Romans 15

1 Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

விசுவாசத்தில் பலமுள்ளவர்களாயிருக்கிற நாம், பலவீனமாய் இருக்கிறவர்களின் தவறுகளைப் பொறுத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். நம்மைப் பிரியப்படுத்தக் கூடாது.

2 Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up.

நாம் ஒவ்வொருவரும் நமது அயலவனை அவனது நன்மையின் நிமித்தம் விசுவாசத்தில் வளரச்செய்யும்படி, அவனைப் பிரியப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

3 For even Messiah did not please himself. But, as it is written, "The insults of those who insult you fell on me."

கிறிஸ்துவுங்கூட, தம்மைப் பிரியப்படுத்துவதற்காக வாழவில்லை, “உம்மை அவமானப்படுத்தியவர்களுடைய அவமரியாதைப் பேச்சுக்கள் என்மேலே விழுந்தன” என்று கிறிஸ்துவைப்பற்றி எழுதியிருக்கின்றன.

4 For whatever things were written before were written for our instruction, that through patience and through encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

முற்காலத்தில் எழுதப்பட்டவை எல்லாம் நம்முடைய போதனைக்காகவே எழுதப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. இதனால் நாம் வேதவசனங்களில் இருந்து பொறுமையையும், உற்சாகத்தையும் பெற்று, அவற்றின் மூலமாய் நமக்கு எதிர்பார்ப்பு உள்ளவர்களாயிருக்கிறோம்.

5 Now the God of patience and of encouragement grant you to be of the same mind one with another according to Messiah Jesus,

பொறுமையும் உற்சாகத்தையும் கொடுக்கின்ற இறைவன், நீங்கள் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவைப் பின்பற்றுகையில் உங்களுக்கிடையே ஒற்றுமையின் ஆவியைத் தருவாராக.

6 that with one accord you may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah.

அப்பொழுது நீங்கள் ஒரே மனதுள்ளவர்களாய், நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் பிதாவாகிய இறைவனை ஒரே வாயினால் மகிமைப்படுத்துவீர்கள்.

7 Therefore accept one another, even as Messiah also accepted you, to the glory of God.

ஆகவே, இறைவனுக்கு மகிமை உண்டாகும்படி கிறிஸ்து உங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டதைப் போலவே நீங்களும் ஒருவரையொருவர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள். இது இறைவனுக்குத் துதியைக் கொண்டுவரும்.

8 Now I say that Messiah has been made a servant of the circumcision for the truth of God, that he might confirm the promises given to the fathers,

நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன், இறைவன் உண்மையுள்ளவர் என்பதைக் காண்பிப்பதற்காக, கிறிஸ்து யூதருக்கு ஊழியக்காரனாக வந்தார். இவ்விதம் இறைவன் முற்பிதாக்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட வாக்குத்தத்தங்களை அவர் உறுதிப்படுத்தினார்.

9 and that the non-Jews might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written, "therefore I will give praise to you among the non-Jews, and sing to your name."

இதனால், யூதரல்லாதவர்களும் இறைவனுடைய இரக்கத்திற்காக இறைவனை மகிமைப்படுத்தும்படி இப்படிச் செய்தார். இதைப்பற்றி வேதவசனத்தில் இவ்வாறு எழுதியிருக்கிறது: “ஆகையால், யூதரல்லாதவர்களிடையே நான் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; நான் உமது பெயருக்குத் துதிப்பாடல் பாடுவேன்.”

10 Again he says, "Rejoice, you nations, with his people."

மேலும், பரிசுத்த வேதம் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: “யூதரல்லாத மக்களே! கர்த்தருடைய மக்களுடன் நீங்களும் சந்தோஷப்படுங்கள்.”

11 Again, "Praise the Lord, all you nations. Let all the peoples praise him."

மேலும், பரிசுத்த வேதம் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: “யூதரல்லாத மக்களே, நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள்; ஜனங்களே, நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் அவரைத் துதித்துப் பாடுங்கள்.”

12 Again, Isaiah says, "There will be the root of Jesse, he who arises to rule over the peoples; in him will the nations hope."

இன்னும் ஏசாயா, “ஈசாயின் வேர் முளைத்தெழும்பும். ஜனங்களை ஆளுகை செய்கிறவராய் அவர் எழும்புவார்; யூதரல்லாத மக்கள் அவரில் நம்பிக்கை வைப்பார்கள்” என்று சொல்கிறான்.

13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

எதிர்பார்ப்பைக் கொடுக்கும் இறைவன், நீங்கள் அவரில் நம்பிக்கையாயிருக்கும்போது, உங்களை எல்லாச் சந்தோஷத்தினாலும் சமாதானத்தினாலும் நிரப்புவாராக. அப்பொழுது நீங்கள் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரின் வல்லமையினால் உங்கள் எதிர்பார்ப்பில் பெருகுவீர்கள்.

14 I myself am also persuaded about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish others.

எனக்கு பிரியமானவர்களே, நீங்கள் நன்மையினால் நிறைந்தவர்கள் என்றும், அறிவில் நிறைவுபெற்றவர்களென்றும், ஒருவருக்கொருவர் அறிவுறுத்தலைக் கொடுக்கும் ஆற்றல் உடையவர்கள் என்றும் உறுதியாக நான் நம்புகிறேன்.

15 But I write the more boldly to you in part, as reminding you, because of the grace that was given to me by God,

ஆனால் நான் சில விஷயங்களைத் திரும்பவும் உங்களுக்கு நினைப்பூட்டுவதற்காகவேத் துணிவுடன் இங்கே எழுதியிருக்கிறேன். ஏனெனில் இறைவன் எனக்குக் கொடுத்த கிருபையின்படி,

16 that I should be a servant of Messiah Jesus to the non-Jews, serving as a priest the gospel of God, that the offering up of the non-Jews might be made acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

யூதரல்லாதவர்களுக்கு இறைவனுடைய நற்செய்தியைப் பிரசித்தம் பண்ணும் ஆசாரிய ஊழியத்தைச் செய்துகொண்டிருக்கும் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவின் ஊழியனாய் நான் இருக்கிறேன். யூதரல்லாத மக்கள் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவராலே பரிசுத்தம் பண்ணப்பட்டு இறைவனுக்கு ஏற்ற ஒரு காணிக்கையாகும்படி, நான் அவர்களை அர்ப்பணிக்கிறேன்.

17 I have therefore my boasting in Messiah Jesus in things pertaining to God.

ஆகவே நான் இறைவனுக்குச் செய்கின்ற இந்தப் பணியின் நிமித்தம், கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவில் பெருமிதம் அடைகிறேன்.

18 For I will not dare to speak of any things except those which Messiah worked through me, for the obedience of the non-Jews, by word and deed,

யூதரல்லாதவர்களை இறைவனுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிய வழிநடத்தும்படி, கிறிஸ்து என் மூலமாய் சொன்னவைகளினாலும், செய்தவைகளினாலும் செய்திருக்கிற

19 in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and around as far as to Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Messiah.

அவை அடையாளங்களையும் அற்புதங்களையும் ஆவியானவருடைய வல்லமையினாலேயே நடந்தேறினதைத் தவிர, வேறு எதையும் குறித்து நான் பேசத்துணிய மாட்டேன். எனவே எருசலேமிலிருந்து இல்லிரிக்கம் என்னும் நாடுவரைக்கும், முழுவதுமாய் நான் கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்செய்தியை அறிவித்தேன்.

20 And in this way I desire to preach the Good News where Messiah was not known, that I might not build on another's foundation.

வேறொருவர் போட்ட அஸ்திபாரத்தின்மேல் நான் கட்டக்கூடாது என்பதற்காக கிறிஸ்துவைக்குறித்து அறிவிக்கப்படாத இடங்களிலே, நற்செய்தியை அறிவிப்பதே எப்பொழுதும் என் விருப்பமாயிருக்கிறது.

21 But, as it is written, "Those who were not told about him, they will see, and those who have not heard, they will understand."

வேதவசனத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிறபடியே: “அவரைக்குறித்து அறிவிக்கப்படாதவர்கள் காண்பார்கள், கேள்விப்படாதவர்கள் விளங்கிக்கொள்வார்கள்.” இதன்படியே நான் இப்படிச் செய்தேன்.

22 Therefore also I was hindered these many times from coming to you,

இதனாலேயே நான் உங்களிடம் வருவதற்கு பலமுறைகள் நினைத்தும் அடிக்கடி தடைகள் ஏற்பட்டன.

23 but now, no longer having any place in these regions, and having these many years a longing to come to you,

ஆனால் இப்பொழுதோ இந்தப் பகுதிகளில் நான் பணிசெய்ய வேண்டிய எந்தவொரு இடமும் இல்லை. அத்துடன் பலவருடங்களாக நான் உங்களைக் காணவும் ஆவலாயிருக்கிறேன்.

24 whenever I journey to Spain I will come to you. For I hope to see you on my journey, and to be helped on my way there by you, if first I may enjoy your company for a while.

எனவே நான் ஸ்பெயினுக்குப் போகும்போது, உங்களிடமும் வருவதற்குத் திட்டமிட்டிருக்கிறேன். போகும் வழியில் உங்களையும் சந்திக்கலாம் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கின்றேன். உங்களோடு சிறிது காலத்தை மகிழ்ச்சியாய் கழித்துவிட்டு, அங்கிருந்து உங்கள் உதவியோடு, எனது பயணத்தைத் தொடருவதற்கு தீர்மானித்திருக்கிறேன்.

25 But now, I say, I am going to Jerusalem, serving the saints.

ஆனால் இப்பொழுது எருசலேமில் இருக்கிற பரிசுத்தவான்களுக்கு பணிசெய்வதற்காக நான் அங்கு போகின்றேன்.

26 For it has been the good pleasure of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints who are at Jerusalem.

மக்கெதோனியாவிலும் அகாயாவிலுமுள்ள திருச்சபைகள் எருசலேமிலுள்ள பரிசுத்தவான்களிடையே ஏழைகளாய் இருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு உதவிசெய்ய முன்வந்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

27 Yes, it has been their good pleasure, and they are their debtors. For if the non-Jewish people have been made partakers of their spiritual things, they owe it to them also to serve them in fleshly things.

அவர்கள் அதைச் செய்ய விருப்பம் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்; உண்மையில் அப்படிச் செய்வதற்கு அவர்கள் கடமைப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறார்கள். ஏனெனில் யூதரல்லாத மக்கள் யூதர்களுடைய ஆவிக்குரிய ஆசீர்வாதங்களில் பங்கு பெற்றிருப்பதினால், இவர்கள் தங்கள் உலகப் பொருட்களை யூதர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளக் கடமைப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.

28 When therefore I have accomplished this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will go on by way of you to Spain.

எனவே நான் இந்தப் பணியை முடித்துக் கொண்டபின்பு, அவர்கள் இந்தப் பண உதவியைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டார்கள் என்பதையும் உறுதிப்படுத்தியபின், ஸ்பெயினுக்குப் போகும் வழியில் உங்களையும் வந்து சந்திப்பேன்.

29 I know that, when I come to you, I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Messiah.

நான் உங்களிடம் வரும்போது, கிறிஸ்துவினுடைய முழுநிறைவான ஆசீர்வாதத்துடன் வருவேன் என்பது நிச்சயம்.

30 Now I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah, and by the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in your prayers to God for me,

பிரியமானவர்களே, நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினாலும், பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவருடைய அன்பினாலும் நான் உங்களைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறதாவது: “எனக்காக இறைவனிடத்தில் மன்றாடி, எனது போராட்டத்தில் என்னுடன் இணைந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்.

31 that I may be delivered from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints;

யூதேயாவிலிருக்கிற அவிசுவாசிகளிடமிருந்து நான் தப்புவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும், எருசலேமில் நான் செய்கின்ற பணி அங்கிருக்கிற பரிசுத்தவான்களுக்கு ஏற்புடையதாய் இருக்கவேண்டும் என்றும் மன்றாடுங்கள்.

32 that I may come to you in joy through the will of God, and together with you, find rest.

அப்பொழுது இறைவனுடைய திட்டத்தின்படியே நான் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் உங்களிடம் வந்து, உங்களுடன் சேர்ந்து உற்சாகமடைவேன்.

33 Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.

சமாதானத்தையும் அமைதியையும் கொடுக்கும் இறைவன் உங்கள் அனைவருடனும் இருப்பாராக” ஆமென்.
