< Exodus 15 >

1 Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to God, and said, "I will sing to Jehovah, for he has triumphed gloriously. The horse and his rider he has thrown into the sea.
2 JAH is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise him; my father's God, and I will exalt him.
3 Jehovah is a warrior. Jehovah is his name.
Tas Kungs ir karavīrs, Kungs ir Viņa vārds.
4 Pharaoh's chariots and his army he hurled into the sea. His elite officers were drowned in the Red Sea.
Faraona ratus un viņa spēku Viņš iemetis jūrā, un viņa izlasītie virsnieki apslīkuši niedru jūrā.
5 The depths covered them. They went down into the depths like a stone.
Dziļumi tos apklājuši, tie dibenā nogrimuši kā akmens.
6 Your right hand, Jehovah, is glorious in power. Your right hand, Jehovah, shattered the enemy.
Ak Kungs! Tava labā roka ir pagodināta caur spēku, Tava labā roka, ak Kungs, ienaidniekus salauzījusi.
7 In the greatness of your majesty you overthrew those who rise up against you. You sent forth your wrath. It consumed them like stubble.
8 With the blast of your nostrils the waters piled up. The surging waters stood upright like a wall. The depths solidified in the heart of the sea.
Un caur Tavu nāšu pūšanu sacēlās ūdeņi, strauti sastājās kā kopā, ūdeņi sastinga jūras vidū.
9 The enemy said, 'I will pursue. I will overtake. I will divide the spoil. My desire shall be satisfied on them. I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.'
10 You blew with your breath. The sea covered them. They sank like lead in the mighty waters.
Tu Savu dvašu esi pūtis, jūra tos apklājusi, tie nogrimuši kā svins varenos ūdeņos.
11 Who is like you, Jehovah, among the gods? Who is like you, majestic in holiness, fearful in praises, working wonders?
Ak Kungs!
12 You stretched out your right hand. The earth swallowed them.
Tu esi izstiepis Savu labo roku, zeme tos aprijusi.
13 "In your loving kindness you will lead the people that you have redeemed. You will guide them by your strength to your holy dwelling.
Tu caur Savu žēlastību esi vadījis šos ļaudis, ko Tu atpestījis, Tu tos esi vadījis caur Savu spēku uz Tavas svētības mājas vietu.
14 When the peoples hear, they will tremble. Anguish will grip the inhabitants of Philistia.
Tautas to dzird un trīc, bailība tos aizņēmusi, kas Fīlistejā mājo.
15 Then the chiefs of Edom will be terrified. Trembling will seize the leaders of Moab. All the inhabitants of Canaan will melt away.
Tad Edoma virsnieki iztrūcinājās, trīcēšana aizņem Moaba varenos, sirds izkūst visiem, kas Kanaānā dzīvo.
16 Terror and dread will fall on them. By the greatness of your arm they will be as still as a stone, until your people pass over, Jehovah, until the people pass over whom you have purchased.
Iztrūcināšana un bailība krīt uz tiem, caur Tava elkoņa lielumu tie paliek klusu kā akmens, tiekams Tavi ļaudis pārstaigās cauri, ak Kungs, tiekams tie ļaudis pārstaigās, ko Tu Sev esi mantojis.
17 You shall bring them in, and plant them in the mountain of your inheritance, the place, Jehovah, which you have made for yourself to dwell in; the sanctuary, Jehovah, which your hands have established.
18 Jehovah shall reign forever and ever."
Tas Kungs ir ķēniņš mūžīgi mūžam.
19 For the horses of Pharaoh went in with his chariots and with his horsemen into the sea, and Jehovah brought back the waters of the sea on them; but the children of Israel walked on dry land in the midst of the sea.
20 Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took a tambourine in her hand; and all the women went out after her with tambourines and with dances.
21 Miriam answered them, "Sing to Jehovah, for he has triumphed gloriously. The horse and his rider he has thrown into the sea."
22 Moses led Israel onward from the Red Sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.
23 When they came to Marah, they couldn't drink from the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore its name was called Marah.
24 The people murmured against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink?"
Tad tie ļaudis kurnēja pret Mozu un sacīja: ko mēs dzersim?
25 Then he cried to Jehovah. Jehovah showed him a tree, and he threw it into the waters, and the waters were made sweet. There he made a statute and an ordinance for them, and there he tested them;
Un viņš brēca uz To Kungu un Tas Kungs viņam rādīja koku, to viņš ielika tai ūdenī, tad tas ūdens tapa salds.
26 and he said, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Jehovah your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Jehovah who heals you.
27 They came to Elim, where there were twelve springs of water, and seventy palm trees: and they camped there by the waters.
