Esther 10

1 King Achashyerosh laid a tribute on the land, and on the islands of the sea.

൧പിന്നീട് അഹശ്വേരോശ്‌ രാജാവ് ദേശത്തിനും സമുദ്രത്തിലെ ദ്വീപുകൾക്കും ഒരു നികുതി ഏർപ്പെടുത്തി.

2 All the acts of his power and of his might, and the full account of the greatness of Mordecai, to which the king advanced him, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?

൨അവന്റെ ബലത്തിന്റെയും പരാക്രമത്തിന്റെയും സകലവിവരങ്ങളും രാജാവ് മൊർദെഖായിയെ ഉയർത്തിയ ഉന്നതപദവിയുടെ വിവരവും മേദ്യയിലെയും പാർസ്യയിലെയും രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ ചരിത്രപുസ്തകത്തിൽ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

3 For Mordecai the Jew was next to King Achashyerosh, and great among the Jews, and accepted by the multitude of his brothers, seeking the good of his people, and speaking peace to all his descendants.

൩യെഹൂദനായ മൊർദെഖായി അഹശ്വേരോശ്‌രാജാവിന്റെ രണ്ടാമനും യെഹൂദന്മാരിൽവെച്ച് മഹാനും സഹോദരസംഘത്തിന് സമ്മതനും സ്വന്തജനത്തിന് ഗുണം ചെയ്യുന്നവനും സമാധാനം സംസാരിക്കുന്നവനും ആയിരുന്നു.
