< 2 Corinthians 4 >

1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we do not faint.
Xoossa marotetha darope dendidaysan haysi ha oothozi nuus diza gishshi nuni hidota qanxxoko.
2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
Gido attin geemara haniza yeelasiza yoota nu aggidos. Asi balethoko; Xoossa qaala woridora walakokko. Hessa histanape tumu yoota qoncera yootishe asi wurikka nu gizayssa ekana mala nunatetha Xoossa sintthe shiishos.
3 Even if our Good News is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing;
Nu mishiracho qaalay gordetikoka izi gordetiday dhayanaytaskko.
4 in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, so they would not see the light of the glorious Good News of Christ, who is the image of God. (aiōn g165)
Xoossa lemuso gidida Kiristoosa boncho mishiracho qaala poo7oza ha alame asay beyontta mala hayssa ha alameza Xoossi ammanontta asa wozina mumisides. (aiōn g165)
5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves because of Jesus.
Nuni Yesus Kiristoosay Goda gididaysa sabakoos attin nuna sabakoko. Nuka nu baggara Yesusa gishshi intes oothizadentta gididosu.
6 For it is God, who spoke for light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
Kiristoosa sintthan Xoossi ba boncho eratethi poo7o nuus immanas “Poo7oy dhuman poo7o” gida Xoossi ba poo7o nu wozinan po7isides.
7 But we have this treasure in clay vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves.
Gido attin hayssi gita woliqay nuus Xoossafe imettides attin nupe gidonttayssa bessana mala haysi boncho miishshay nunan oto milatizayta giddon dees.
8 We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair;
Awa baggaraka nuna sugikokka nuni tintth gi meqqoko. Nuus yooy tipp giikoka hidota qanxxoko.
9 pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed;
Nu goodetikoka wora wodhi attoko. Istti nuna shoci gendersikoka nu dhayoko.
10 always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.
Yesusa deyoy nu asatethan qoncana mala nuni iza hayqo wurso wode tooki yuyosu.
11 For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus may be revealed in our mortal flesh.
Yesusa deyoy hayqiza nu asatethan qoncana mala paxa diza nuni wurso wodeka Yesusa gishshas hayqos aadhi imetosu.
12 So then death works in us, but life in you.
Hessa gishshi nu hayqos adhi imetishin inte qass deyon gakkista.
13 But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, "I believed, and therefore I spoke." We also believe, and therefore also we speak;
Kase geesha maxaafan xaafetida mala “Ta ammanida gishshi hasa7adis” geetetidaysa mala nuka hessa he ammano ayanan ammaniza gishshi hasa7osu.
14 knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus, and will present us with you.
Gaasoyka Goda Yesus Kiristoosa hayqope dentthidayss nunaka izara issife dentthidi intenara ba sinttha shishshanaysa nu erosu.
15 For all things are for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
Daro asa gakishe diza kiiyatethi Xoossa bonchosu galata bolla galata gujjana mala haysi wurikka intena go7anas hanides.
16 Therefore we do not become discouraged, but even though our outer nature is wearing away, yet our inner nature is being renewed day by day.
Hessa gishshi nu hidota qanxxoko; nuusu kare bagga asatethay dhay dhay bikkoka nuusi gaatha bagga asatethay gallas gallas ooraxxi ooraxxi bees.
17 For this momentary light affliction is working for us a far more exceeding and everlasting weight of glory; (aiōnios g166)
Hessas ha7i gutha wodes nuna gakiza wayey izara giiganas danda7ontta medhdhinas gidiza bonchon nuna gathana. (aiōnios g166)
18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are everlasting. (aiōnios g166)
Hessa gishshi nu tishshi histi xellizay ha7i ayfen bettiza mishsha bolla gidontta ha7i ayfen betontta mishsha bolla dees. Ha7i betizayss izi ha7is xalalakko. Ha7i ayfen betonttays gidiko izi medhinasakko. (aiōnios g166)
