< Hebrews 4 >

1 Let us fear therefore, lest perhaps anyone of you should seem to have come short of a promise of entering into his rest.
KITAIL ari kanakanaiong pein kitail, pwe inau pan pedelong ong nan a moleilei mimieta, pwe amen re omail ender diarokada duen amen, me sota konodier.
2 For indeed we have had good news preached to us, even as they also did, but the word they heard did not profit them, because they were not united by faith with those who heard.
Pwe rongamau pil lolok dong kitail er dueta ong irail; a arail rong masan o sota kadepa ong irail, aki a sota doleki poson ren me rongadar akan.
3 For we who have believed do enter into that rest, even as he has said, "As I swore in my wrath, they will not enter into my rest;" although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
A kitail me posonlar, pan pedelong ong nan moleilei o, duen a kotin masanier: I kaular ni ai makar: Re sota pan pedelong ong nan ai moleilei. Ari so, wiawia kan unsokalar ni a kotin kapikadar sappa,
4 For he has said this somewhere about the seventh day, "And God rested on the seventh day from all his works;"
Pwe ekis wasa a kotin masanier duen ran kaisu: Kot kotin moleilei sang a wiawia kan karos ni ran kaisu.
5 and in this place again, "They will not enter into my rest."
O wasa et a pil kotin masani: Irail sota pan pedelong ong nan ai moleilei.
6 Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and they to whom the good news was before preached failed to enter in because of disobedience,
Ari, a kak ren akai en pedelong ong nan moleilei o; a irail, me aleer rongamau mas o, sota pedelong ong, pweki ar sopeik.
7 he again appoints a certain day, "Today," saying through David so long a time afterward (just as has been said), "Today if you will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts."
Kot ap pil kotin kileledier ran eu: Ran wet! Ni a kotin masanier ren Dawid murin ansau warai, duen a masan moa: Ran wet, ma komail pan rong kapitie, komail der kapitakaila mongiong omail.
8 For if Joshua had given them rest, he would not have spoken afterward of another day.
Pwe ma Iosua kamoleilei ir ala, a sota pan kotin katitiki duen eu ran.
9 There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God.
Ari kamol en sapat pan sapwilim en Kot akan mia.
10 For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from his.
Pwe i, me pedelong ong nan a moleilei, a pein pil moleileila sang a wiawia kan, dueta Kot sang sapwilim a kan.
11 Let us therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience.
Kitail ari kaporisoki pein kitail, en pedelong ong nan moleilei o, pwe amen ender lodi ong song en sopeik ota.
12 For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Pwe masan en Kot me maur, o manaman, o kong sang kodlas au riau, o kin til wong, lao a kasare pasang maur o ngen, pil kokon akan o kanang en ti o; o kadeikada lamelam o inong en mongiong o,
13 There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
O sota man me maur kot me rir sang i, pwe meakaros me sansal o kadiarokada mon silang i. Kitail en kapungala pein kitail re a.
14 Having then a great high priest, who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold tightly to our confession.
Ari, pweki atail samero lapalap kasampwal Iesus, Sapwilim en Kot, me kotidala nanlang, kitail en dadaurata lamalam.
15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.
Pwe atail samero lapalap kaidin i amen, me sota kin kotin pam atail luet akan. A i amen me songesong ni song karos dueta kitail ap sota dip a.
16 Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need.
Iei me kitail en aima ko dong mol en mak, pwe kitail en tungole kalangan o mak, pwen sauas patail ni ansau me mau ong.
