Ezekiel 38
1 The word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
Ekigambo kya Mukama Katonda ne kinzijira n’aŋŋamba nti,
2 "Son of man, set your face toward Gog, of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
“Omwana w’omuntu tunuuliza amaaso go eri Googi ow’omu nsi ya Magoogi, omulangira omukulu owa Meseki ne Tubali, owe obunnabbi gy’ali,
3 and say, 'Thus says Jehovah: "Look, I am against you, Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
oyogere nti, ‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, Nkulinako ensonga ggwe Googi omulangira omukulu owa Meseki ne Tubali.
4 and I will turn you around, and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, with all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed in full armor, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them armed with swords;
Ndikwetoolooza, ne nteeka amalobo mu mba zo, era ndibakulembera n’eggye lyo lyonna, n’embalaasi n’abeebagala embalaasi, bonna nga bambadde ebyokulwanyisa mu kibinja ekinene ekirina engabo ennene n’entono, nga bakutte n’ebitala.
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Put with them, all of them with shield and helmet;
Obuperusi, ne Kuusi ne Puuti balibeera wamu nabo, bonna nga balina engabo n’enkuufiira;
6 Gomer, and all his troops; the house of Togarmah in the uttermost parts of the north, and all his hordes; even many peoples with you.

7 "'"Be ready and stay ready, you and all your companies who are assembled to you, and be a guard to them.
“‘Weeteeketeeke beera bulindaala ggwe n’ekibinja kyonna ekikwetoolodde; obaduumire.
8 After many days you shall be summoned: in the latter years you shall come to a land that is restored from war, a gathering from many peoples on the mountains of Israel, that had long been in ruins. Its people were brought out from the peoples, and all of them now live securely.
Oluvannyuma olw’ennaku ennyingi mulikuŋŋaanyizibwa era mu myaka egy’oluvannyuma mulirumba ensi eyaakava mu lutalo, ensi abantu mwe baakuŋŋanyizibwa okuva mu mawanga amangi ku nsozi za Isirayiri ezalekebwawo. Abantu baayo baggyibwa mu mawanga, kaakano bonna batudde mirembe.
9 You shall advance, coming like a storm. You will be like a cloud covering the land, you, all your troops, and the many other peoples with you."
Ggwe n’eggye lyo lyonna n’amawanga agali awamu naawe, muliyambuka mubalumbe, era mulibalumba ng’omuyaga, era muliba ng’ekire ekibisse ku nsi.
10 "'"Thus says Jehovah: "It shall happen on that day, that thoughts shall come into your mind, and you shall devise an an evil scheme:
“‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, Ku lunaku olwo ebirowoozo biribajjira ne muteesa okukola akabi.
11 and you shall say, 'I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to those who who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates;
Muligamba nti, “Ndirumba ensi ey’ebyalo ebitaliiko nkomera, ndirumba eggwanga erijjudde emirembe era eriteeteeseteese, bonna nga babeera mu bigango okutali nkomera newaakubadde ebyuma eby’amaanyi.
12 to seize spoil and carry off plunder; to turn my hand against the waste places that are now inhabited, acquired livestock and goods, who live at the center of the earth.'
Ndibba ne nnyaga ne nnumba ebifo ebyazika, kaakano ebibeeramu abantu, abantu abaakuŋŋaanyizibwa okuva mu mawanga ag’enjawulo gye babeera, abalina obugagga bw’ente n’ebintu ebirala, ababeera wakati mu nsi.”
13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all its young warriors will say to you, 'Have you assembled your armies to carry off plunder, to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to to seize great spoil?'"'
Seeba ne Dedani n’abasuubuzi ab’e Talusiisi n’ab’ebyalo bye bonna balibabuuza nti, “Muzze kunyaga? Mukuŋŋaanyizza ebibinja byammwe mutunyage, mutwale effeeza yaffe ne zaabu yaffe, n’ebisolo byaffe n’ebintu byaffe ebirala, mutwale omunyago omunene?”’
14 "Therefore, son of man, prophesy, and tell Gog, 'Thus says Jehovah: "On that day when my people Israel are dwelling securely, you will take notice?
“Noolwekyo omwana w’omuntu kyonoova owa obunnabbi, n’ogamba Googi nti, ‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, Ku lunaku olwo abantu bange Isirayiri bwe baliba ng’abatudde mirembe, temulikiraba?
15 You shall come from your place out of the uttermost parts of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a mighty army;
Olijja okuva mu kifo kyo mu bukiikakkono obuli ewala ennyo, ggwe n’amawanga mangi wamu naawe, bonna nga beebagadde embalaasi, enkuyanja y’abantu, era eggye eddene.
16 and you shall come up against my people Israel, as a cloud covering the land. But when this happens in future days, I will bring you against my land, so that the nations may know me, Gog, when through you I show my holiness in their sight."
Mulitabaala abantu bange Isirayiri ng’ekire ekibikka ku nsi. Era mu nnaku ez’oluvannyuma ndikulinnyisa n’olumba ensi yange, ggwe Googi, amawanga gamanye. Era ndyolesa obutukuvu bwange mu maaso gaabwe.
17 "'Thus says Jehovah: "Are you the one of whom I spoke in former days by my servants the prophets of Israel, who in those days prophesied for years that I would bring you against them?"
“‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, Si mmwe be nayogerako edda nga mpita mu baddu bange bannabbi ba Isirayiri, abaawa obunnabbi mu biro ebyo okumala ebbanga, nga ŋŋenda kubasindika mubalumbe?
18 But it shall happen on that day, when Gog shall come against the land of Israel,' says Jehovah, 'that my hot anger will be aroused.
Naye ku lunaku olwo, Googi bw’alirumba ensi ya Isirayiri, ndiraga obusungu bwange, bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda.
19 For in my zeal, in the fire of my fury, I declare that on that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;
Mu buggya bwange ne mu busungu bwange nnangirira nga njogera nti walibaawo musisi ow’amaanyi mu nsi ya Isirayiri;
20 so that the fish of the sea, and the birds of the sky, and the animals of the field, and all crawling creatures who crawl on the land, and all people who are on the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence. And the mountains shall be thrown down, and the cliffs shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
n’ebyennyanja ebiri mu nnyanja, n’ennyonyi ez’omu bbanga, n’ensolo enkambwe ez’omu nsiko, ne buli kyewalulira ku ttaka, n’abantu bonna abali ku nsi balikankana olw’okujja kwange. Ensozi zirisuulibwa n’ebbanga liribulunguka, ne buli bbugwe aligwa ku ttaka.
21 I will call for a sword against him on all my mountains,' says Jehovah: 'every man's sword shall be against his brother.
Nditumira Googi ekitala okuva mu nsozi zange zonna, bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda, era buli muntu alirwana ne muganda we.
22 With pestilence and with bloodshed I will enter into judgment with him; and I will rain on him, and on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, torrential rains and hailstones, fire, and brimstone.
Ndibabonereza ne kawumpuli n’okuyiwa omusaayi, era nditonnyesa amatondo ag’enkuba amanene nga mulimu omuzira n’omuliro ku ye, n’eggye lye ne ku mawanga amangi agaamwegattako.
23 I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am Jehovah.'
Olwo ndyolesa obukulu bwange n’obutukuvu bwange, era ndyeraga eri amawanga mangi, ne balyoka bamanya nga Nze Mukama Katonda.’”
