< Galatians 1 >

1 Paul, an apostle (not from humans, nor through humans, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead),
Mihing te sungpan hi ngawl, mihing tungtawn zong hi ngawl, ahihang Jesus Christ le Ama sia thina pan a thokiksak Pa Pathian tungtawn in sawltak a hi Paul;
2 and all the brothers who are with me, to the churches of Galatia:
Taciang ka kung ah a om suapui te in, Galati a om pawlpi te tung ah:
3 Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ,
Pa Pathian le i Topa Jesus Christ tung pan thuthiamna le thinnopna hong om tahen,
4 who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father— (aiōn g165)
Tu hun hunsia kawm sung pan kote suaktasak tu in i Pa Pathian deina bang in kote mawna te atu in Ama le Ama ki pia zo hi: (aiōn g165)
5 to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Ama tung ah minthanna a kumtawn in om tawntung ta hen. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you by the grace of Christ to a different Good News;
Note sia Christ i thuthiamna sung ah hong sampa tung pan in lungdamna thupha dang ah manlangtak in na ki khin uh sia lamdang kong sa hi:
7 and there is not another Good News. Only there are some who trouble you, and want to pervert the Good News of Christ.
Tua thu sia lungdamna thupha dang a om hang hi ngawl hi; ahihang note hong nawngkaisak le Christ i lungdamna thupha a lai nuam pawlkhat om hi.
8 But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a Good News other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.
Ahihang kote, a hibale, van pan in vantungmi khat in note tung ah ka hil sa uh lungdamna thupha simngawl, lungdamna thupha dang hong hil ahile, ama sia hamsiatna thuak tahen.
9 As we have said before, so I now say again: if anyone preaches to you a Good News other than that which you received, let him be cursed.
Kong son sa uh bangma in, tu zong kong son kik hi, na san sa uh thu simngawl, lungdamna thu dang note tung ah hong hil khatpo a omle, ama sia hamsiatna thuak tahen.
10 For am I now seeking the favor of people, or of God? Or am I striving to please people? For if I were still pleasing people, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Banghangziam cile tu in mihing te, a hibale Pathian lungkimsak tu ka uk ziam? a hibale mihing te lungkimsak tu zong khi ziam? banghangziam cile mihing te ka lungkimsak lai ahile, Christ i naseam ka hi batu hi.
11 But I make known to you, brothers, concerning the Good News which was preached by me, that it is not of human origin.
Ahihang suapui te awng, ka hil sa lungdamna thupha sia mihing tung pan hi ngawl hi, ci kong hesak hi.
12 For neither did I receive it from a human, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ.
Banghangziam cile mihing tung pan ka san hi ngawl a, mihing i hilna zong hi ngawl hi, ahihang Jesus Christ kilaak na tungtawn in ka san a hihi.
13 For you have heard of my former way of life in Judaism, how I severely persecuted the church of God, and tried to destroy it.
Banghangziam cile Judah biakna sung ah a bosa hun sung in ka nuntak zia, bangza son zawkngawl in Pathian pawlpi ka vawtsiat le ka siatsua thu ahizong:
14 I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
Ka mipui te sung Judah biakna sung ah ka khanngual te sang in a nasia zaw in pulepa ngeina sung ah ka thinkho hu in ka tungtuanna thu ahizong, na za zo uh hi.
15 But when God, who had set me apart from my mother's womb and called me through his grace, was pleased
Ahizong Pathian a lungkim ciang in Ama thuthiamna tungtawn in ka nu ngilsung pan a tuam in hong koi a, hong sam hi,
16 to reveal his Son to me, that I might preach him among those who are not Jewish, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood,
Gentile mite tung ah Ama thu ka hil thei natu in; a Tapa kei tung ah hong kilaak ciang in, mihing kuama zong ka kuailaw pai bua hi:
17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia. Then I returned to Damascus.
Ka mai ah sawltak te kung Jerusalem ah zong ka pai bua hi; ahihang Arabia ah ka pai a, Damascus ah ka heakkik hi.
18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Cephas and get information from him, and stayed with him fifteen days.
Kumthum zawkciang in Peter taw ki mu tu in Jerusalem ah ka pai a, a kung ah ni sawm le ni nga sung ka om hi.
19 But of the other apostles I saw no one, except James, the Lord's brother.
Ahihang Topa i suapui pa James simngawl a dang sawltak te kuama ka mu bua hi.
20 Now about the things which I write to you, look, before God, I'm not lying.
Tu in, en vun, note tung ah ka at thu te Pathian mai ah leilot thu son ngawl khi hi.
21 Then I came to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
Tua zawkciang in Syria le Cilicia ngam ah ka pai hi;
22 I was still unknown by face to the churches of Judea which were in Christ,
Tua hun laitak in Judah ngam pawlpi te in mimal in hong he balai uh hi:
23 but they only heard: "He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy."
Ahihang amate in a zak bek in za uh hi, a bosa hun sung ah hong vawtsia pa in khatvei lai a siatsua upna thu tu in hil hi.
24 And they glorified God because of me.
Taciang keima tungtawn in amate in Pathian pok uh hi.
