Leviticus 27
1 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
Und der Herr sprach zu Moses:
2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, 'When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by your valuation.
"Sprich zu den Söhnen Israels und sage ihnen: 'Wenn jemand Personen nach dem Schätzungswert dem Herrn gelobt,
3 Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
dann sei Schätzungswert des Männlichen von zwanzig bis zu sechzig Jahren nach heiligem Gewicht fünfzig Silberringe!
4 If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.
Ist es ein Weibliches, sei der Wert dreißig Ringe!
5 If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
Ist es von fünf bis zu zwanzig Jahren, so sei der Wert des Männlichen zwanzig Ringe, der des Weiblichen zehn!
6 If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.
Ist es von einem Monat bis zu fünf Jahren, so sei der Wert des Männlichen fünf Silberringe, der des Weiblichen drei Silberringe!
7 If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
Ist es von sechzig Jahren und darüber, so sei der Wert des Männlichen fünfzehn Ringe und der des Weibes zehn!
8 But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.
Ist es aber zu arm für den Schätzungswert, dann bringe man es vor den Priester, und der Priester werte es! Nach dem, was der Gelobende zahlen kann, soll ihn der Priester werten!
9 "'If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD becomes holy.
Und ist es Vieh, von dem man dem Herrn ein Opfer bringen will, dann soll alles, was einer davon gibt, dem Herrn geheiligt sein!
10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.
Er soll es nicht auswechseln und nicht Gutes für Schlechtes vertauschen oder Schlechtes für Gutes, und tauscht er doch das eine Vieh mit dem anderen, so sei das eine geheiligt; aber auch das andere soll es sein!
11 If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to the LORD, then he shall set the animal before the priest;
Ist es aber irgendein unreines Tier, das man dem Herrn nicht als Opfer darbringen darf, so stelle er das Vieh dem Priester vor!
12 and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.
Der Priester werte es zwischen gut und schlecht! Wie es der Priester wertet, so soll es bleiben!
13 But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.
Löst er es aber ein, so lege er ein Fünftel auf den Schätzungswert!
14 "'When a man dedicates his house to be holy to the LORD, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.
Weiht jemand dem Herrn sein Haus als heilige Gabe, so werte es der Priester zwischen gut und schlecht! Wie es der Priester schätzt, dabei soll es bleiben!
15 If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.
Will jemand, der sein Haus geweiht hat, es einlösen, so lege er ein Fünftel des Wertes darauf, und es sei wieder sein!
16 "'If a man dedicates to the LORD part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
Weiht jemand etwas von seinem Besitz dem Herrn, so sei der Wert nach seiner Aussaat! Ein Malter Gerstenaussaat zu fünfzig Silberringen.
17 If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.
Weiht er vom Jubeljahre ab sein Feld, so soll es nach dem Richtwerte zu stehen kommen!
18 But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.
Weiht er aber nach dem Jubeljahr sein Feld, so berechne der Priester den Silberpreis mit Rücksicht nach den Jahren, die bis zum Jubeljahre fehlen! Dies werde vom Richtwert abgezogen!
19 If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.
Will aber der, der das Feld geweiht, es einlösen, dann lege er ein Fünftel des Wertes darauf, und es sei wieder sein!
20 If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;
Löst er aber das Feld nicht ein und hat man das Feld an einen anderen verkauft, so kann es nicht mehr eingelöst werden.
21 but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.
Vielmehr ist dies Feld, wird es im Jubeljahre frei, etwas, was dem Herrn geweiht ist, wie ein dem Bann verfallenes Feld. Dem Priester soll sein Besitz zufallen.
22 "'If he dedicates to the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,
Weiht er jedoch dem Herrn ein Feld, das er sich selbst gekauft und das nicht zu seinem Erbbesitz gehört,
23 then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to the LORD.
so berechne ihm der Priester den Betrag des Richtwertes bis zum Jubeljahr! Er gebe den Wert an demselben Tag als heilige Gabe für den Herrn!
24 In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.
Im Jubeljahre kommt das Feld an den zurück, von dem er es gekauft und dem es als Erbbesitz gehört hat.
25 All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.
Nach heiligem Gewicht geschehe jede Schätzung! Zwanzig Korn seien ein Ring!
26 "'Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to the LORD, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is the LORD's.
Erstgeburten aber, die beim Vieh als erstgeworfen des Herrn sind, darf niemand opfern, weder Rind noch Schaf. Dem Herrn gehören sie ohnehin.
27 If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn't redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.
Bei unreinem Vieh löse man es nach dem Schätzungswert und lege ein Fünftel des Betrags darauf! Wird es nicht eingelöst, so werde es nach dem Wert verkauft!
28 "'Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to the LORD of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to the LORD.
Keinerlei Banngut, das ein Mann dem Herrn bannt, nichts, was ihm gehört, Mensch oder Vieh oder Erbgrundstück, darf verkauft oder eingelöst werden. Alles Banngut ist dem Herrn hochheilig.
29 "'No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.
Was von Menschen gebannt wird, darf nicht losgekauft werden. Es soll getötet werden!
30 "'All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is the LORD's. It is holy to the LORD.
Aller Zehnte vom Boden, der Saatfrucht und der Baumfrüchte sind des Herrn. Sie sind dem Herrn geheiligt.
31 If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.
Löst aber jemand einen Teil von seinem Zehnten ein, so soll er ein Fünftel des Betrages darauflegen!
32 All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD.
Bei allem Zehnten von Rind und Schaf, von allem, was unterm Hirtenstabe durchgeht, soll das zehnte Stück dem Herrn geheiligt werden.
33 He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.'"
Man soll nicht zwischen gut und schlecht untersuchen! Man soll es nicht vertauschen! Tauschte man es doch, dann sei das eine dem Heiligtum verfallen, ebenso soll es mit dem anderen sein! Es darf nicht eingelöst werden.'"
34 These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
Dies sind die Gebote, die der Herr dem Moses für die Israeliten auf dem Berge Sinai gegeben hat.
