< Romans 1 >

1 Paul, a servant of Messiah Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God,
Rosulluqqa tallap chaqirilghan, Xudaning xush xewirini jakarlashqa ayrip teyinlen’gen, Mesih Eysaning quli bolghan menki Pawlustin salam!
2 which he promised before through his prophets in the holy Scriptures,
Xuda bu xush xewerning kélishini xéli burunla peyghemberliri arqiliq muqeddes yazmilarda wede qilghanidi.
3 concerning his Son, who was born of the offspring of David according to the flesh,
Bu xush xewer Öz Oghli, yeni Rebbimiz Eysa Mesih toghrisididur; jismaniy jehettin U Dawutning neslidin tughulghan; birdinbir pak-muqeddes Roh teripidin ölümdin tirildürülüsh arqiliq «küch-qudret Igisi Xudaning Oghli» dep körsitilip békitilgen;
4 who was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus (the) Messiah our Lord,
5 through whom we received grace and the office of apostle, for obedience of faith among all the nations, for his name's sake;
U arqiliq, shundaqla Uning nami üchün barliq eller arisida Xudagha étiqadtin bolghan itaetmenlik wujudqa keltürülüshke biz méhir-shepqetke we rosulluqqa muyesser bolduq;
6 among whom you are also called to belong to Jesus (the) Messiah;
Siler ular arisida, Eysa Mesih teripidin chaqirilghansiler.
7 to all who are in Rome, loved by God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus (the) Messiah.
Shunga, Xuda söygen we U «muqeddes bendilirim» dep chaqirghan Rim shehiridiki hemminglargha, Atimiz Xudadin we Rebbimiz Eysa Mesihtin méhir-shepqet we aman-xatirjemlik bolghay!
8 First, I thank my God through Jesus (the) Messiah for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed throughout the whole world.
Aldi bilen men Eysa Mesih arqiliq hemminglar üchün Xudayimgha teshekkür éytimen; chünki silerning étiqadinglar pütkül alemge pur ketti.
9 For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of his Son, how I constantly mention you
Öz Oghli toghrisidiki xush xewerde chin roh-qelbim bilen men xizmitini qiliwatqan Xuda Özi méning dualirimda silerni shunche üzlüksiz eslep turghanliqimgha guwahtur.
10 always in my prayers, requesting, if by any means now at last I may succeed by the will of God to come to you.
Men dualirimda, mumkin qeder Xudaning iradisi bilen silerning yéninglargha bérishqa axir muyesser bolushqa hemishe ötünimen.
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you;
Chünki men silerni birer rohiy iltipatqa ige qilish arqiliq mustehkemlesh üchün siler bilen körüshüshke intayin teqezzamen;
12 that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine.
yeni, men aranglarda bolsam, bir-birimizning étiqadidin özara teselli we ilham alalaymiz démekchimen.
13 Now I do not desire to have you unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you, and was hindered so far, that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the other non-Jewish people.
Qérindashlar, men silerning shuni bilishinglarni xalaymenki, bashqa yerdiki elliklerning arisida xizmitim méwe bergendek, silerning aranglardimu xizmitimning méwe bérishi üchün yéninglargha bérishni köp qétim niyet qildim, lékin bügün’giche tosalghugha uchrap kéliwatimen.
14 I have an obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish.
Men herqandaq ademlerge, meyli Yunanliqlar we yat taipilerge, danishmen we nadanlargha bolsun, hemmisige qerzdarmen.
15 So, for my part, I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome.
Shuning üchün imkaniyet manga yar bersila men Rimdiki silergimu xush xerwerni yetküzüp bayan qilishqa qizghinmen.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes; for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.
Chünki men Mesih toghrisidiki bu xush xewerdin hergiz xijil bolmaymen! Chünki u uninggha ishen’güchilirining hemmisini, aldi bilen Yehudiylarni, andin kéyin Gréklerni nijatqa érishtüridighan Xudaning küch-qudritidur!
17 For in it is revealed God's righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, "But the righteous will live by faith."
Chünki [xush xewerde] étiqadqa asaslan’ghan, Xudaning birxil heqqaniyliqi étiqad qilghuchilargha wehiy qilin’ghandur. [Muqeddes yazmilarda] yézilghinidek: — «Heqqaniy adem ishench-étiqadi bilen hayat bolidu».
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people, who suppress the truth by unrighteousness,
Chünki heqqaniyetsizlik bilen heqiqetni basidighan insanlarning barliq iplasliqigha we heqqaniyetsizlikige nisbeten Xudaning qaratqan ghezipi ershtin ochuq wehiy qilinmaqta.
19 because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.
Chünki insanlar Xuda toghrisida bileleydighan ishlar ularning köz aldida turidu; chünki Xuda hemmini ulargha ochuq körsitip bergen
20 For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made. So they are without excuse. (aïdios g126)
(chünki dunya apiride bolghandin béri Xudaning közge körünmes özgichilikliri, yeni menggülük qudriti we birdinbir Xuda ikenliki Özi yaratqan mewjudatlar arqiliq ochuq körülmekte, shundaqla buni chüshinip yetkili bolidu. Shu sewebtin insanlar héch bahane körsitelmeydu) (aïdios g126)
21 Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God or give him thanks, but their thinking became nonsense, and their foolish heart was darkened.
— chünki insanlar Xudani bilsimu, uni Xuda dep ulughlimidi, Uninggha teshekkür éytmidi; eksiche, ularning oy-pikirliri bimene bolup, nadan qelbi qarangghuliship ketti.
22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
Özlirini danishmen qilip körsetsimu, lékin eqilsiz bolup chiqti;
23 and traded the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal humans, and of birds, and four-footed animals, and crawling creatures.
chirimas Xudaning ulughluqining ornigha chirip ölidighan ademzatqa, uchar-qanatlargha, töt ayaghliq haywanlargha we yer béghirlighuchilargha oxshaydighan butlarni almashturup qoyghanidi.
24 Therefore God also abandoned them in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the degrading of their bodies among themselves,
Shunga Xuda ularni qelbidiki shehwaniy hewesliri bilen iplasliq qilishqa, shundaqla bir-birining tenlirini nomusqa qaldurushqa qoyup berdi.
25 who exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Ular Xuda toghrisidiki heqiqetni yalghan’gha aylandurdi, Yaratquchining ornigha yaritilghan nersilerge choqunup, tawap-taet qilghanidi. Halbuki, Yaratquchigha teshekkür-medhiye menggüge oqulmaqta! Amin! (aiōn g165)
26 For this reason, God abandoned them to their degrading passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature.
Mana shuning üchün, Xuda ularni peskesh shehwaniy heweslerge qoyup berdi. Hetta ayallarmu tebiiy jinsiy munasiwetni gheyriy munasiwetke aylandurdi;
27 Likewise also the men, giving up natural relations with women, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men, committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error.
shuningdek, erlermu ayallar bilen bolidighan tebiiy jinsiy munasiwetlerni tashlap, bashqa erlerge shehwaniy hewesler bilen köyüp pishidighan boldi. Erler erler bilen shermendilikke kirishti we netijide ularning muxalip qilmishliri öz béshigha chiqti.
28 Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God abandoned them to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not right;
Ular Xudani bilishtin waz kéchishni layiq körgenliki tallighanliqi üchün, Xuda ularni buzuq niyetlerge we nalayiq ishlarni qilishqa qoyup berdi.
29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil habits, secret slanderers,
Ular herxil heqqaniyetsizlik, rezillik, nepsaniyetchilik, öchmenlikke chömüp, hesetxorluq, qatilliq, jédelxorluq, mekkarliq we herxil betniyetler bilen toldi. Ular ighwager,
30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
töhmetxor, Xudagha nepretlinidighan, kibirlik, maxtanchaq, chongchi, herxil rezilliklerni oylap chiqiridighan, ata-anisining sözini anglimaydighan,
31 foolish, promise-breakers, heartless, unforgiving, unmerciful;
yorutulmighan, wediside turmaydighan, köyümsiz we rehimsiz insanlardur.
32 who, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them.
Ular Xudaning shulargha bolghan adil hökümini, yeni shundaq ishlarni qilghuchilarning ölümge layiq ikenlikini éniq bilsimu, bu ishlarni özliri qilipla qalmay, belki shundaq qilidighan bashqilardin söyünüp ularni alqishlaydu.
