< Psalms 6 >
1 [For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments, upon the eight-stringed lyre. A Psalm by David.] Jehovah, do not rebuke me in your anger, neither discipline me in your wrath.
O Yahweh, saannak a tubtubngaren iti ungetmo wenno dusdusaen iti pungtotmo.
2 Be gracious to me, Jehovah, for I am frail. Jehovah, heal me, for my bones are trembling.
Kaasiannak, O Yahweh, ta nakapuyak; agasannak, O Yahweh, ta agkutkutukot dagiti tulangko.
3 And my soul is greatly troubled. But you, Jehovah, how long?
Mariribukan pay unay ti kararuak. Ngem sika, O Yahweh - aginggana kaano nga agtultuloy daytoy?
4 Return, Jehovah. Deliver my soul. Save me because of your lovingkindness.
Agsublika, O Yahweh! Ispalennak. Isalakannak gapu iti kinapudnom iti tulagmo!
5 For in death there is no memory of you. In Sheol, who shall give you thanks? (Sheol )
Ta iti patay, awan pakalaglagipan kenka. Idiay sheol, siasino ti agyamanto kenka? (Sheol )
6 I am weary with my groaning. Every night I drench my bed; I melt my couch with my tears.
Agkakapsutak iti panagasugko. Agpatpatnag a maslep ti pagiddaak kadagiti luluak; basbasaek ti punganko kadagiti luluak.
7 My eye wastes away because of grief. It grows old because of all my adversaries.
Limmidem dagiti matak gapu iti ladingit; agkapuydan gapu kadagiti amin a kabusorko.
8 Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for Jehovah has heard the sound of my weeping.
Adaywandak, dakayo amin nga agar-aramid iti kinadakes; ta nangngeg ni Yahweh ti timek ti panagsangitko.
9 Jehovah has heard my plea. Jehovah has accepted my prayer.
Nangngeg ni Yahweh ti panagkiddawko iti kaasi; inawat ni Yahweh ti kararagko.
10 May all my enemies be ashamed and greatly terrified. May they turn back, suddenly ashamed.
Mabainanto dagiti amin a kabusorko ken mariribukandanto iti kasta unay. Agsanuddanto ket dagusda a mapabainan.
