Yochanan 18
1 When Jesus had spoken these words, he went out with his disciples over the wadi of the Kidron, where there was a garden, into which he and his disciples entered.
୧ଜିସୁ ଏ ପାର୍ତନା ସାରାଇକରି ନିଜର୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କିଦ୍ରଣ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଜଲା ସେପାଟର୍ ଜାଗାଇ ଗାଲା । ତେଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ବାଡ୍ ରଇଲା, ଜିସୁ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ସେ ବାଡେ ପୁର୍ଲାଇ ।
2 Now Judas, who betrayed him, also knew the place, for Jesus often met there with his disciples.
୨ଜନ୍ ଜିଉଦା କି ଜିସୁକେ ସତ୍ରୁମନ୍କେ ସର୍ପିଦେଲା, ସେ ମିସା ସେ ଜାଗା ଜାନି ରଇଲା । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଜିସୁ ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସେ ବାଡେ କେତେ ତର୍ ଜାଇରଇଲା ।
3 Judas then, having taken a detachment of soldiers and officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, came there with lanterns, torches, and weapons.
୩ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଜିଉଦା ରମିୟ ସନିଅମନର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦଲ୍, ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନ୍ ଆରି ପାରୁସିମନ୍ ପାଟାଇ ରଇବା ମନ୍ଦିର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦାରି, ସେ ବାଡେ କେଟ୍ଲା । ସେମନ୍ ଆତ୍ଆତିଆର୍, ଲାଁତର୍ ଆରି ଜଇଉମ୍ଲା ଦାରିକରି ତେଇ ଆଇଲାଇ ।
4 Jesus therefore, knowing all the things that were happening to him, went forth, and said to them, "Who are you looking for?"
୪ସେବେଲା କାଇ କାଇ ଗଟ୍ନାମନ୍ ଗଟ୍ସି, ସେଟା ସବୁ ଜିସୁ ଜାନିକରି ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଗାଲା ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ “ତମେ କାକେ କଜ୍ଲାସ୍ନି?” ବଲି ପାଚାର୍ଲା ।
5 They answered him, "Jesus the Nazorean." Jesus said to them, "I AM." Judas also, who betrayed him, was standing with them.
୫“ନାଜରିତିୟ ଜିସୁକେ କଜ୍ଲୁନି ।” ସେମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ । “ମୁଇସେ ଜିସୁ ।” ବଲି ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା । ବିସ୍ବାସେ ବିସ୍ ଦେଉ ଜିଉଦା ମିସା ସେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଟିଆଅଇରଇଲା ।
6 When therefore he said to them, "I AM," they went backward, and fell to the ground.
୬ଜିସୁ ଜେଡେବେଲା “ମୁଇ ଆକା ସେ ଲକ୍ ।” ବଲି ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, ସେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପଚେ ଗୁଚିଜାଇ ତଲେ ଅଦର୍ଲାଇ ।
7 Again therefore he asked them, "Who are you looking for?" They said, "Jesus the Nazorean."
୭ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ତମେ କାକେ କଜ୍ଲାସ୍ନି?” ସେମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ଆମେ ନାଜରିତିୟ ଜିସୁକେ କଜ୍ଲୁନି ।”
8 Jesus answered, "I told you that I AM. If therefore you seek me, let these go their way,"
୮ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ଆକା ସେ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ତମ୍କେ କଇଲି । ତମେ ଜଦି ମକେ କଜ୍ଲାସ୍ନି ବଇଲେ ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଚାଡିଦିଆସ୍ ।”
9 that the word might be fulfilled which he spoke, "Of those whom you have given me, I have lost none."
୯ଜେନ୍ତିକି ସେ ଆଗ୍ତୁ କଇରଇଲା ବାକିଅ ସିଦ୍ ଅଇସି, ବାବା ତମେ ମକେ ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦେଇଆଚାସ୍, ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ମିସା ଆଜାଇ ନାଇ ।
10 Simon Peter therefore, having a sword, drew it, and struck the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus.
୧୦ସିମନ୍ ପିତରର୍ ଆତେ ଗଟେକ୍ କାଣ୍ଡା ରଇଲା । ସେ କାଣ୍ଡା ବାର୍କରାଇ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରିର୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାର୍ ଉଜା କାନ୍ ଚିଡ୍ତେ ମାର୍ଲା । ସେ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାର୍ ନାଉଁ ମାଲକ୍ ।
11 Jesus therefore said to Peter, "Put the sword into its sheath. Am I not to drink the cup which the Father has given me?"
୧୧ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ପିତର୍କେ କଇଲା, “ତର୍ କାଣ୍ଡା ଜାଗ୍ରତ୍ କରି କଲ୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ପୁରାଇ ସଙ୍ଗଇ ଦେସ୍ । ମର୍ ବାବା ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମକେ ଜନ୍ ଦୁକ୍କସ୍ଟ ପାଇବାକେ ପାଟାଇ ଆଚେ, ସେଟା ମୁଇ ନ ପାଇ କି?”
12 So the detachment, the commanding officer, and the officers of the Jewish leaders, seized Jesus and bound him,
୧୨ତାର୍ ପଚେ ରମିୟ ସନିଅମନ୍, ସନିଅ ମନର୍ ମୁକିଅ ନେତାମନ୍ ଆରି ମନ୍ଦିର୍ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଦାରି ବାନ୍ଦ୍ଲାଇ ।
13 and led him to Annas first, for he was father-in-law to Caiaphas, who was high priest that year.
୧୩ଆରି ତାକେ ବାନ୍ଦିକରି ପର୍ତୁମ୍ କାୟାପାର୍ ସାତ୍ରା ଆନାର୍ ଲଗେ ନେଲାଇ । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ଆନା ସେ ବରସର୍ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି ରଇଲା ।
14 Now it was Caiaphas who advised the Jewish leaders that it was expedient that one man should die for the people.
୧୪ଏ କାୟାପାସେ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଜିଉଦି ନେତାମନ୍କେ, ସବୁ ଲକର୍ ପାଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ମର୍ବାଟା ଗଟେକ୍ ମଙ୍ଗଲର୍ ବିସଇ ବଲି କଇରଇଲା ।
15 Simon Peter followed Jesus, as did another disciple. Now that disciple was known to the high priest, and entered in with Jesus into the court of the high priest;
୧୫ସିମନ୍ ପିତର୍ ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ବିନ୍ ସିସ୍ ଜିସୁର୍ ପଚେ ପଚେ ଜାଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ । ବିନ୍ ସିସ୍ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରିକେ ଜାନି ରଇଲା । ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଜିସୁର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରିର୍ ଡାଣ୍ଡେ ପୁର୍ଲା ।
16 but Peter was standing at the door outside. So the other disciple, who was known to the high priest, went out and spoke to her who kept the door, and brought in Peter.
୧୬ମାତର୍ ପିତର୍ ବାଇରର୍ ଡିଆଗଡିଲଗେ ଟିଆଅଇ ରଇଲା । ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରିକେ ଜାନିରଇଲା ସିସ୍ ଡାଣ୍ଡେ ବାଉଡି ଆସି ଡାଣ୍ଡର୍ ଡିଆଗଡି ଲଗେ ଜାଗିରଇଲା । ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡିକେ କଇକରି ପିତର୍କେ ବିତ୍ରେ ଡାକିନେଲା ।
17 Then the maid who kept the door said to Peter, "Are you also one of this man's disciples?" He said, "I am not."
୧୭ସେ ଡିଆଗଡି ଜାଗି ରଇଲା ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡି ସେବେଲା ପିତର୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ତୁଇ ମିସା ଏ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ନଉଁସ୍ କି?” ପିତର୍ କଇଲା “ମୁଇ ତାର୍ ଲକ୍ ନଇ ।”
18 Now the servants and the officers were standing there, having made a fire of coals, for it was cold. They were warming themselves. Peter was with them, standing and warming himself.
୧୮ସିତ୍ କଲାଜେ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାମନ୍ ଆରି ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନ୍ ଜଇଲାଗାଇକରି ଚାରିବେଡ୍ତି ଟିଆଅଇ ଜଇ ଚେକ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ । ପିତର୍ ମିସା ସେମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଟିଆଅଇକରି ଜଇଚେକ୍ତେ ରଇଲା ।
19 The high priest therefore asked Jesus about his disciples, and about his teaching.
୧୯ଏତ୍କି ବିତ୍ରେ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି ଜିସୁର୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ବିସଇ ଆରି ଜିସୁ ସିକାଇଦେଲା ବିସଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ବାର୍ଦାର୍ଲା ।
20 Jesus answered him, "I spoke openly to the world. I always taught in synagogues, and in the temple, where all the Jewish people come together. I said nothing in secret.
୨୦ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ସବୁବେଲେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଜାନ୍ତେ ସିକାଇତେ ରଇଲି । ଆରି ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଉପାସନା ଗରେ ଆରି ମନ୍ଦିର୍ତେଇ ସବୁ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ରୁଣ୍ଡିରଇଲା ବେଲେ ସେମନ୍କେ ସିକାଇଲିଆଚି । କାଇଟାମିସା ଲୁଚ୍ତେ କଇନାଇ ।
21 Why do you ask me? Ask those who have heard what I spoke to them; surely they know what I said."
୨୧ଏନ୍ତି ବଇଲେ କାଇକେ ମକେ ପାଚାର୍ଲୁସ୍ନି? ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମୁଇ କଇଲା କାତା ସୁନିଆଚତ୍, ସେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ । ମୁଇ ଜାଇଜାଇଟା କଇଲିଆଚି, ସେଟା ସେମନ୍ ଜାନିଆଚତ୍ ।”
22 When he had said this, one of the officers standing by slapped Jesus with his hand, saying, "Do you answer the high priest like that?"
୨୨ଜିସୁ ଏ କାତା କଇବା ବେଲେ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଟିଆଅଇରଇଲା ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଚାପ୍ଡା ମାରି କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରିକେ ଏନ୍ତାରି କାତା ଅଇଲୁସ୍ନି?”
23 Jesus answered him, "If I have spoken evil, testify of the evil; but if well, why do you beat me?"
୨୩ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା “ମୁଇ ଜଦି ବୁଲ୍ କାତା କଇରଇଲେ, ସବୁର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ମର୍ ବୁଲ୍ ଦେକାଆ, ମୁଇ ସତ୍କାତା କଇଲିନି ବଇଲେ, ମକେ କାଇକେ ମାର୍ଲୁସ୍ନି?”
24 Annas sent him bound to Caiaphas, the high priest.
୨୪ତାର୍ପଚେ ଆନାନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ବାନ୍ଦ୍ନେସେ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି କାୟାପାର୍ ଲଗେ ପାଟାଇଦେଲା ।
25 Now Simon Peter was standing and warming himself. They said therefore to him, "You are not also one of his disciples, are you?" He denied it, and said, "I am not."
୨୫ସିମନ୍ ପିତର୍ ଟିଆଅଇ ଜଇଚେକ୍ବା ବେଲେ ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାକେ ପାଚାର୍ଲାଇ, “ତୁଇ ମିସା ଏ ଲକର୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ନଉଁସ୍ କି?” ମାତର୍ ପିତର୍ କଇଲା, “ନାଇ ମୁଇ ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ ନଇ ।”
26 One of the servants of the high priest, being a relative of him whose ear Peter had cut off, said, "Did I not see you in the garden with him?"
୨୬ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରିର୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଜାକେ କି ପିତର୍ କାନ୍ କାଟିପାକାଇରଇଲା, ସେ ଡାଟ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କଇଲା, “ସେ ବାଡେ ମୁଇ ତକେ ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇଲାଟା ଦେକି ରଇଲି ।”
27 Peter therefore denied it again, and immediately the rooster crowed.
୨୭ପିତର୍ ଆରି ତରେକ୍ କଇଲା “ନାଇ ମୁଇ ତାକେ ମୁଲ୍କେ ନାଜାନି ।” ସମାନ୍ ସେଡ୍କି ଦାପ୍ରେ କୁକ୍ଡା ଡାକ୍ଲା ।
28 They led Jesus therefore from Caiaphas into the Praetorium. It was early, and they themselves did not enter into the Praetorium, that they might not be defiled, but might eat the Passover.
୨୮ତାର୍ ପଚେ ଜିସୁକେ କାୟାପାର୍ ଗରେଅନି ରମିୟ ସର୍କାର୍ ପିଲାତର୍ତେଇ ଦାରିଗାଲାଇ । ସେଟା କୁକ୍ଡା ଡାକେ ଅଇରଇଲା । ଆରି ଜିସୁକେ ନିନ୍ଦା କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିଜ୍କେ ଅସୁକଲ୍ ଅଇବାର୍ ଅଇସି ବଲିକରି ବିତ୍ରେ ଜାଅତ୍ନାଇ । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ନିସ୍ତାର୍ ପରବର୍ ବଜିର୍ ପାଇ ବଲି ସେମନ୍ ଅସୁକଲ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ମନ୍ ନ କର୍ତେରଇଲାଇ ।
29 Pilate therefore went out to them, and said, "What accusation do you bring against this man?"
୨୯ତେବେ ରମିୟ ସର୍କାର୍ ପିଲାତ୍, ବାଇରେ ଆସିପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ଏ ଲକର୍ ବିରୁଦେ ତମର୍ କାଇ ଦାବି ଆନିଆଚାସ୍?”
30 They answered him, "If this man weren't an evildoer, we would not have delivered him up to you."
୩୦ସେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପିଲାତ୍କେ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ଲକ୍ ଜଦି ବୁଲ୍ କାମ୍ କରି ନ ରଇଲେ, ଆମେ ତମର୍ ଲଗେ ନ ଆନ୍ତୁ ।”
31 Pilate therefore said to them, "Take him yourselves, and judge him according to your law." Therefore the Jewish leaders said to him, "It is not lawful for us to put anyone to death,"
୩୧ସେଡ୍କି ବେଲା ପିଲାତ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ତମେ ତାକେ ଦାରିଜାଇକରି ତମର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ ବିଚାର୍ କରା ।” ଜିଉଦି ନେତାମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ମରନ୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବାଟା ରମିୟ ସର୍କାର୍କେ ସେ ଆଚେ । ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କାକେମିସା ମରନ୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବାକେ ଆମର୍ ଅଦିକାର୍ ନାଇ ।”
32 that the word of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spoke, signifying by what kind of death he should die.
୩୨ଜିସୁ କେନ୍ତାରି ଅଇ ମର୍ବାକେ ଗାଲାନି ସେ ବିସଇ ନେଇକରି ଜନ୍ କାତା କଇରଇଲା ସେ କାତା ସିଦ୍ଅଇବାକେ ଏନ୍ତି ଅଇଲା ।
33 Pilate therefore entered again into the Praetorium, called Jesus, and said to him, "Are you the King of the Jews?"
୩୩ପିଲାତ୍ ଆରି ତରେକ୍ ମେଡ୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ବାଉଡି ଜାଇକରି, ଜିସୁକେ ଡାକି ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ତୁଇ କାଇ ଜିଉଦି ମନର୍ ରାଜା କି?”
34 Jesus answered him, "Do you say this by yourself, or did others tell you about me?"
୩୪ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ କାଇ ଏଟା ନିଜର୍ଟାନେଅନିସେ କଇଲୁସ୍ନି, କି ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତକେ କଇଲାଜେ କଇଲୁସ୍ନି?”
35 Pilate answered, "I'm not a Jew, am I? Your own nation and the chief priests delivered you to me. What have you done?"
୩୫ପିଲାତ୍ ପର୍ସନ୍ କଲା, “ମୁଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲୁସ୍ନି କି? ତର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଆରି ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନ୍ ତକେ ମର୍ଟାନେ ସର୍ପି ଦେଇ ଆଚତ୍ । ତୁଇ କାଇ ବୁଲ୍ କରିଆଚୁସ୍?”
36 Jesus answered, "My Kingdom is not of this world. If my Kingdom were of this world, then my servants would fight, that I would not be delivered to the Jewish leaders. But now my Kingdom is not from here."
୩୬ଜିସୁ କଇଲା “ମର୍ ରାଇଜ୍ ଏ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ରାଇଜ୍ପାରା ନଏଁ । ଜଦି ମର୍ ରାଇଜ୍ ଏ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ରାଇଜ୍ ପାରା ଅଇତା, ସେନ୍ତାର୍ଆଲେ ମର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ମର୍ବାଟେ ଅଇ ଜୁଇଦ୍ କର୍ତାଇ । ଆରି ମକେ ଜିଉଦି ନେତାମନର୍ ଟାନେ ସର୍ପି ନ ଦେଇତାଇ । ମାତର୍ ମର୍ ରାଇଜ୍ ଏ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ରାଇଜ୍ପାରା ନଏଁ ।”
37 Pilate therefore said to him, "Are you a king then?" Jesus answered, "You say that I am a king. For this reason I have been born, and for this reason I have come into the world, that I should testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice."
୩୭ସେବେଲେ ପିଲାତ୍ ତାକେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ଏନ୍ତି ବଇଲେ ତୁଇ କାଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ରାଜା ନଉଁସ୍ କି?” ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇସେ ମକେ ରାଜା ବଲି କଇଲୁସ୍ନି । ମୁଇ ସତ୍ ବାଟେ ସାକି ଦେବାକେ ଆକା ଜନମ୍ କରି, ଏ ଦୁନିଆଇ ଆସିଆଚି । ଜନ୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସତ୍ କଜ୍ଲାଇନି, ସେମନ୍ସେ ମର୍ କାତା ସୁନ୍ବାଇ ।”
38 Pilate said to him, "What is truth?" When he had said this, he went out again to the Jewish leaders, and said to them, "I find no basis for a charge against him.
୩୮ପିଲାତ୍ ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲା “ଏନ୍ତି ବଇଲେ ସତ୍ ବିସଇ କାଇଟା?” ପଚେ ସେ ଡାଣ୍ଡେ ବାରଇ କରି ଜିଉଦି ନେତାମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଏ ଲକର୍ଟାନେ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବା ଏତ୍କି କାଇ ଦସ୍ ଦେକିନାଇ ।
39 But you have a custom, that I should release someone to you at the Passover. Therefore do you want me to release to you the King of the Jews?"
୩୯“ତମର୍ ରିତିନିତି ଇସାବେ ନିସ୍ତାର୍ ପରବ୍ ବେଲେ ଗଟେକ୍ ବନ୍ଦି ଲକ୍କେ, ମୁଇ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ । ତେବର୍ ପାଇ ତମର୍ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ରାଜା ଜିସୁକେ ମୁଇ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇ ଦେବି । ଏଟା ତମେ ମନ୍କଲାସ୍ନି କି?”
40 Then they shouted again, saying, "Not this man, but Barabbas." Now Barabbas was a robber.
୪୦ମାତର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଆଉଲିଅଇକରି କଇଲାଇ, “ନାଇ ଏ ଲକ୍କେ ନାଇ, ମାତର୍ ବାର୍ବାକେ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇ ଦିଆସ୍ ।” ଏ ବାରବ୍ବା ଗଟେକ୍ ଡାକୁ ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା ।
