< Revelation 10 >

1 I saw another mighty angel coming down out of the sky, clothed with a cloud. A rainbow was on his head. His face was like the sun, and his legs like pillars of fire.
Hathnukkhu a thakaawmpounge kalvantami buet touh teh, tâmai a kâkhu teh, kalvan hoi a kum e hah ka hmu. Ahnie a lû dawk salumpa a paham. A minhmai teh kanî patetlah ao. A khok teh hmaisaan khom patetlah ao.
2 He had in his hand a little open scroll. He set his right foot on the sea, and his left on the land.
A kut dawk kadai tangcoung e cakalawngca buet touh ao. Aranglae a khok hah tuipui dawk a coungroe teh avoilah e khok hah talai dawk a coungroe.
3 He shouted with a loud voice, as a lion roars. When he shouted, the seven thunders uttered their voices.
Sendek ka huk e patetlah kacaipounglah a hram. Hottelah a hram navah khoparit lawk vai sari touh a cai.
4 When the seven thunders sounded, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from the sky saying, "Seal up the things which the seven thunders said, and do not write them."
Khoparit lawk vai sari touh a cai hnukkhu vah thut hanelah ka kâcai navah kalvan hoi ka tho e lawk ni khoparit lawk sari touh e hah kin loe, hot hah thun hanh tie lawk ka thai.
5 The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to the sky,
Hatnavah tuipui hoi talai dawk kangdout e kalvantami ni aranglae a kut hah kalvan lah a dâw teh,
6 and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there will no longer be delay, (aiōn g165)
a yungyoe kahring niteh kalvan hoi kalvan e hno pueng, talai hoi talai kaawm e hno pueng, tuipui hoi tuipui dawk kaawm e hno pueng ka sak e Bawipa hah a kaw teh atueng saw mahoeh toe. (aiōn g165)
7 but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as he declared to his servants, the prophets.
Asari e kalvantami ni a ueng hane mongka a cai na hnin vah Cathut ni a hro e hno teh amae a san profetnaw koe a dei pouh e patetlah akuep han toe telah a ti.
8 The voice which I heard from heaven, again speaking with me, said, "Go, take the scroll which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the land."
Hathnukkhu ka thai e kalvan lahoi e lawk ni, tuipui hoi talai dawk kangdout e kalvantami kut dawk kaawm niteh kadai tangcoung e cakalawngca hah cet nateh lat loe telah na ti pouh.
9 I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it, and eat it up. It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey."
10 I took the little scroll out of the angel's hand, and ate it up. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter.
Hatnavah kalvantami kut dawk e cakalawngca hah ka la teh, ka ca bo teh ka pahni dawk khoitui patetlah a radip ei ka von thung a kha.
11 They told me, "You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages, and kings."
Hat toteh, kalvantami ni nang ni miphunnaw moikapap, ram moikapap, lawk moikapap siangpahrangnaw hoi kâkuen e profet lawk bout na dei han telah na ti pouh.
