< Psalms 7 >

1 [A meditation by David, which he sang to Jehovah, concerning the words of Cush, the Benjamite.] Jehovah, my God, I take refuge in you. Save me from all those who pursue me, and deliver me,
Nkunga wu maniongo wu Davidi kayimbidila Yave mu diambu di KUSI, muisi dikanda di Benzami. A Yave, Nzambi ama, kuidi ngeyo ndintombilanga suamunu kiama. Wuphukisa mu babo beti kundandakana ayi wukhula.
2 lest they tear apart my soul like a lion, ripping it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
Muingi babika ku khanzuna banga khosi ayi kunzenga mu bitini mu kambu mutu wulenda vukisa.
3 Jehovah, my God, if I have done this, if there is iniquity in my hands,
A Yave, Nzambi ama, enati ndivengi mawu ayi enati nzimbala yidi mu mioko miama;
4 if I have rewarded evil to him who was at peace with me, or oppressed my enemy without cause,
enati ndivutudi mambimbi kuidi mutu wubedi zinganga yama mu ndembama, voti ndiziona, mu kambu bila, bima bi mutu wundenda,
5 let the enemy pursue my soul, and overtake it; yes, let him tread my life down to the earth, and lay my glory in the dust. (Selah)
buna bika mbeni ama kandandakana ayi kambakidila; bika kadiatidila luzingu luama va tsi, ayi kandekisa mu mbungi-mbungi.
6 Arise, Jehovah, in your anger. Lift up yourself against the rage of my adversaries. Awake, my God; you have appointed judgment.
A Yave, telama ku tsi nganzi aku, Nuanisa miangu mi ngolo mi bambeni ziama. A Nzambi ama, kotuka bika wundungisa.
7 And let the congregation of the peoples surround you, and rule over them on high.
Bika lukutukunu lu batu bazungidila, bika wuba yadila bu widi ku diyilu
8 Jehovah administers judgment to the peoples. Judge me, Jehovah, according to my righteousness, and to my integrity that is in me.

9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous. The righteous God tests hearts and minds.
A Nzambi yi busonga, ngeyo wumfionguninanga mintima ayi mayindu ma batu, manisa makhemi ma mutu wumbimbi ayi tula mutu wusonga mu luvovomo.
10 My shield is with God, who saves the upright in heart.
Nzambi yizangama niandi nkaku ama; niandi wumvukisanga batu babo badi mintima milulama.
11 God is a righteous judge, yes, a God who has indignation every day.
Nzambi niandi zuzi disonga, Nzambi wummonisanga miangu miandi mu kadika lumbu.
12 If a man doesn't relent, he will sharpen his sword; he has bent and strung his bow.
Enati kakadi balula mavanga, wela lengula sabala kiandi, wela leki mbasꞌandi ayi kuwukubika.
13 He has also prepared for himself deadly weapons. He makes ready his flaming arrows.
Wukubika binduanina biandi bi lufua wulembo kitula madionga mandi madionga ma mbazu.
14 Look, he travails with iniquity. Yes, he has conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
Niandi widi mu buemba bu mambimbi; widi mu kubika ziphasi ayi butidi mambu ma luvunu.
15 He has dug a hole, and has fallen into the pit which he made.
Niandi wukaba dibulu; wudikulula dimula ayi wubua mu dibulu di kakaba niandi veka.
16 The trouble he causes shall return to his own head, and his violence shall come down on the crown of his own head.
Ziphasi ziozi kakubika zimbuididi niandi veka ayi tsitꞌandi yibuidi va dikosi diandi.
17 I will give thanks to Jehovah according to his righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of Jehovah Most High.
Ndiela vutudila Yave matondo mu diambu di busonga buandi. Ayi ndiela yimbidila nzitusu wu dizina di Yave wuzangama.
