2 Kings 15

1 In the twenty-seventh year of Jeroboam king of Israel began Azariah son of Amaziah king of Judah to reign.

۱ و در سال بیست و هفتم یربعام، پادشاه اسرائیل، عزریا ابن امصیا، پادشاه یهوداآغاز سلطنت نمود.

2 Sixteen years old was he when he began to reign; and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Jecoliah of Jerusalem.

۲ و شانزده ساله بود که پادشاه شد و پنجاه و دو سال در اورشلیم پادشاهی کرد واسم مادرش یکلیای اورشلیمی بود.

3 He did that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah, according to all that his father Amaziah had done.

۳ و آنچه درنظر خداوند پسند بود، موافق هر‌چه پدرش امصیا کرده بود، بجا آورد.

4 However the high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places.

۴ لیکن مکانهای بلند برداشته نشد و قوم هنوز در مکانهای بلندقربانی می‌گذرانیدند و بخور می‌سوزانیدند.

5 Jehovah struck the king, so that he was a leper to the day of his death, and lived in a separate house. Jotham the king's son was over the household, judging the people of the land.

۵ وخداوند، پادشاه را مبتلا ساخت که تا روزوفاتش ابرص بود و در مریضخانه‌ای ساکن ماندو یوتام پسر پادشاه بر خانه او بود و بر قوم زمین داوری می‌نمود.

6 Now the rest of the acts of Azariah, and all that he did, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

۶ و بقیه وقایع عزریا و هرچه کرد، آیا در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان یهودا مکتوب نیست؟

7 Azariah slept with his fathers; and they buried him with his fathers in the City of David: and Jotham his son reigned in his place.

۷ پس عزریا با پدران خود خوابید و او را با پدرانش در شهر داوددفن کردند و پسرش، یوتام در جایش پادشاه بود.

8 In the thirty-eighth year of Azariah king of Judah, Zechariah the son of Jeroboam reigned over Israel in Samaria six months.

۸ در سال سی و هشتم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، زکریا ابن یربعام بر اسرائیل در سامره پادشاه شد وشش ماه پادشاهی کرد.

9 He did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, as his fathers had done: he did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, with which he made Israel to sin.

۹ و آنچه در نظر خداوندناپسند بود، به نحوی که پدرانش می‌کردند، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود.

10 Then Shallum the son of Jabesh conspired against him and struck him down at Ibleam and put him to death, and reigned in his place.

۱۰ پس شلوم بن یابیش بر او شوریده، او را در حضور قوم زد و کشت و به‌جایش سلطنت نمود.

11 Now the rest of the acts of Zechariah, look, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.

۱۱ و بقیه وقایع زکریا اینک در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است.

12 This was the word of Jehovah which he spoke to Jehu, saying, "Your sons to the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel." So it came to pass.

۱۲ این کلام خداوند بودکه آن را به ییهو خطاب کرده، گفت: «پسران تو تا پشت چهارم برکرسی اسرائیل خواهند نشست.» پس همچنین به وقوع پیوست.

13 Shallum the son of Jabesh began to reign in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah king of Judah; and he reigned for a month in Samaria.

۱۳ در سال سی و نهم عزیا، پادشاه یهودا، شلوم بن یابیش پادشاه شد و یک ماه در سامره سلطنت نمود.

14 Menahem the son of Gadi went up from Tirzah, and came to Samaria, and struck Shallum the son of Jabesh in Samaria, and killed him, and reigned in his place.

۱۴ و منحیم بن جادی از ترصه برآمده، به سامره داخل شد. و شلوم بن یابیش رادر سامره زده، او را کشت و به‌جاش سلطنت نمود.

15 Now the rest of the acts of Shallum, and his conspiracy which he made, look, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.

۱۵ و بقیه وقایع شلوم و فتنه‌ای که کرد، اینک در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است.

16 Then Menahem struck Tiphsah, and all who were in it, and its borders, from Tirzah: because they did not open to him, therefore he struck it; and all the women in it who were with child he ripped up.

۱۶ آنگاه منحیم تفصح را با هر‌چه در آن بود و حدودش را از ترصه زد، از این جهت که برای او باز نکردند، آن را زد، و تمامی زنان حامله‌اش را شکم پاره کرد.

17 In the nine and thirtieth year of Azariah king of Judah, Menahem the son of Gadi began to reign over Israel for ten years in Samaria.

۱۷ در سال سی و نهم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، منحیم بن جادی، بر اسرائیل پادشاه شد و ده سال در سامره سلطنت نمود.

18 He did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah: he did not depart all his days from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, with which he made Israel to sin.

۱۸ و آنچه در نظرخداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود.

19 There came against the land Pul the king of Assyria; and Menahem gave Pul one thousand talents of silver, that his hand might be with him to confirm the kingdom in his hand.

۱۹ پس فول، پادشاه آشور، بر زمین هجوم آورد و منحیم، هزار وزنه نقره به فول داد تا دست او با وی باشد و سلطنت رادر دستش استوار سازد.

20 Menahem exacted the money of Israel, even of all the mighty men of wealth, of each man fifty shekels of silver, to give to the king of Assyria. So the king of Assyria turned back, and did not stay there in the land.

۲۰ و منحیم این نقد را براسرائیل، یعنی بر جمیع متمولان گذاشت تا هریک از ایشان پنجاه مثقال نقره به پادشاه آشوربدهند. پس پادشاه آشور مراجعت نموده، درزمین اقامت ننمود.

21 Now the rest of the acts of Menahem, and all that he did, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

۲۱ و بقیه وقایع منحیم و هرچه کرد، آیا در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب نیست؟

22 Menahem slept with his fathers; and Pekahiah his son reigned in his place.

۲۲ پس منحیم با پدران خود خوابید و پسرش فقحیا به‌جایش پادشاه شد.

23 In the fiftieth year of Azariah king of Judah Pekahiah the son of Menahem began to reign over Israel in Samaria for two years.

۲۳ و در سال پنجاهم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، فقحیا ابن منحیم بر اسرائیل در سامره پادشاه شد و دو سال سلطنت نمود.

24 He did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah: he did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, with which he made Israel to sin.

۲۴ و آنچه در نظرخداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود.

25 Pekah the son of Remaliah, his captain, conspired against him, and struck him in Samaria, in the citadel of the king's house, with Argob and Arieh; and with him were fifty men of the Gileadites: and he killed him, and reigned in his place.

۲۵ و یکی ازسردارانش، فقح بن رملیا بر او شوریده، او رابا ارجوب واریه در سامره در قصر خانه پادشاه زد و با وی پنجاه نفر از بنی جلعادبودند. پس او را کشته، به‌جایش سلطنت نمود.

26 Now the rest of the acts of Pekahiah, and all that he did, look, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.

۲۶ و بقیه وقایع فقحیا و هر‌چه کرد، اینک درکتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است.

27 In the two and fiftieth year of Azariah king of Judah Pekah the son of Remaliah began to reign over Israel in Samaria for twenty years.

۲۷ و در سال پنجاه و دوم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، فقح بن رملیا بر اسرائیل، در سامره پادشاه شد وبیست سال سلطنت نمود.

28 He did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah: he did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, with which he made Israel to sin.

۲۸ و آنچه در نظرخداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود.

29 In the days of Pekah king of Israel came Tiglath Pileser king of Assyria, and took Ijon, and Abel Beth Maacah, and Janoah, and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Gilead, and Galilee, all the land of Naphtali; and he carried them captive to Assyria.

۲۹ در ایام فقح، پادشاه اسرائیل، تغلت فلاسر، پادشاه آشور آمده، عیون و آبل بیت معکه ویانوح و قادش و حاصور و جلعاد و جلیل وتمامی زمین نفتالی را گرفته، ایشان را به آشوربه اسیری برد.

30 Hoshea the son of Elah made a conspiracy against Pekah the son of Remaliah, and struck him, and killed him, and reigned in his place, in the twentieth year of Jotham the son of Uzziah.

۳۰ و در سال بیستم یوتام بن عزیا، هوشع بن ایله، بر فقح بن رملیا بشورید واو را زده، کشت و در جایش سلطنت نمود.

31 Now the rest of the acts of Pekah, and all that he did, look, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.

۳۱ وبقیه وقایع فقح و هر‌چه کرد، اینک درکتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است.

32 In the second year of Pekah the son of Remaliah king of Israel began Jotham the son of Uzziah king of Judah to reign.

۳۲ در سال دوم فقح بن رملیا، پادشاه اسرائیل، یوتام بن عزیا، پادشاه یهودا، آغاز سلطنت نمود.

33 He was twenty-five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Jerusha the daughter of Zadok.

۳۳ او بیست و پنج ساله بود که پادشاه شد وشانزده سال در اورشلیم پادشاهی کرد و اسم مادرش یروشا، دختر صادوق بود.

34 He did that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah; he did according to all that his father Uzziah had done.

۳۴ و آنچه درنظر خداوند شایسته بود، موافق هر‌آنچه پدرش عزیا کرد، به عمل آورد.

35 However the high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burned incense in the high places. He built the Upper Gate of the house of Jehovah.

۳۵ لیکن مکان های بلندبرداشته نشد و قوم در مکان های بلند هنوز قربانی می‌گذرانیدند و بخور می‌سوزانیدند، و او باب عالی خانه خداوند را بنا نمود.

36 Now the rest of the acts of Jotham, and all that he did, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

۳۶ و بقیه وقایع یوتام و هر‌چه کرد، آیا در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان یهودا مکتوب نیست.

37 In those days Jehovah began to send against Judah Rezin the king of Aram, and Pekah the son of Remaliah.

۳۷ در آن ایام خداوند شروع نموده، رصین، پادشاه ارام و فقح بن رملیا را بر یهودا فرستاد.

38 Jotham slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the City of David his father: and Ahaz his son reigned in his place.

۳۸ پس یوتام با پدران خود خوابید و در شهر پدرش داود با پدران خوددفن شد و پسرش، آحاز به‌جایش سلطنت نمود.
