2 Abraham was the father of Isaac, and Isaac the father of Jacob, and Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers,
Abrayami abotaki Izaki; Izaki abotaki Jakobi; Jakobi abotaki Yuda mpe bandeko na ye ya mibali;

11 and Josiah the father of Jechoniah and his brothers, at the time of the exile to Babylon.
Joziasi abotaki Yekonia mpe bandeko na ye ya mibali wana bana ya Isalaele bakendeki na bowumbu, na Babiloni.
12 And after the exile to Babylon, Jechoniah was the father of Shealtiel, and Shealtiel the father of Zerubbabel,
Sima na bana ya Isalaele kokende na bowumbu, na Babiloni, Yekonia abotaki Shealitieli; Shealitieli abotaki Zorobabeli;

17 So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David to the exile to Babylon fourteen generations; and from the exile to Babylon to the Christ, fourteen generations.
Kobanda na Abrayami kino na Davidi, elekaki bikeke zomi na minei; kobanda na Davidi kino na tango oyo bana ya Isalaele bakendeki na bowumbu, na Babiloni, elekaki lisusu bikeke zomi na minei; mpe kobanda na bowumbu, na Babiloni, kino na Klisto, elekaki lisusu bikeke zomi na minei.
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ happened like this. His mother Mary had been engaged to Joseph, and before they came together, she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.
Tala ndenge nini Yesu-Klisto abotamaki: Mari, mama na Ye, azalaki mobandami ya libala na Jozefi; kasi liboso ete bavanda ndako moko, Mari akomaki na zemi na nguya ya Molimo Mosantu.
19 And Joseph, her husband, being a righteous man, and not willing to make her a public example, intended to put her away secretly.
Jozefi, mobandami na ye ya libala, azalaki moto ya sembo. Boye, lokola Jozefi alingaki te koyokisa Mari soni na miso ya bato, azwaki mokano ya koboya Mari na kimia.
20 But when he thought about these things, look, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to yourself Mary, your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.
Wana Jozefi azalaki kokanisa makambo yango, anjelu na Nkolo abimelaki ye kati na ndoto mpe alobaki na ye: « Jozefi, mokitani ya Davidi, kobanga te kobala Mari; pamba te zemi oyo azali na yango ewuti na Molimo Mosantu.
21 And she will bring forth a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins."
Akobota mwana mobali mpe okopesa Ye kombo Yesu, pamba te akobikisa bato na Ye na masumu na bango. »
22 Now all this has happened, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying,
Makambo wana nyonso esalemaki mpo na kokokisa maloba oyo Nkolo alobaki na nzela ya mosakoli:
23 "Look, the virgin will conceive and bear a son, and they will call his name Immanuel;" which is translated, "God with us."
« Elenge mwasi oyo ayebi nanu nzoto ya mibali te akokoma na zemi mpe akobota mwana mobali, bongo bakopesa Ye kombo Emanwele oyo elingi koloba: Nzambe elongo na biso. »
24 And Joseph arose from his sleep, and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took his wife to himself;
Tango Jozefi alamukaki, asalaki makambo oyo anjelu na Nkolo atindaki ye kosala mpe azwaki Mari lokola mwasi na ye.
25 and had no marital relations with her until she had brought forth a son; and he named him Jesus.
Kasi Jozefi asangisaki nzoto te na Mari kino tango Mari abotaki mwana mobali; mpe Jozefi apesaki Ye kombo Yesu.
