Mark 8
1 In those days, when there was a large crowd, and they had nothing to eat, he called the disciples to himself, and said to them,
୧ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ହା଼ରେକା ମାନ୍ଦା ଲ଼କୁ ରୁଣ୍ତା ଆ଼ତେରି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଏ଼ୱାରିତା଼ଣା ତିନାୟି ଉନାୟି ଏ଼ନାୟି ହିଲାଆତାକି ଜୀସୁ ସୀସୁୟାଁଣି ଡାଗେ ହା଼ଟାନା ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି,
2 "I have compassion on the crowd, because they have stayed with me now three days, and have nothing to eat.
୨“ଲ଼କୁତାକି ନାଙ୍ଗେ କାର୍ମା ହ଼ଚିମାଞ୍ଜାନେ, ଇଚିହିଁ ଈୱାରି ତୀନିଦିନା ଆ଼ତେରିଏ ନା଼ ତଲେ ମାଞ୍ଜାମାନେରି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଈୱାରି ତା଼ଣା ଏ଼ନାୟି ତିନାୟି ହିଲେଏ ।
3 If I send them away fasting to their home, they will faint on the way, and some of them have come a long way."
୩ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ତୀହ୍ଆନାଁ ପାଣ୍ତିସାରେ, ୱେଣ୍ଡାହାନାଟି ଏ଼ୱାରି ହା଼ହା ଜିକେଏ ହା଼ନେରି । ଏ଼ୱାରି ବିତ୍ରାଟି ଏଚରଜା଼ଣା ହେକଟି ୱା଼ହାମାନେରି ।”
4 His disciples answered him, "From where could one satisfy these people with bread here in a deserted place?"
୪ସୀସୁୟାଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେରି, “ଇମ୍ବାଆଁ ଈ ଲ଼କୁ ହିଲାଆ ଟା଼ୟୁତା ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ଆମ୍ବିଟି ରୂଟି ତାଚାନା ଈୱାରାଇଁ ପାଞ୍ଜି କିନେସି?”
5 He asked them, "How many loaves do you have?" They said, "Seven."
୫ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ୱେଚେସି, “ମୀ ତା଼ଣା ଏଚରଗଟା ରୂଟି ମାନୁ?” ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏଲେଇଚେରି, “ସା଼ତାଗଟା ।”
6 He commanded the crowd to sit down on the ground, and he took the seven loaves. Having given thanks, he broke them, and gave them to his disciples to serve, and they served the crowd.
୬ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଜୀସୁ ଲ଼କୁଣି ବୂମିତା କୁଗାଲି ହୁକୁମି ହୀତେସି; ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଏ଼ୱାସି ସା଼ତାଗାଟା ରୂଟି ଅ଼ହାନା ଜହରା କିହାନା ଏ଼ ବାରେ ଡ଼ିକ୍ହାନା ବା଼ଟି କିହାଲି ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁକି ହୀତେସି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଲ଼କୁତାକି ବା଼ଟି କିହା ହୀତେରି ।
7 They had a few small fish. Having blessed them, he said to serve these also.
୭ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାରିତା଼ଣା ଏଚରଗଟା ଊଣା ମୀଣ୍କା ମାଚୁ; ଏ଼ ବାରେତି ଜିକେଏ ଜୀସୁ ମାହାପୂରୁ ତା଼ଣା ଜହରା କିହାନା ବା଼ଟି କିହା ହୀହାଲି ସୀସୁୟାଁଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି ।
8 They ate, and were filled. They took up seven baskets of broken pieces that were left over.
୮ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାରି ତିଞ୍ଜାନା ପାଞ୍ଜିତେରି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ହା଼ରିତାଣି ସା଼ତା ଡାଲି କୂଡ଼ି କିତେରି ।
9 Now they were about four thousand. Then he sent them away.
୯ଏ଼ୱାରି ବାରେ ସା଼ରି ମା଼ଣା ଲ଼କୁ ମାଚେରି । ଏଚେଟିଏ ଡା଼ୟୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ହେଲ ହୀତେସି,
10 Immediately he entered into the boat with his disciples, and came into the region of Dalmanutha.
୧୦ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଦେବୁଣିଏ ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁ ତଲେ ଡଂଗତା ହ଼ଚାନା ଦଲ୍ମନୁ ଗା଼ଡ଼ାତା ହାଚେରି ।
11 The Pharisees came out and began to question him, seeking from him a sign from heaven, and testing him.
୧୧ଡା଼ୟୁ ପାରୁସିୟାଁ ୱା଼ହାନା ଜୀସୁତଲେ ବା଼ଦିବା଼ଦା କିହାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେରି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ତାୟିପାରି କିହାଲିତାକି ହା଼ଗୁ ଲାକଟି ର଼ ସିନା ରୀସ୍ତେରି ।
12 He sighed deeply in his spirit, and said, "Why does this generation seek a sign? Truly I tell you, no sign will be given to this generation."
୧୨ଜୀସୁ ଜୀୱୁତା କିଲିବିଲି ଆ଼ହାନା ଗାଡି ନେ଼ଞ୍ଜାନା ୱେସ୍ତେସି, “ଈ ଜୁଗୁତି ଲ଼କୁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁତାକି ସିନା ପାରିମାନେରି? ନା଼ନୁ ମିଙ୍ଗେ ସାତା ୱେସିମାଞ୍ଜାଇଁ, ନୀଏଁତି ମାଣ୍ସିକି ଏ଼ନି ସିନା ହୀପ୍କି ଆ଼ଏ ।”
13 And he left them, and got into the boat again, and went to the other side.
୧୩ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ପିସାନା ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ଡଂଗତା ହ଼ଚାନା ଆତାଲାୱାକି ହାଚେସି ।
14 Now they forgot to take bread; and they did not have more than one loaf in the boat with them.
୧୪ଏଚିବେ଼ଲାତା ସୀସୁୟାଁ ରୂଟି ଅ଼ହାଲି ବା଼ଣାଆ଼ତେରି; ଡଂଗତା ଏ଼ୱାରିତା଼ଣା ରଣ୍ତିଏ ରୂଟି ମାଚେ ।
15 He warned them, saying, "Watch out; guard yourselves against the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod."
୧୫ଡା଼ୟୁ ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଜାଣ୍ତେ ହୁକୁମି ହୀତେସି, “ଜାଗ୍ରାତା ଆ଼ଦୁ, ପାରୁସିୟାଁ ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ହେରଦତି ପୂଲାଗୁଣ୍ଡାଟି ଜାଗ୍ରାତା ଆ଼ହାନା ମାଞ୍ଜୁ ।”
16 And they began discussing among themselves that they had no bread.
୧୬ଏଚେଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାରି ତା଼ମ୍ବୁ ତା଼ମ୍ବୁଏ ୱେସ୍ପିଆ଼ହିଁ ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେରି, “ମା଼ ତା଼ଣା ରୂଟି ହିଲେଏ ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ମାଙ୍ଗେ ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜିମାଞ୍ଜାନେସି ।”
17 He, perceiving it, said to them, "Why do you reason that it's because you have no bread? Do you not perceive yet, neither understand? Are your hearts hardened?
୧୭ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ଦାଆଁ ପୁଞ୍ଜାନା ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ମୀ ତା଼ଣା ରୂଟି ହିଲେଏ ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁତାକି ମୀରୁ ମୀରୁ ୱେସ୍ପି ଆ଼ହିମାଞ୍ଜେରି? ମୀରୁ ନୀଏଁ ପାତେକା ପୁଞ୍ଜି ହିଲଅତେରି କି ତେଲ୍ହି ହିଲଅତେରି?
18 Having eyes, do you not see? Having ears, do you not hear? Do you not remember?
୧୮କାଣ୍କା ମାଞ୍ଜାନା ମେସି ହିଲଅତେରି? ଅ଼ଡ଼େ, କୀର୍କା ମାଞ୍ଜାନା ୱେଞ୍ଜି ହିଲଅତେରି? ମୀରୁ ଈଦାଣି ଅଣ୍ପି ହିଲ୍ଅତେରି?
19 When I broke the five loaves among the five thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?" They told him, "Twelve."
୧୯ଏ଼ ପା଼ସାମା଼ଣା ଲ଼କୁ ବିତ୍ରା ନା଼ନୁ ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ପା଼ସାଗଟା ରୂଟି ଡ଼ିକ୍ହା ମାଚେଏଁ, ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ମୀରୁ ଏଚର ଡାଲି ହା଼ରିତାଣି କୂଡ଼ି କିତେରି, ଏ଼ଦି ମୀ ଅଣ୍ପୁତା ହିଲେଏ କି?” ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେରି, “ବା଼ର ଡାଲି ।”
20 "When the seven loaves fed the four thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?" And they said, "Seven."
୨୦“ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଏ଼ ସା଼ରି ମା଼ଣା ଲ଼କୁ ବିତ୍ରା ନା଼ନୁ ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ସା଼ତାଗଟା ରୂଟି ଡ଼ିକ୍ହା ମାଚେଏଁ, ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ମୀରୁ ଏଚର ଡାଲି କୂଡ଼ି କିହାମାଚେରି?” ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏଲେଇଚେରି, “ସା଼ତା ଡାଲି ।”
21 He asked them, "Do you not yet understand?"
୨୧ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ମୀରୁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁ ନୀଏଁ ପାତେକା ତେଲ୍ହାଲି ଆ଼ଡିହିଲଅତେରି?”
22 He came to Bethsaida. They brought a blind man to him, and begged Jesus to touch him.
୨୨ଡା଼ୟୁ ଏ଼ୱାରି ବେତ୍ସାୟିଦାତା ୱା଼ତେରି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ, ଲ଼କୁ ର଼ କା଼ଣାଇଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣି ତା଼ଣା ତାଚାନା ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଡୀଗାଲି ତାକି ଜୀସୁଇଁ ବାତିମା଼ଲିତେରି ।
23 He took hold of the blind man by the hand, and brought him out of the village. When he had spit on his eyes, and laid his hands on him, he asked him if he saw anything.
୨୩ଏ଼ଦାଆଁତାକି ଜୀସୁ କା଼ଣାତି କେୟୁ ଆସାନା ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ନା଼ୟୁଁ ପାଙ୍ଗାତା ଅ଼ତେସି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣି କାଣ୍କାଣାଁ ହୂପ୍କା ରୁବାନା ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଏ଼ୱାଣିଲାକ କେୟୁ ଇଟାନା ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ୱେଚେସି, “ନୀନୁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁ ମେସାଲି ଆ଼ଡିମାଞ୍ଜି କି?”
24 He looked up, and said, "I see people; they look like trees walking."
୨୪ଏ଼ୱାସି ସିନିକିହାନା ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନା଼ନୁ ମାଣ୍ସିୟାଁଇଁ ମେସିମାଇଁ, ଇଚିହିଁ ନା଼ନୁ ମା଼ର୍କା ଲେହେଁ ଏ଼ନାଇ ତା଼କି ମାନାଣି ମେସିମାଇଁ ।”
25 Then again he laid his hands on his eyes. He made him look up, and was restored, and saw everything clearly.
୨୫ଡା଼ୟୁ ଜୀସୁ ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ଏ଼ୱାଣି କାଣ୍କାଣାଁ କେୟୁ ଇଟିତେସି; ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାସି ନେହିଁକିଁ ମେସାଲି ଆ଼ଡିତେସି, ନେହିଁ ଆ଼ହାନା ବାରେ ତୀରିତଲେ ସିନିକିହାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେସି ।
26 He sent him away to his house, saying, "Do not enter into the village."
୨୬ଡା଼ୟୁ ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ତାନି ଇଜ ପାଣ୍ତାନା ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ଏ଼ ନା଼ୟୁଁ ବିତ୍ରା ଜିକେଏ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ହାଲାଆନି ।”
27 Jesus went out, with his disciples, into the villages of Caesarea Philippi. On the way he asked his disciples, "Who do people say that I am?"
୨୭ଏଚେଟିଏ ଜୀସୁ ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁ କାୟିସରିୟା ପିଲିପି ରା଼ଜିତି ନା଼ସ୍କାୱାକି ହାଚେରି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଜିରୁତା ଏ଼ୱାସି ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁଇଁ ୱେଚେସି, “ନା଼ନୁ ଆମ୍ବାଆତେଏଁ ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ଲ଼କୁ ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜି ମାଞ୍ଜାନେରି?”
28 And they said to him, saying, "John the Baptist, and others say Elijah, but others: one of the prophets."
୨୮ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେରି, “ବାପ୍ତିସ୍ମ ହୀନି ଜହନ, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଆମ୍ବା ଆମ୍ବାଆରି ଏଲିୟ, ସାମା ଆମ୍ବା ଆମ୍ବାଆରି ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜି ମାଞ୍ଜାନେରି ମାହାପୂରୁ ଅଣ୍ପୁତି ବ଼ଲୁ ୱେହ୍ନାରି ବିତ୍ରାଟି ରଅସି ।”
29 He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" Peter answered and said to him, "You are the Christ."
୨୯ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ୱେଚେସି, “ସାମା ନା଼ନୁ ଆମ୍ବାଆତେଏଁ ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ମୀରୁ ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜି ମାଞ୍ଜାଦେରି?” ପିତର ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନୀନୁ କ୍ରୀସ୍ତତି ।”
30 He commanded them that they should tell no one about him.
୩୦ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ତାନି କାତାତି ଆମ୍ବାଆରାଇଁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁ ୱେହ୍ଆଦୁ ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ଜାଣ୍ତେ କିହିଁ ହୁକୁମି ହୀତେସି ।
31 He began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests, and the scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
୩୧ଅ଼ଡ଼େ, ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଜା଼ପ୍ହାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେସି, “ଇଚିହିଁ ମାଣ୍ସି ମୀର୍ଏସି ହା଼ରେକା ଦୁକୁ କସ୍ତ ବେଟାଆ଼ନାୟି ମାନେ ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ପ୍ରାଚିନାଙ୍ଗା, କାଜା ପୂଜେରାଙ୍ଗା, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ମେ଼ରାପୁନାରି ତା଼ଣାଟି ଅ଼ପାଆଗାଟାସି ଆ଼ହାନା ପା଼ୟ୍ୱି ଆ଼ନାୟି ମାନେ, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ତୀନିଦିନା ଜେ଼ଚ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ନିଙ୍ଗିନାୟି ମାନେ ।”
32 He spoke to them openly. Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.
୩୨ଈ କାତା ଏ଼ୱାସି ତୀର୍ପୁତଲେ ୱେସ୍ତେସି । ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ପିତର ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଅ଼ରୱାକି ଅ଼ହାନା ଦାକା ହୀହାନା ଲା଼ଗାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେସି ।
33 But he, turning around, and seeing his disciples, rebuked Peter, and said, "Get behind me, Satan. For you have in mind not the things of God, but the things of humans."
୩୩ସାମା ଏ଼ୱାସି ଡା଼ୟୁୱାକି ତିର୍ୱାହାଁ ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁଣି ସିନିକିହାନା ପିତରଇଁ ଦାକା ହୀହାନା ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ସୟତାନ, ନା଼ ନ଼କିଟି ହେକ ହାଲାମୁ, ଇଚିହିଁ ନୀନୁ ମାହାପୂରୁ କାତା ଅଣ୍ପାଆନା ମାଣ୍ସିୟାଁ କାତା ଅଣ୍ପିମାଞ୍ଜି ।”
34 He called the crowd to himself with his disciples, and said to them, "If anyone wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
୩୪ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଜୀସୁ ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁ ତଲେ ଲ଼କୁଣି ହା଼ଟାନା ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ନା଼ ଜେ଼ଚ ୱା଼ହାଲି ମ଼ନ କିନେସି, ଆତିହିଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଜାହାରାଇଁ ପିସ୍ପେସି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ତାନି କ୍ରୁସ ଡେ଼କାନା ନା଼ ଜେ଼ଚ ୱା଼ପେସି ।
35 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; and whoever will lose his life for my sake and the sake of the Good News will save it.
୩୫ଇଚିହିଁ ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ତାନି ଜୀୱୁ ଗେଲ୍ପାଲି ମ଼ନ କିନେସି, ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ଦାଆଁ ହା଼ୱି କିନେସି; ସାମା ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ନା଼ ତାକି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ନେହିଁ କାବ୍ରୁତାକି ତାନି ଜୀୱୁ ହୀନେସି, ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ଦାଆଁ ନୀଟ୍ନେସି ।
36 For what does it profit a person to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?
୩୬ଅ଼ଡ଼େ, ମାଣ୍ସି ଈ ଦାର୍ତିତା ମାନାଣି ବାରେ ମେଡ଼ି କିହାନା ତାନି ଜୀୱୁତି ହା଼ୱି କିନେସି, ଆତିହିଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାକି ଏ଼ନି ଲା଼ବା?
37 Or what will a person give in exchange for his soul?
୩୭ଅ଼ଡ଼େ, ମାଣ୍ସି ତାନି ଜୀୱୁତି ବାଦୁଲି ଏ଼ନାଆଁ ହୀହାଲି ଆ଼ଡିନେସି?
38 For whoever will be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man also will be ashamed of him, when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels."
୩୮ଏ଼ଦାଆଁତାକି ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ଈ କା଼ଲାତି ଦା଼ରି କିନାରି ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ପା଼ପୁଗାଟି ଲ଼କୁ ବିତ୍ରା ନାଙ୍ଗେ ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ନା଼ ବ଼ଲୁ ତାକି ଲାଜା ଆ଼ନେସି, ମାଣ୍ସି ମୀର୍ଏସି ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ସୁଦୁ ଦୂତୁୟାଁ ତଲେ ତାନି ଆ଼ବାତି ଗାୱୁରମି ତଲେ ୱା଼ନେସି, ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ଏ଼ୱାସି ଜିକେଏ ଏ଼ୱାଣି କାତାତାକି ଲାଜା ଆ଼ନେସି ।”
