< 1 Timothy 2 >
1 I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings, be made for all people:
Jamoniyere shino Ik'o ik'iyonat mangon s'eents beyi k'onon, sagadon, koshuwotssh Ik' k'ononat udona ash jamosh k'aletwok'owe ti iziri.
2 for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.
Ik' shatonat sheeng amalon jisheyar jeenonat s'k err no beetwok'o jamotsere nugúsuwotsnat een een dats k'eeziru naash jamwotssh Ik'o k'onwere.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior;
Hanuwere noon kashitso Ik'o shinatse shengwonat bín geneúshit keewe.
4 who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.
Ik' shuno ash jamwots kasharr aronowere bo danetwok'owe.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and humanity, a human, Messiah Jesus,
Ik'o ike, dagotse wotde'e Ik'onat ashon manituwonu ike, bíwere ash wottso Iyesus Krstosiye.
6 who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times;
Ash jamo morrotse kishosh b́ tooko beshidek't imtso bíne, hanuwere aron bí aaw man b́ bodor Ik'o kashiy fino noosh kitsit gawoniye.
7 to which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I am telling the truth, I am not lying), a teacher of the non-Jews in faith and truth.
Taa imnetiyonat aron doo shishiyosh wosheetsonat danifon wotat Ik' danaw ashuwotsok t woshe man jangoshe, han tietor ara tkeewiri bako kooratse.
8 I desire therefore that the men in every place pray, lifting up holy hands without anger and doubting.
Eshe b́ be beyoke fa'a nungshwots fayonat shit'on k'ayr bo kishi s'aynman dambaan k'aúde Ik'o bo k'onitwok'owe t geyiri.
9 In the same way, that women also adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and propriety; not just with braided hair, gold, pearls, or expensive clothing;
Máátswotswere took s'iir wozewon wee awnts wee ink'uwon wee shawu gizon keewets tahon baatso b́woterawo jiitsonat botoko dashan detson wotts ash na'i taho tahde'ene.
10 but (which becomes women professing godliness) with good works.
Ik'o mangiyirwone etts máátswots k'alo boosh b́ geyit sheeng finon baatsunee.
11 Let a woman learn in quietness with all subjection.
Máátsu s'ik etonat azazewo daniye.
12 But I do not permit a woman to teach, nor to exercise authority over a man, but to be in quietness.
Máátsu nungusho b daniyituwok'o wee nungushatse bialituwok'owa eraatse, biye s'ik eto bish geyife.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
Shino azeetso Adamiye, ilowere azetsu Hewaniyee.
14 Adam was not deceived, but the woman, being deceived, has fallen into disobedience;
Ando ant'elcetsunat Ik'i nemo gaktsunu máátsuni bako ant'elcetso Adamiyaliye.
15 but she will be delivered through the childbirth, if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.
Ernmó máátsu amanonat shunon s'ayinonowere kup'arr biatso koton bbetkawotyal na'a shuwon kashituwaniye.
