< Psalms 6 >
1 [For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments, upon the eight-stringed lyre. A Psalm by David.] Jehovah, do not rebuke me in your anger, neither discipline me in your wrath.
Rabbiyow, cadhadaada ha igu canaanan, Oo dhirifkaaga kululna ha igu edbin.
2 Be gracious to me, Jehovah, for I am frail. Jehovah, heal me, for my bones are trembling.
Rabbiyow, ii naxariiso, waayo, anigu waan taagdaranahay, Rabbiyow, i bogsii, waayo, lafahaygu way dhib qabaan.
3 And my soul is greatly troubled. But you, Jehovah, how long?
Oo weliba naftayduna aad iyo aad bay u dhibaataysan tahay, Adiguse, Rabbiyow, ilaa goormaad sugaysaa?
4 Return, Jehovah. Deliver my soul. Save me because of your lovingkindness.
Rabbiyow, soo noqo oo naftayda samatabbixi, Oo igu badbaadi raxmaddaada daraaddeed.
5 For in death there is no memory of you. In Sheol, who shall give you thanks? (Sheol )
Waayo, geeridu ma leh xusuus adiga lagugu xusuusto, Bal yaase She'ool kaaga mahadnaqi doona? (Sheol )
6 I am weary with my groaning. Every night I drench my bed; I melt my couch with my tears.
Waxaan la daalay jibaadkayga, Habeen kasta sariirtayda oohin baan ku qoyaa. Gogoshaydana waxaan ku qoyaa ilmadayda.
7 My eye wastes away because of grief. It grows old because of all my adversaries.
Ishaydu waxay la gudhaysaa tiiraanyo, Oo cadaawayaashayda daraaddood ayay la gabowdaa.
8 Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for Jehovah has heard the sound of my weeping.
Iga taga, kuwiinna xaqdarrada ka shaqeeya oo dhammow, Waayo, Rabbigu waa maqlay codkii oohintayda.
9 Jehovah has heard my plea. Jehovah has accepted my prayer.
Rabbigu waa maqlay baryootankaygii, Oo Rabbigu waa aqbalayaa tukashadayda.
10 May all my enemies be ashamed and greatly terrified. May they turn back, suddenly ashamed.
Cadaawayaashayda oo dhammu way wada ceeboobi doonaan, oo aad iyo aad bay u dhibtoon doonaan, Dib bay u noqon doonaan, oo si kediso ah ayay u ceeboobi doonaan.
