1 Yochanan 5
1 Whoever believes that Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God. Whoever loves the Father also loves the child who is born of him.
Wer da glaubet, daß Jesus sei der Christus, der ist von Gott geboren. Und wer da liebet den, der ihn geboren hat, der liebet auch den, der von ihm geboren ist.
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and do his commandments.
Daran erkennen wir, daß wir Gottes Kinder lieben, wenn wir Gott lieben und seine Gebote halten.
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous.
Denn das ist die Liebe zu Gott, daß wir seine Gebote halten; und seine Gebote sind nicht schwer.
4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world: our faith.
Denn alles, was von Gott geboren ist, überwindet die Welt; und unser Glaube ist der Sieg, der die Welt überwunden hat.
5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Yeshua is the Son of God?
Wer ist aber, der die Welt überwindet ohne der da glaubet, daß Jesus Gottes Sohn ist?
6 This is he who came by water and blood, Yeshua the Messiah; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood. It is the Ruach who testifies, because the Ruach is the truth.
Dieser ist's, der da kommt mit Wasser und Blut, Jesus Christus, nicht mit Wasser allein, sondern mit Wasser und Blut. Und der Geist ist's, der da zeuget, daß Geist Wahrheit ist.
7 For there are three who testify:
Denn drei sind, die da zeugen im Himmel: der Vater, das Wort und der Heilige Geist; und diese drei sind eins.
8 the Ruach, the water, and the blood; and the three agree as one.
Und drei sind, die da zeugen auf Erden: der Geist und das Wasser und das Blut; und die drei sind beisammen.
9 If we accept human testimony, the witness of God is greater; for this is God's testimony that he has testified concerning his Son.
So wir der Menschen Zeugnis annehmen, so ist Gottes Zeugnis größer; denn Gottes Zeugnis ist das, das er gezeuget hat von seinem Sohne.
10 He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son.
Wer da glaubet an den Sohn Gottes, der hat solch Zeugnis bei sich. Wer Gott nicht glaubet, der macht ihn zum Lügner; denn er glaubet nicht dem Zeugnis, das Gott zeuget von seinem Sohn.
11 The testimony is this, that God gave to us everlasting life, and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios g166)
Und das ist das Zeugnis, daß uns Gott das ewige Leben hat gegeben, und solches Leben ist in seinem Sohn. (aiōnios g166)
12 He who has the Son has the life. He who does not have God's Son does not have the life.
Wer den Sohn Gottes hat, der hat das Leben; wer den Sohn Gottes nicht hat, der hat das Leben nicht.
13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
Solches hab' ich euch geschrieben, die ihr glaubet an den Namen des Sohnes Gottes, auf daß ihr wisset, daß ihr das ewige Leben habet, und daß ihr glaubet an den Namen des Sohnes Gottes. (aiōnios g166)
14 This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
Und das ist die Freudigkeit, die wir haben zu ihm, daß, so wir etwas bitten nach seinem Willen, so höret er uns.
15 And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
Und so wir wissen, daß er uns höret, was wir bitten, so wissen wir, daß wir die Bitten haben, die wir von ihm gebeten haben.
16 If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin not leading to death, he shall ask, and God will give him life for those who sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death. I do not say that he should make a request concerning this.
So jemand siehet seinen Bruder sündigen, eine Sünde nicht zum Tode, der mag bitten; so wird er geben das Leben denen, die da sündigen nicht zum Tode. Es ist eine Sünde zum Tode; dafür sage ich nicht, daß jemand bitte.
17 All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not leading to death.
Alle Untugend ist Sünde; und es ist etliche Sünde nicht zum Tode.
18 We know that whoever is born of God does not sin, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.
Wir wissen, daß, wer von Gott geboren ist, der sündiget nicht, sondern wer von Gott geboren ist, der bewahret sich, und der Arge wird ihn nicht antasten.
19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.
Wir wissen, daß wir von Gott sind; und die ganze Welt liegt im Argen.
20 We know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding, that we know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Yeshua the Messiah. He is the true God and eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Wir wissen aber, daß der Sohn Gottes kommen ist und hat uns einen Sinn gegeben, daß wir erkennen den Wahrhaftigen und sind in dem Wahrhaftigen, in seinem Sohn Jesu Christo. Dieser ist der wahrhaftige Gott und das ewige Leben. (aiōnios g166)
21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols.
Kindlein, hütet euch vor den Abgöttern! Amen.
