Psalms 34
1 [By David; when he pretended to be insane before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed.] I will bless Jehovah at all times. His praise will always be in my mouth.
| زەبوورێکی داود، کاتێک لەبەردەم ئەبیمەلەخ خۆی کردە شێت، ئەویش دەریکرد و داود ڕۆیشت. هەموو کاتێک ستایشی یەزدان دەکەم، هەمیشە ستایشی ئەو لەسەر لێوەکانمە. |
2 My soul shall boast in Jehovah. The humble shall hear of it, and be glad.
| گیانم شانازی بە یەزدانەوە دەکات، با ستەملێکراوان گوێیان لێ بێت و شاد بن. |
3 Oh magnify Jehovah with me. Let us exalt his name together.
| با پێکەوە یەزدان بە گەورە بزانین، با بەیەکەوە ناوی بەرز بکەینەوە. |
4 I sought Jehovah, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.
| ڕووم لە یەزدان کرد، یەزدان بە دەنگمەوە هات، لە هەموو ترسەکانم فریام کەوت. |
5 They looked to him and were radiant, and their faces are not ashamed.
| ئەوانەی پشت بە یەزدان دەبەستن، دەدرەوشێنەوە، ڕوویان هەرگیز شەرمەزاری پێوە نابێت. |
6 This poor man cried, and Jehovah heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
| ئەم پیاوە ستەملێکراوە هاواری بۆ کرد، یەزدان گوێی لێ بوو، لە هەموو گرفتەکانی ڕزگاری کرد. |
7 The angel of Jehovah encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.
| فریشتەی یەزدان دەوری ئەو کەسانە دەگرێت کە لێی دەترسن، دەربازیان دەکات. |
8 Oh taste and see that Jehovah is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
| تامی بکەن و ببینن کە یەزدان چاکە! خۆزگە دەخوازرێ بەو کەسەی پەنای بۆ دەبات. |
9 Oh fear Jehovah, you his holy ones, for there is no lack with those who fear him.
| لە یەزدان بترسن ئەی گەلە پیرۆزەکەی، چونکە ئەوانەی لێی دەترسن پێویستیان بە هیچ نابێت. |
10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Jehovah shall not lack any good thing.
| ڕەنگە شێرەکان تووشی برسیێتی و لاوازی بن، بەڵام ئەوانەی ڕوو لە یەزدان دەکەن پێویستیان بە شتی چاک نابێت. |
11 Come, you children, listen to me. I will teach you the fear of Jehovah.
| کوڕینە، وەرن گوێ لە من بگرن، فێری لەخواترسیتان دەکەم. |
12 Who is someone who desires life, and loves many days, that he may see good?
| چ کەسێکە ژیانی خۆشدەوێت و ئارەزوو دەکات زۆر ڕۆژگاری خۆش ببینێت؟ |
13 Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies.
| زمانت لە خراپە بپارێزە و لێوەکانت لە فێڵبازی. |
14 Turn away from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.
| لە خراپە دوور بە و چاکە بکە، بەدوای ئاشتیدا بگەڕێ و کۆششی بۆ بکە. |
15 The eyes of Jehovah are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry.
| چاوی یەزدان لەسەر ڕاستودروستانە و گوێی لە پاڕانەوەکانیان ڕاگرتووە. |
16 Jehovah's face is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.
| ڕووی یەزدان لە دژی خراپەکارانە، تاکو یادەوەرییان لەسەر زەوی ببڕێتەوە. |
17 The righteous cry out, and Jehovah hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
| سەرڕاستان هاوار دەکەن و یەزدان گوێی لێیان دەبێت، لە هەموو تەنگانەکانیان دەربازیان دەکات. |
18 Jehovah is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
| یەزدان لە دڵشکاوان نزیکە و ئەوانە ڕزگار دەکات کە ڕۆحیان وردوخاش بووە. |
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Jehovah delivers him out of them all.
| پیاوچاک گرفتی زۆر دەبێت، بەڵام یەزدان لە هەمووی دەربازی دەکات، |
20 He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken.
| هەموو ئێسکەکانی دەپارێزێت، هیچیان ناشکێنرێت. |
21 Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.
| بەدکاری بەدکاران لەناو دەبات، ئەوانەی ڕقیان لە ڕاستودروستانە، تاوانبار دەکرێن. |
22 Jehovah redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned.
| یەزدان گیانی خزمەتکارەکانی خۆی دەکڕێتەوە و ئەوانەی پەنا دەبەنە بەر یەزدان تاوانبار ناکرێن. |
