ist das Ebenbild des unsichtbaren Gottes, der Erstgeborene aller Schöpfung!
16 For by him all things were created, in the heavens and on the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things have been created by him and for him.
Denn durch Ihn ist alles erschaffen in den Himmeln und auf Erden, das Sichtbare und das Unsichtbare, seien es Throne oder Herrschaften oder Obrigkeiten oder Gewalten, alles ist durch Ihn und für Ihn geschaffen.
17 He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.
Und Er Selbst ist vor allem und alles hat Seinen Bestand in Ihm.
18 He is the head of the body, the congregation, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
Und Er ist das Haupt des Leibes der Gemeinde; Welcher ist der Anfang, der Erstgeborene von den Toten, damit Er unter allen der Erste sei.
19 For all the fullness was pleased to dwell in him,
Weil es Ihm wohlgefiel, daß in Ihm alle Fülle wohnen sollte,
20 and through him to reconcile all things to himself, making peace through the blood of his cross through him, whether things on the earth or things in heaven.
Und durch Ihn alles mit Ihm Selbst versöhnt würde, indem Er Friede machte durch das Blut Seines Kreuzes, durch Ihn, sowohl auf Erden, als in den Himmeln.
21 You, who once were alienated and were hostile in your minds, doing evil deeds,
Und auch euch, die ihr ehedem entfremdet in feindlicher Gesinnung und in bösen Werken ward,
22 yet now he has reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and blameless before him,
Hat Er nun versöhnt in dem Leibe Seines Fleisches durch den Tod, auf daß Er euch heilig, tadellos und unsträflich vor Sein Angesicht stellete.
23 if it is so that you continue in the faith, established and firm, and not moved away from the hope of the Good News which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all creation under heaven; of which I, Paul, have become a servant.
So ihr anders im Glauben festgegründet und beständig bleibt und euch nicht erschüttern lasset in der Hoffnung des Evangeliums, das ihr gehört habt und welches in der ganzen Schöpfung unter dem Himmel verkündet wird, und dessen Diener ich, Paulus, geworden bin.
24 Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and I am completing in my flesh what is lacking in the sufferings of Messiah for the sake of his body, which is the church;
Nun freue ich mich in meinen Leiden zu eurem Besten, und mache voll, was noch an meinem Fleische gemangelt hat an Christi Drangsalen für Seinen Leib, welcher ist die Gemeinde,
25 of which I was made a servant, according to the stewardship of God which was given me toward you, to fulfill the word of God,
Deren Diener ich geworden bin, vermöge des mir für euch übergebenen Predigtamtes Gottes, das Wort Gottes auszurichten,
26 the mystery which has been hidden for ages and generations. But now it has been revealed to his kadoshim. (aiōn g165)
Das Geheimnis, das von Ewigkeiten und Geschlechtern her verborgen gewesen, nun aber Seinen Heiligen geoffenbart worden ist, (aiōn g165)
27 To them God was pleased to make known the glorious riches of this mystery among the non-Jews, which is Messiah in you, the hope of glory;
Denen Gott wollte kundtun den Reichtum der Herrlichkeit dieses Geheimnisses unter den Heiden, welches ist Christus in euch, die Hoffnung der Herrlichkeit.
28 whom we proclaim, admonishing everyone and teaching everyone all wisdom, that we may present everyone perfect in Messiah Yeshua;
Den wir verkündigen, indem wir alle Menschen vermahnen und alle Menschen lehren in aller Weisheit, auf daß wir alle Menschen in Christus vollkommen darstellen;
29 for which I also labor, struggling according to his power, which works in me mightily.
Wofür auch ich arbeite, ringend nach Seiner Kraft, die in mir kräftiglich wirksam ist.
