1 Corinthians 1
1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Messiah Jesus by the will of God, and our brother Sosthenes,

2 to the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Messiah Jesus, called to be saints, with all who call on the name of our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah in every place, both theirs and ours:
Corinth-da leiriba Tengban Mapugi singlupta, haibadi eikhoigisu makhoigisu Ibungo oiriba Jisu Christtabu khurumjariba mapham pumnamakta leiriba makhoising aduga loinana Christta Jisuda sengdokminnaduna, Tengban Mapugi asengba mising oinaba kouminnakhraba nakhoida:
3 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus (the) Messiah.
Eikhoigi Ipa Ibungo Tengban Mapu amadi Ibungo Jisu Christtana nakhoida thoujal amadi ingthaba pinabisanu.
4 I always thank my God concerning you, for the grace of God which was given you in Messiah Jesus;
Christta Jisugi mapanna Tengban Mapuna nakhoida pinabikhraba thoujal adugi maramna nakhoigidamak eina eigi Tengban Mapubu matam pumnamakta thagatchei.
5 that in everything you were enriched in him, in all speech and all knowledge;
Maramdi nakhoina hiram khudingmakta haibadi, nakhoina ngangba pumnamakta amasung nakhoigi khangba pumnamakta nakhoibu inak khulhanbire.
6 even as the testimony of Messiah was confirmed in you:
Matou asumna Christtagi maramda eikhoina nakhoida sandokpa wa adu henna chethanbire.
7 so that you are not lacking in any gift, as you wait for our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah to be revealed;
Maram aduna eikhoigi Ibungo Jisu Christtabu phongdokpigadaba adu nakhoina khourangna ngairingeida nakhoina thawaigi oiba khudolgi awatpa karisu leite.
8 who will also strengthen you to the end, blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah.
Aduga eikhoigi Ibungo Jisu Christtagi numit aduda nakhoina naral leitanaba aroiba adu phaoba mahakna nakhoibu chetna leihanbigani.
9 God is faithful, through whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus (the) Messiah, our Lord.
Mahakki Machanupa eikhoigi Ibungo Jisu Christtaga saruk phangminnanaba nakhoibu koubiba Tengban Mapu mahakti thajaba yabani.
10 Now I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah, that all of you be in agreement, so that there may be no divisions among you, and to be united by the same mind and conviction.

11 For it has been reported to me concerning you, my brothers, by those who are from Chloe's household, that there are contentions among you.
Maramdi, eigi ichin-inaosa, nakhoigi narakta khatna-cheinaba leire haiduna Chloe-gi imunggi mi kharana eingonda tamlare.
12 Now I mean this, that each one of you says, "I follow Paul," "I follow Apollos," "I follow Cephas," and, "I follow Messiah."

13 Is Messiah divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized into the name of Paul?

14 I thank God that I baptized none of you, except Crispus and Gaius,

15 so that no one should say that you had been baptized into my own name.

16 (Now I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I do not know whether I baptized any other.)

17 For Messiah sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel—not in wisdom of words, so that the cross of the Messiah would not be made void.

18 For the message about the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

19 For it is written, "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the discernment of the discerning I will nullify."
Mapugi Puyada asumna iduna lei, “Eina asingbasinggi lousingbu mang-hangani, Aduga akhang aheisinggi khang-heibabu aremba oihangani.”
20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Hasn't God made foolish the wisdom of the world? (aiōn g165)

21 For seeing that in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom did not know God, it was God's good pleasure through the foolishness of the preaching to save those who believe.

22 For Jews ask for signs, and Greeks seek after wisdom,
Jihudisingna angakpa khudam thi aduga Greek-singna lousing thi.
23 but we preach Messiah crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to the non-Jews,
Adubu eikhoinadi cross-ta hatkhiba Christtagi maramda sandok-i. Pao asi Jihudisinggi maphamdadi khudi thiphamni aduga Jihudi nattaba phurupsinggi maphamdana apangbani.
24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Messiah is the power of God and the wisdom of God.
Adubu Tengban Mapuna koubiraba makhoising haibadi Jihudising amadi Jihudi nattaba phurupsing animakta Christta asi Tengban Mapugi panggalni amasung Tengban Mapugi lousingni.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than man's, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's.
Maramdi Tengban Mapugi apangba aduna mioibagi lousingdagi henna sing-i aduga Tengban Mapugi asonba aduna mioibagi panggaldagi henna kalli.
26 For consider your calling, brothers, that not many were wise from a human perspective, not many mighty, not many of noble birth.
Ichil-inaosing, nakhoibu Tengban Mapuna koubikhiba matamda nakhoina oiramba phibham adu ningsing-u. Mioibagi mityengda nakhoi ayamba asingba oiramde, matik leiba oiramde amasung thak wangba mising oiramde.
27 But God chose the foolish of the world to shame the wise. And God chose the weak of the world to shame the strong.
Adubu asingbasingbu ikaiba pinanaba taibangpanna apangbasingni haina khanbasingbu aduga akanbasingbu ikaiba pinanaba taibangpanna asonbasingni haina khanbasingbu Tengban Mapuna khandokle.
28 And God chose the lowly of the world, and the despised, what is considered to be nothing, to bring to nothing what is considered to be something,
Aduga taibangpanbana maruoibani haina khanbasing adubu karisu nattaba oihannanaba taibangpanna atonbani khanbasing, hanthana yengbirabasing amadi karisu nattana khanbasing adubu Tengban Mapuna khandokle.
29 that no flesh might boast before God.
Masi mi kana amatana Tengban Mapugi mamangda chaothoktanabani.
30 And because of him you are in Messiah Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,
Adubu Tengban Mapuna nakhoibu Christta Jisuda tinsinhanbire amasung Christtabu eikhoigi lousing oihanbire. Aduga Christtagi mapanna eikhoibu Tengban Mapugi maphamda chumhanbire; eikhoibu Tengban Mapugi asengba mi oihanbire amasung eikhoibu ning tamhanbire.
31 so that, as it is written, "Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord."
Maram aduna, masi Mapugi Puyada ikhibagumna, “Chaothokchaba pamba mahak aduna MAPU IBUNGO-na toubikhiba adugi maramda chaothokchasanu.”
