< Psalms 30 >
1 [A Psalm. A Song for the Dedication of the Temple. By David.] I will extol you, LORD, for you have raised me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me.
Yahweh Pakai nangin neihuhdoh tahjeh in kahin thangvah e. Nangin kagalmite kachunga nakithang at sahpon ahi.
2 LORD my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me.
O Yahweh Pakai, Elohim ka Pathen panpi ngaichan kahin kouvin nangman ka tahsa nakiledoh sah tai.
3 LORD, you have brought up my soul from Sheol. You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol )
O Yahweh Pakai nangin lhankhuh a kon in neihin puidoh in, thina kokhuh a ka lhahlut na dinga kon in jong neihoidoh sah e. (Sheol )
4 Sing praise to the LORD, you his faithful ones. Give thanks to his holy name.
Nangho Elohim Pathen mite jousen Yahweh Pakai thangvahna lasaovin! Amintheng chu choi an'un.
5 For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
Ajeh chu alunghan hi phat chomcha bou ahijin, ami hepina vang hinkhoa ding ahi. Ka na nikho ho jong kipanin ajui pai jitai.
6 As for me, I said in my prosperity, "I shall never be moved."
Keiman ka phatthei nikhon, “Imachan eisutang jouponte!” kanati.
7 You, LORD, when you favored me, made my mountain stand strong; but when you hid your face, I was troubled.
O Yahweh Pakai nami hepinahin muol bangin eisudettai. Keija kon a nakiheimang jiteng leh keima kading jou jipoi.
8 I cried to you, LORD. To the LORD I made petition:
O Yahweh Pakai nahenga kahung tao ahi. Nami hepina chu kathum in hitin kaseije,
9 "What profit is there in my destruction, if I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise you? Shall it declare your truth?
“Keima kathi alhankhuh a ka lhalut teng nangdinga ipi phachom dingham? Katahsa leivui in nang navah choi thei dingham? Nakitah na thu chu hiche hin aphondoh thei ding ham?
10 Hear, LORD, and have mercy on me. LORD, be my helper."
Neihin ngaipeh in Yahweh Pakai neihin khoto in. O Yahweh Pakai neihin kithopin”
11 You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness,
Nangin kalung khamnahi kipah tah a lam nan neiheidoh pehtai. Nangin kalung khamna silpon neilahdoh pehin kipana silpon joh neisilpehtan ahi.
12 To the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. LORD my God, I will give thanks to you forever.
Hitiachu thipsan louva thangvahna la kasah jing theina dingin. O Yahweh Pakai Elohim ka Pathen, keiman nangma tonsot in thangvah jing tange.
