< Psalms 5 >
1 [For the Chief Musician, with the flutes. A Psalm by David.] Listen to my words, LORD. Consider my (meditation)
IEOWA kom kotin ereki ai lokaia o kotin mani ai madamadaua.
2 Give attention to the voice of my cry, my King and my God; for to you do I pray.
O kotin mani ai likelikwir, ai Nanmarki o ai Kot, pwe i pan potoan kapakap on komui.
3 LORD, in the morning you shall hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and watch.
Main Ieowa, kotin mani nil ai nin joran, nin joran i men tu on komui o majamajan.
4 For you are not a God who desires wickedness. Evil can't live with you.
Pwe komui kaidin Kot amen, me kin mauki tiak japun, me morjued jota pan mimieta mo’mui.
5 The arrogant shall not stand in your sight. You hate all evildoers.
Me aklapalap akan jota pan pwaida mon jilan omui, kom kin kotin juede ki me japun kan.
6 You will destroy those who speak lies. The LORD despises a person of bloodshed and deceit.
Kom pan kotin kamela me likam kan; Ieowa kin kotin tataki me kamela o kotaue aramaj akan.
7 But as for me, in the abundance of your loving kindness I will enter into your house. I will bow toward your holy temple in reverence of you.
A i pan pedelon on nan tanpaj omui, pweki omui kalanan lapalap, o kaudok ni lan inen won japwilim omui im en kaudok o.
8 Lead me, LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before me.
Main kom kotin kalua ia ni omui pun, pweki ai imwintiti kan; kom kotin kaineneta al omui mo i.
9 For there is nothing reliable in their mouth. Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they flatter.
Pwe jota me melel kot ni au arail; o lol arail rokeki kaopa. Kapinwor arail rajon joujou me jo jer pena; o re kin akjanjale mauki lo arail.
10 Hold them guilty, God. Let them fall by their own counsels. Cast them out because of the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against you.
Kom kotin kadeik irail da, Main Kot, pwe ren pup kidi pein arail inon. Jikin ir wei, pweki arail dip lapalap, pwe re kin kanudi on komui.
11 But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. And let those who love your name be joyful in you.
Karoj, me liki komui ap pan peren kida, re pan pereperen kokolata, pwe kom kin kotin jinjila irail. Irail pan pereperen, me kin pok on mar omui.
12 For you bless the righteous, LORD. You surround him with favor like a shield.
Pwe komui Main kin kapaiada me pun kan. Komui kin kotin nekid ir ala ki omui kalanan dueta pere eu.
