< Matthew 8 >

1 And when he came down from the mountain, large crowds followed him.

3 And he stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, "I am willing. Be cleansed." And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Yesu teɛɛ ne nsa de kaa ɔkwatani no kae se, “Mɛsa wo yare. Wo ho mfi!” Amono mu hɔ ara, kwata no fii ne ho.
4 And Jesus said to him, "See that you tell nobody, but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them."
Yesu ka kyerɛɛ no se, “Wo ne obiara nni wʼayaresa yi ho nkɔmmɔ. Kɔ na fa wo ho kɔkyerɛ ɔsɔfo, na bɔ afɔre a Mose hyɛɛ sɛ wɔmmɔ sɛ adansede no.”
5 And when he came into Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking him,

7 And he said to him, "I will come and heal him."
Yesu ka kyerɛɛ no se, “Mɛba abɛsa no yare.”
8 And the centurion answered, "Lord, I'm not worthy for you to come under my roof. Just say the word, and my servant will be healed.
Asraafo ha so panyin no tee Yesu asɛm a ɔkae no, ɔkae se, “Awurade, memfata sɛ woba me fi. Ka biribi na mʼabofra no ho bɛyɛ no den.
9 For I am also a man under authority, having under myself soldiers. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and tell another, 'Come,' and he comes; and tell my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."
Meyɛ obi a mehyɛ tumi ase, na mesan wɔ asraafo a wɔhyɛ mʼase. Meka kyerɛ wɔn mu bi sɛ ɔnkɔ a, ɔkɔ. Meka kyerɛ ɔfoforo se ɔmmra a, ɔba. Saa ara nso na mehyɛ me somfo sɛ ɔnyɛ biribi a, ɔyɛ ara ne no.”
10 And when Jesus heard it, he was amazed, and said to those who followed, "Truly I tell you, I have not found so great a faith with anyone in Israel.
Yesu tee saa asɛm no, ɛyɛɛ no nwonwa. Ɔdan nʼani, ka kyerɛɛ nnipadɔm a wodi nʼakyi no se, “Israelman mu nyinaa, minhuu gyidi a ɛte sɛɛ da.
11 And I tell you that many will come from the east and the west, and will sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven,

16 And when evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons. He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick;
Saa da no anwummere no, wɔde wɔn a wɔwɔ ahonhommɔne pii brɛɛ Yesu. Nʼanom asɛm a ɔkae no maa ahonhommɔne no nyinaa tu yerae, na wɔn a wɔyare no nyinaa nso ho tɔɔ wɔn.

Ɛhɔ ara Yudani kyerɛkyerɛfo bi ka kyerɛɛ Yesu se, “Kyerɛkyerɛfo, baabiara a wobɛkɔ no, medi wʼakyi!”
20 And Jesus said to him, "The foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head."
Yesu buaa no se, “Sakraman wɔ wɔn abon, wim nnomaa nso wɔ mmerebuw, nanso me, Onipa Ba no de, minni baabi a mede me ti to!”

22 But Jesus said to him, "Follow me, and leave the dead to bury their own dead."
Nanso Yesu ka kyerɛɛ no se, “Di mʼakyi. Wɔn a wɔawu no nsie wɔn awufo.”
23 And when he got into a boat, his disciples followed him.

26 And he said to them, "Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?" Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.

28 And when he came to the other side, into the country of the Gadarenes, two people possessed by demons met him there, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that nobody could pass that way.
Yesu ne nʼasuafo no duu asuogya wɔ Gadarafo asase so no, nnipa baanu bi a ahonhommɔne wɔ wɔn so fii amusiei behyiaa no. Esiane sɛ na saa nnipa yi yɛ keka nti, na obiara ntumi mfa faako a wɔwɔ hɔ.

32 And he said to them, "Go." And they came out, and went into the pigs, and look, the whole herd rushed down the cliff into the sea, and died in the water.
