< 2 Corinthians 1 >

1 Paul, an apostle of Messiah Jesus through the will of God, and Timothy our brother, to the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints who are in the whole of Achaia:
Pathian deina tungtawn in Jesus Christ i sawltak keima Paul le i suapui pa Timothy in, Corinth a om Pathian pawlpi le Achaia ngamsung ah mithiangtho theampo tung ah:
2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus (the) Messiah.
I Pa Pathian le Topa Jesus Christ tung pan hesuakna le thinnopna sia note tung ah hong om tahen.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort;
Pathian, i Topa Jesus Christ i Pa, hesuakna i Pa le henepna theampo i Pathian in pokna thupha nga tahen;
4 who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Pathian in eite hong henepna taw haksatna sung ah a om te i henep thei natu in, eite haksatna theampo sung ah Ama in hong heneam hi.
5 For as the sufferings of Messiah abound to us, even so our comfort also abounds through Messiah.
Banghangziam cile Christ i thuakna te eite sung ah a khan bang in, eite ki henepna zong Christ tungtawn in khang hi.
6 But if we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation. If we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you the patient enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer.
Taciang eite haksatna i thuak zong, henepna i nga zong, hi thu sia note henepna le ngupna atu a hihi: tua haksatna ka thuak bang in note zong na thuak na uh tungtawn in henepna le ngupna sia phattuamna nei hi.
7 Our hope for you is steadfast, knowing that, since you are partakers of the sufferings, so also are you of the comfort.
Taciang note tung ah ka nei lametna sia kho hi, thuakna te hong thuakpui na hi uh bangma in, henepna zong hong thuakpui na hi uh hi, ci ka he uh hi.
8 For we do not desire to have you uninformed, brothers, concerning our affliction which happened in Asia, that we were weighed down exceedingly, beyond our power, so much that we despaired even of life.
Banghangziam cile suapui te awng, Asia ngamsung ah ka tung hong theng nawngkaina he ngawl in na om tu uh ka dei bua hi, tua thu sia kote thatang i a zaw zawk ngawl vanngit ka puak uh hu in, nuntak tu zong ka ngaisun zo bua uh hi:
9 Yes, we ourselves have had the sentence of death within ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead,
Ahihang kote sung ah thi tu in khensatna ka nei uh hi, tabang in koma le koma ki muang ngawl a, mithi thokiksak Pathian ka muan thei natu uh a hihi:
10 who delivered us out of so great a death, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will also deliver us again;
Pathian in hibangza a lauhuai thina pan in hong suaktasak zo hi, taciang tu zong hong suaktasak hi: maisang ah zong hong suatak lai tu hi, ci in Ama i muang hi;
11 you also helping together on our behalf by your petition; that, for the gift bestowed on us by means of many, thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf.
Kote tung ah hong ki ap letsong te hang in mi tampi te in kote tang in Pathian a pok thei natu in, note in zong thunget nataw nong panpui tek uh hi.
12 For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience, that with pure motives and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God we conducted ourselves in the world, and more abundantly toward you.
Banghangziam cile, i sia le pha heakna taw tettipanna, cilesa pilna taw hi ngawl in, Pathian thuthiamna tungtawn in hi leitung ah le a dimlet in note tung ah thinsung thiangtho le Pathian sung ah deisakna ka nei uh hi, ci sia ka ki suantakna uh a hihi.
13 For we write no other things to you, than what you read or even acknowledge, and I hope you will fully acknowledge;
Banghangziam cile na sim sa uh, a hibale, na lungkimpui sa uh simngawl a dang bangma ka at bua hi; taciang a tawpdong in nong lungkimpui tu uh hi, ci zong kong muang hi;
14 as also you acknowledged us in part, that we are your boasting, even as you also are ours, in the day of our Lord Jesus.
Note in a heap nong lungkimpui sa uh bangma in, Topa Jesus ni ciang in note ka ki suantakna na hi uh bangma in, kote zong na ki suantakna ka hi uh hi.
15 In this confidence, I was determined to come first to you, that you might have a second benefit;
Taciang hi ki muanna sung ah note in ni vei phattuamna na nei thei natu uh in, note tung ah hongpai masa tu in ngaisutna ka nei hi;
16 and by you to pass into Macedonia, and again from Macedonia to come to you, and to be sent forward by you on my journey to Judea.
Taciang Macedonia ka pai kawm in kong bang tu a, Macedonia pan ka pusua kik ciang zong hong bang kik in, note in Judah ngam sang ah hong tha kik tu ci ka ngaisun hi.
17 When I therefore was planning this, did I do it lightly? Or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be the "Yes, yes" and the "No, no?"
Tua ahikom hi ka ngaisutna sia a oltak in ka ngaisut thathong a hi ziam? a hibale, ka tupna te sia, hi hi, ci tuak, hi bo hi bo, ci tuak cilesa deina bang in a ngeal thathong ka hi ziam?
18 But as God is faithful, our word toward you is not "Yes and no."
Ahihang Pathian sia a thuman Pathian a hibangma in, note tung ah ka kammal sia hi hi, le hi bo, cibang thathong hi ngawl hi.
19 For the Son of God, Jesus (the) Messiah, who was preached among you by us, by me, Silvanus, and Timothy, was not "Yes and no," but in him is "Yes."
Banghangziam cile keima, Silas le Timothy te in note tung ah ka hilna uh, Pathian Tapa Jesus Christ i thu sia, hi hi, le hi bo, cibang milmial hi ngawl in, Ama sung ah, hi hi, ci lian a hihi.
20 For however many are the promises of God, in him they are "Yes." Therefore also through him they are "Amen," to the glory of God through us.
Banghangziam cile Ama sung ah a om Pathian kamciam theampo sia kote tungtawn in, Pathian minthanna a kilang thei natu in, hi hi, ci ahizong, taciang Ama sung ah, Amen, ci a hihi.
21 Now he who establishes us with you in Messiah, and anointed us, is God;
Tu in Christ sung ah note taw hong kip khawmsak le sathau hong buak sia Pathian a hihi;
22 who also sealed us, and gave us the down payment of the Spirit in our hearts.
Ama in ceptena hong khen a, eite thinsung ah Thaa sia vaukhaamna in hong pia hi.
23 But I call God as a witness to my soul, that to spare you I did not come again to Corinth.
Tuabek dom ngawl in Corinth khua ka pai ngawl lai na thu sia note atu ka ngaisut hang a hihi, ci sia ka nuntakna tetti tu in Pathian ka sam hi.
24 Not that we rule over your faith, but are fellow workers with you for your joy. For you stand firm in faith.
Kote in na upna uh tung ah thu nei ngawl khu hi, ahihang na lungdamna uh hong hu te ka hi uh hi: banghangziam cile note upna taw na ding uh hi.
