< Psalms 4 >
1 [For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments. A Psalm by David.] Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness. You set me free in my distress. Be gracious to me and hear my prayer.
ANAE juagangjao, opeyo, O Yuus y tininasso: anae chatsagayo jago munadangculoyo: maase nu guajo ya jungog y tinaetaejo.
2 You sons of man, how long will you shame my honor, love what is worthless, chase after a lie? (Selah)
Jamyo, famaguon taotao, asta ñgaean nae innanalo y onraco gui minamajlao? Asta ñgaean yanmiyo y banida ya inaliligao y dinague? (Sila)
3 But know that Jehovah works wonders for his godly one; Jehovah will hear when I call to him.
Tingoja, na si Jeova japolo apatte y deboto para güiya namaesa: si Jeova jajungog yo, anae juagang güe.
4 Be angry, but do not sin. Ponder in your heart, but be at rest on your bed. (Selah)
Fangalamten ya chatmiyo faniisao: fanmanjaso nu y corasonmiyo gui jilo camanmiyo, ya famacaca. (Sila)
5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in Jehovah.
Nae y tunas na inefresen ya angoco si Jeova.
6 Many say, "Who will show us any good?" Jehovah, lift up the light of your face upon us.
Megae umaalog: Jaye ufanuejit jafa minauleg? Jatsa gui jilonmame, O Jeova, y minalag y matamo.
7 You have put gladness in my heart, more than when their grain and wine and oil abound.
Jago numae minagof y corasonjo, megaeña qui uguaja sija anae umemegae y maeisñija yan y binoñija.
8 In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Jehovah alone, make me live in safety.
Ya y pas nae umason yo ya taegüijeja maegoyo: sa jagoja Jeova, unnasagayo seguro.
