Ezekiel 21
1 The word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು,
2 "Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem, and speak against the sanctuaries, and prophesy against the land of Israel;
“ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನೀನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಅಭಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ,
3 and tell the land of Israel, 'Thus says Jehovah: "Look, I am against you, and will draw forth my sword out of its sheath, and will cut off from you the righteous and the wicked.
‘ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಖಡ್ಗವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಒರೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತೆಗೆದು, ನಿನ್ನೊಳಗಿರುವ ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನೂ, ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನೂ ಕಡಿದುಬಿಡುವೆನು.
4 Seeing then that I will cut off from you the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of its sheath against all flesh from the Negev to the north:
ಆಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನೂ, ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನೂ ಕಡಿದುಬಿಡುವುದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಖಡ್ಗವು ದಕ್ಷಿಣದಿಂದ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಉತ್ತರದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅದರ ಒರೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವುದು.
5 and all flesh shall know that I, Jehovah, have drawn forth my sword out of its sheath; it shall not return any more."'
ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನಾನೇ ನನ್ನ ಖಡ್ಗವನ್ನು ಒರೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತೆಗೆದೆನೆಂದು ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು, ಅದು ಮತ್ತೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬರುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.’
6 "Sigh therefore, you son of man; with the breaking of your thighs and with bitterness you will sigh before their eyes.
“ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನರಳಾಡು! ಮುರಿದ ಹೃದಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕಹಿ ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ನರಳಾಡು.
7 It shall be, when they tell you, 'Why do you sigh?' that you shall say, 'Because of the news, for it comes; and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: look, it comes, and it shall be done, says Jehovah.'"
‘ನೀನು ಏಕೆ ನರಳಾಡುತ್ತೀ?’ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ನೀನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ‘ಆ ಸುದ್ದಿಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೇ ಅದು ಬರುವುದು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಆಗ ಹೃದಯಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕರಗುವುವು. ಕೈಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿತ್ರಾಣವಾಗುವುವು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಆತ್ಮವು ಕುಂದುವದು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೊಣಕಾಲುಗಳು ನೀರಿನಂತೆ ತೇವವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಅದು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ, ಅದು ತರಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ,’ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.”
8 The word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು,
9 "Son of man, prophesy, and say, 'Thus says Jehovah: Say, "A sword, a sword, it is sharpened, and also furbished;
“ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ, ‘ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ಹೇಳು: “‘ಆ ಒಂದು ಖಡ್ಗವು ಹದಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ; ಮೆರುಗೂ ಸಹ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
10 it is sharpened that it may make a slaughter; it is furbished that it may be as lightning: shall we then make mirth? The rod of my son, it condemns every tree.
ಸಂಹರಿಸಲು ಸಾಣೆಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ; ಮಿಂಚುವಂತೆ ಮಸೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. “‘ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಗ ಯೆಹೂದದ ರಾಜದಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಸಂತೋಷ ಪಡಬಹುದೋ? ಅಂಥ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಬೆತ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಖಡ್ಗವು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
11 It is given to be furbished, that it may be handled: the sword, it is sharpened, yes, it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the killer."'
“‘ಖಡ್ಗವು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಹಿಡಿಯಲಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಸೆಯಲು ಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊಲ್ಲುವವನ ಕೈಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆ ಖಡ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹದವನ್ನೂ, ಸಾಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
12 Cry and wail, son of man; for it is on my people, it is on all the princes of Israel: they are delivered over to the sword with my people; strike therefore on your thigh.
ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಕೂಗು ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಳಾಡು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅದು ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳೆಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಇರುವುದು. ಖಡ್ಗದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಅಂಜಿಕೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುವುದು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಎದೆಯನ್ನು ಬಡಿದುಕೋ.
13 For there is a trial; and what if even the rod that condemns shall be no more?" says Jehovah.
“‘ಪರಿಶೋಧನೆಯು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಖಡ್ಗವು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಯೆಹೂದದ ರಾಜದಂಡವು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯದಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ? ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.’
14 "You therefore, son of man, prophesy, and strike your hands together; and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the deadly wounded: it is the sword of the great one who is deadly wounded, which enters into their rooms.
“ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಕೈಗೆ ಕೈತಟ್ಟಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸು. ಹತರಾದವರ ಖಡ್ಗವಾದ ಆ ಖಡ್ಗವೇ ಎರಡರಷ್ಟು, ಮೂರರಷ್ಟು ಸಂಹರಿಸಲಿ. ಪ್ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಹತಿಸುವ ಆ ಖಡ್ಗ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಬೀಸಿ ಆ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವವರನ್ನು ಆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಖಡ್ಗ ಸಂಹರಿಸುವುದು.
15 I have set the threatening sword against all their gates, that their heart may melt, and their stumblings be multiplied: Ah. It is made as lightning, it is pointed for slaughter.
ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವು ಕರಗುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ, ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪತನವು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಖಡ್ಗದ ಮೊನೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆಹಾ, ಮಿಂಚಿನಂತೆ ಹೊಡೆಯಲು ಈ ಬಲೆ ಹೆಣೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಲೆಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಸೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.
16 'Gather yourselves together, go to the right, set yourselves in array, go to the left, wherever your face is set.'
ಖಡ್ಗವೇ ಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಡೆ, ಎಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಡೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಅಲಗು ತಿರುಗಿದ ಕಡೆಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೊಡೆ.
17 I will also strike my hands together, and I will cause my wrath to rest: I, Jehovah, have spoken it."
ನಾನೂ ಸಹ ಕೈತಟ್ಟಿ ನನ್ನ ರೋಷವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು, ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ.”
18 The word of Jehovah came to me again, saying,
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು:
19 "Also, you son of man, appoint two ways that the sword of the king of Babylon may come; they both shall come forth out of one land: and mark out a place, mark it out at the head of the way to the city.
“ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಬಾಬಿಲೋನಿನ ಅರಸನ ಖಡ್ಗವು ಬರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ಎರಡು ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೋ. ಅವೆರಡು ದಾರಿಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟ ಹಾಗಿರಲಿ. ಒಂದೊಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವ ದಾರಿಯ ಮೊದಲಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಮರವನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರಿಸು.
20 You shall appoint a way for the sword to come to Rabbah of the people of Ammon, and to Judah in Jerusalem, the fortified.
ಅಮ್ಮೋನ್ಯರ ರಬ್ಬಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೂ, ಯೆಹೂದದ ಕೋಟೆ ಕೊತ್ತಲಗಳಿಂದ ಕುಡಿದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೂ ಆ ಖಡ್ಗವು ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡು.
21 For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he shook the arrows back and forth, he consulted the teraphim, he looked in the liver.
ಬಾಬಿಲೋನಿನ ಅರಸನು, ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಒಡೆಯುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕುನವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಬಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಿಸಿದನು; ಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದನು; ಅವನು ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಯ ಯಕೃತ್ತನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
22 In his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to set battering rams, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to set battering rams against the gates, to cast up mounds, to build forts.
ಅವನ ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಕುನವು ಇತ್ತು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಬಡಿಯುವ ಆಯುಧಗಳನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು, ಬಾಯಿಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸಂಹಾರ ಧ್ವನಿಗೈದು, ಆರ್ಭಟವಿಟ್ಟು ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಬಡಿಯುವ ಆಯುಧಗಳನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು ದಿಬ್ಬ ಹಾಕಿ, ಒಡ್ಡು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಸೂಚನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
23 It shall be to them as a false divination in their sight, who have sworn oaths to them; but he brings iniquity to memory, that they may be taken.
ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ತಾವು ಅರಸನಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಶಕುನದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಾಣುವುದು. ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಅವರ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಪಡಿಸಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿ ಒಯ್ಯುವನು.
24 "Therefore thus says Jehovah: 'Because you have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that in all your doings your sins appear; because you have come to memory, you shall be taken with the hand.
“ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ‘ನಿಮ್ಮ ದ್ರೋಹಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳು ಕಾಣುವ ಹಾಗೆ, ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ಬೀಳುವಿರಿ.
25 "'You, deadly wounded wicked one, the prince of Israel, whose day has come, in the time of the iniquity of the end,
“‘ದುಷ್ಟನಾದ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ರಾಜಕುಮಾರನೇ, ನೀನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಂದ ನಿನಗೆ ಅಂತ್ಯ ದಿವಸವು ಬಂದಿತು.
26 thus says Jehovah: "Remove the turban, and take off the crown; this shall be no more the same; exalt that which is low, and abase that which is high."
ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ಮುಂಡಾಸವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಡು, ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕು; ಅದು ಮೊದಲಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವನನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವನನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸು.
27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn it: this also shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.'
ಬಾ, ನಾಶನ! ನಾಶನ! ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಪಾಳು ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅದು ಯಾರದೋ, ಅವನು ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು.’
28 "You, son of man, prophesy, and say, 'Thus says Jehovah concerning the people of Ammon, and concerning their reproach; and say, "A sword, a sword is drawn, for the slaughter it is furbished, to cause it to devour, that it may be as lightning;
“ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನೀನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅಮ್ಮೋನಿಯರ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ನಿಂದೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, ‘ಹೌದು, ನೀನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು: “‘ಒಂದು ಖಡ್ಗವು, ಒಂದು ಖಡ್ಗವು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿರಿದಿದೆ, ಮಿಂಚುವಂತೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಮಸೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಥಳಥಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ ನುಂಗುವಹಾಗಿದೆ.
29 while they see for you false visions, while they divine lies to you, to lay you on the necks of the wicked who are deadly wounded, whose day has come in the time of the iniquity of the end.
ನಿನ್ನ ಜೋಯಿಸರು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ, ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗಿ ಶಕುನ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹತರಾದ ದುಷ್ಟರ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಅಂತ್ಯದಿನವು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ಅವರ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
30 Cause it to return into its sheath. In the place where you were created, in the land of your birth, will I judge you.
“‘ಖಡ್ಗವನ್ನು ಒರೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸು, ನೀನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ವಜರ ನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಿನಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವೆನು.
31 I will pour out my indignation on you; I will blow on you with the fire of my wrath; and I will deliver you into the hand of brutish men, skillful to destroy.
ನನ್ನ ಕ್ರೋಧವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿಸುವೆನು. ನನ್ನ ಉಗ್ರವಾದ ಬೆಂಕಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಊದಿ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಗರಾದ ಕ್ರೂರ ಜನರ ಕೈಗೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು.
32 You shall be for fuel to the fire; your blood shall be in the midst of the land; you shall be remembered no more: for I, Jehovah, have spoken it."'"
ನೀನು ಅಗ್ನಿಗೆ ಆಹುತಿಯಾಗುವೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ತವು ದೇಶದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಇರುವುದು. ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನಾನೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ.’”
