Ephesians 6
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
၁သားသမီးတို့၊ သင်တို့မိဘများ၏စကား ကိုနားထောင်ကြလော့။ ထိုသို့ပြုခြင်းသည် ခရစ်ယာန်များအနေဖြင့်ပြုအပ်သည့်ဝတ် ဖြစ်၏။-
2 "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise:
၂ကျမ်းစာတော်က``သင်၏မိဘကိုရိုသေသမှုပြု လော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင်သင်သည်ကောင်းစားလျက်မြေကြီး ပေါ်တွင်အသက်ရှည်လိမ့်မည်'' ဟုဖော်ပြသည်။ ဤ ကားကတိတော်ပါရှိသည့်ပထမပညတ်ဖြစ်၏။
3 "that it may be well with you, and that you may live long in the land."

4 And fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
၄မိဘတို့၊ သားသမီးများကိုစိတ်ဆိုးစေရန်မပြု ကြနှင့်။ သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့အားသခင်ဘုရား၏ အလိုတော်နှင့်အညီသွန်သင်ဆုံးမကြလော့။
5 Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ;
၅ကျွန်ဖြစ်သူတို့၊ သင်တို့သည်ခရစ်တော်၏အစေ ကိုခံသကဲ့သို့ ကြောက်လန့်တုန်လှုပ်လျက်ရိုး သားသောစိတ်နှင့်သခင်တို့၏စကားကို နားထောင်ကြလော့။-
6 not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as people-pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
၆သခင်များနှစ်သက်စေရန်သူတို့၏ရှေ့မှောက် ၌သာနားထောင်ကြသည်မဟုတ်ဘဲ ခရစ်တော် ၏ကျွန်များအနေဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏အလို တော်ရှိသည့်အတိုင်းစိတ်ရောကိုယ်ပါအစေခံ ကြလော့။-
7 with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to people;
၇လူ၏အစေကိုခံသကဲ့သို့သာမကဘုရား သခင်၏အစေကိုခံသကဲ့သို့ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်းစွာအလုပ်ကိုလုပ်ဆောင်ကြလော့။-
8 knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.
၈ကျွန်ဖြစ်စေ၊ လွတ်လပ်သူဖြစ်စေ၊ မည်သူမဆို မိမိပြုသည့်ကောင်းမှုအတွက် သခင်ဘုရား ထံမှဆုလာဘ်ကိုရရှိလိမ့်မည်ဟုသိမှတ် ကြလော့။
9 You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him.
၉သခင်တို့၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်မှုကိုမပြုဘဲထိုနည်းတူပင် ကျွန်များနှင့်ဆက်ဆံကြလော့။ သင်တို့နှင့်သင်တို့၏ ကျွန်များမှာကောင်းကင်ဘုံတွင်သခင်တစ်ပါးတည်း ရှိကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ထိုသခင်သည်မျက်နှာ ကြီးငယ်လိုက်တော်မမူကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း သတိရကြလော့။
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.
၁၀သင်တို့သည်သခင်ဘုရားနှင့်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝတည်း ဖြစ်လျက် ကိုယ်တော်၏တန်ခိုးတော်အားဖြင့်ကြံ့ခိုင် ခြင်းရှိကြရန်ငါနောက်ဆုံးမှာကြားလို၏။-
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
၁၁မာရ်နတ်၏ပရိယာယ်များကိုခုခံကာကွယ်နိုင်ရန် ဘုရားသခင်၏လက်နက်စုံကိုဝတ်ဆင်ကြလော့။-
12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world's rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (aiōn g165)
၁၂ငါတို့သည်လူသတ္တဝါတို့နှင့်ဆိုင်ပြိုင်တိုက်ခိုက် ကြရသည်မဟုတ်။ ကောင်းကင်လောကမှဆိုး ယုတ်သောဝိညာဉ်တန်ခိုးရှင်နှင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဤအမှောင်လောကကိုအစိုးရသူများ၊ တန်ခိုး ရှင်များ၊ အာဏာပိုင်များနှင့်လည်းကောင်း ဆိုင်ပြိုင်တိုက်ခိုက်ကြရ၏။- (aiōn g165)
13 Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.
၁၃သို့ဖြစ်၍ဘုရားသခင်၏လက်နက်စုံကိုကိုင် ဆောင်ကြလော့။ သို့မှသာလျှင်ခဲယဉ်းဆိုး ယုတ်ရာကာလကျရောက်လာချိန်၌ သင်တို့ သည်ရန်သူ၏တိုက်စစ်ကိုခုခံကာကွယ် နိုင်လိမ့်မည်။ အဆုံးတိုင်အောင်တိုက်ခိုက် ပြီးသောအခါ၌သင်တို့သည်ရပ်တည် နိုင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
14 Stand therefore, having the belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
၁၄သို့ဖြစ်၍အသင့်ရှိနေကြလော့။ သစ္စာတရား တည်းဟူသောခါးပန်းကြိုးကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတည်းဟူသောရင်အုပ်တန် ဆာကိုလည်းကောင်း၊-
15 and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace;
၁၅ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးသတင်းကောင်းကိုကြေညာရန် အသင့်ရှိခြင်းတည်းဟူသောဖိနပ်ကိုလည်း ကောင်းဝတ်ဆင်ကြလော့။-
16 above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.
၁၆ယုံကြည်ခြင်းတည်းဟူသောဒိုင်းလွှားကို အမြဲဆွဲကိုင်ထားကြလော့။ သင်တို့သည် ထိုဒိုင်းလွှားအားဖြင့်မာရ်နတ်ပစ်ခတ်သော မီးမြားလက်နက်ဟူသမျှကိုငြိမ်းသတ် နိုင်လိမ့်မည်။-
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God;
၁၇ကယ်တင်ခြင်းတည်းဟူသောသံခမောက်ကို လည်းကောင်း၊ ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကပေးသောဘုရား သခင်၏နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်တည်းဟူသော ဋ္ဌားကိုလည်းကောင်းယူဆောင်ကြလော့။-
18 with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints:
၁၈သင်တို့အားကူညီစောင်မတော်မူရန်ဘုရား သခင်အားအစဉ်အမြဲဆုတောင်းကြလော့။ ဝိညာဉ်တော်ညွှန်ကြားတော်မူသည့်အတိုင်း အခါခပ်သိမ်းဆုတောင်းကြလော့။ ထို့ကြောင့် နိုးနိုးကြားကြားနေကြလော့။ ဇွဲသတ္တိရှိကြ လော့။ အခါမလပ်ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစု တော်အတွက်ဆုတောင်းကြလော့။-
19 on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News,
၁၉ငါဟောပြောချိန်၌ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါ့အား နှုတ်သတ္တိကိုပေးသနားတော်မူရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ သတင်းကောင်း၏နက်နဲသောအရာကိုရဲရင့် စွာဖွင့်ပြနိုင်ရန်လည်းကောင်း ငါ့အတွက်လည်း ဆုတောင်းကြလော့။-
20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
၂၀ငါသည်အကျဉ်းခံနေရသူဖြစ်သော်လည်းထို သတင်းကောင်းအတွက်သံတမန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ထို သတင်းကောင်းကိုဟောပြောအပ်သည်နှင့်အညီ ငါသည်ရဲရင့်စွာဟောပြောနိုင်ရန်ဆုတောင်း ကြလော့။
21 But that you also may know my affairs, how I am doing, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will make known to you all things;
၂၁ငါနှင့်ပတ်သက်သောအကြောင်းအရာကိုသင် တို့သိစေခြင်းငှာ သတင်းအလုံးစုံကိုသင် တို့အားတုခိတ်ကပြောပြလိမ့်မည်။ သခင် ဘုရား၏အမှုတော်ကိုဆောင်ရာတွင်သူ သည်ငါတို့အားသစ္စာရှိစွာကူညီသူ၊ ငါ တို့၏ချစ်လှစွာသောညီဖြစ်ပေသည်။-
22 whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know our state, and that he may comfort your hearts.
၂၂ထို့ကြောင့်ငါတို့နှင့်ဆိုင်သောသတင်းအလုံး စုံကိုပြောပြရန်နှင့် သင်တို့ကိုအားပေးကူ ညီရန်သူ့အားသင်တို့ထံသို့ငါစေလွှတ် လိုက်ပါသည်။
23 Peace be to the brothers, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
၂၃အဖဘုရားသခင်နှင့်သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်သည် ညီအစ်ကိုအပေါင်းတို့အားငြိမ်သက်ခြင်း၊ ချစ် ခြင်း၊ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကိုချပေးတော်မူပါစေ သော။-
24 Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with incorruptible love.
၂၄အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှမပျက်မပြယ်နိုင်သည့် မေတ္တာဖြင့် ငါတို့သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်အားချစ် ကြကုန်သောလူအပေါင်းတို့အပေါ်သို့ ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်သက်ရောက် ပါစေသော။ ဧဖက်သြဝါဒစာပြီး၏။
