< Psalms 125 >

1 [A Song of Ascents.] Those who trust in Jehovah are as Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but remains forever.
Kathutkung: Panuekhoeh, tami tangawn ni Hezekiah a ti awh BAWIPA ka kâuep e naw teh, kâhuen hoeh niteh, a yungyoe kangning e Zion mon patetlah ao han.
2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so Jehovah surrounds his people from this time forth and forevermore.
Monnaw ni Jerusalem a kalup e patetlah, BAWIPA ni a miphunnaw hah atuhoi pout laipalah a kalup.
3 For the scepter of wickedness won't remain over the allotment of the righteous; so that the righteous won't use their hands to do evil.
Tami kalannaw ni amamae kut hoi, kahawihoehe hno a sak awh hoeh nahanelah, tamikaponaw e sonron teh, tami kalannaw e râw talai dawk awm hanh naseh.
4 Do good, Jehovah, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts.
Oe BAWIPA, tami kahawinaw hoi tami kalannaw koe hawinae sak haw.
5 But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, Jehovah will lead them away with evildoers. Peace be on Israel.
Amamae dumyennae lam dawk ka cet e naw hateh, yonnae ka sak e naw hoi cungtalah, BAWIPA ni a pâlei han. Isarelnaw koe roumnae awm lawiseh.
