1 Corinthians 6
1 If any of you has a dispute against another, does he dare go to court before the unrighteous, instead of the saints?
௧உங்களில் ஒருவனுக்கு வேறொருவனோடு வழக்குண்டானால், வழக்காடும்படி அவன் பரிசுத்தவான்களிடம் போகாமல், அநியாயக்காரர்களிடம் போகத் துணிகிறதென்ன?
2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
௨பரிசுத்தவான்கள் உலகத்தை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்களென்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? உலகம் உங்களால் நியாயந்தீர்க்கப்படுவதாயிருக்க, சாதாரண வழக்குகளைத் தீர்க்க நீங்கள் தகுதியற்றவர்களா?
3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?
௩நாம் தேவதூதர்களையும் நியாயந்தீர்ப்போமென்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? அப்படியிருக்க, இந்த வாழ்க்கைக்குரியவைகளை நீங்கள் நியாயந்தீர்த்துக்கொள்ளமுடியாதிருக்கிறது எப்படி?
4 If then, you have to judge things pertaining to this life, do you set them to judge who have no standing in the church?
௪இந்த வாழ்க்கைக்குரிய வழக்குகள் உங்களுக்கு இருந்தால், தீர்ப்புச்செய்கிறதற்கு, சபையில் சாதாரணமாக எண்ணப்பட்டவர்களை நியமித்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.
5 I say this to move you to shame. Is not there even one wise person among you who would be able to decide between a brother and his brother?
௫உங்களுக்கு வெட்கம் உண்டாகும்படி இதைச் சொல்லுகிறேன். சகோதரனுக்கும் சகோதரனுக்கும் உண்டான வழக்கைத் தீர்க்கத்தக்க பகுத்தறிவு உள்ளவன் ஒருவன்கூட உங்களுக்குள் இல்லையா?
6 But brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers.
௬சகோதரனோடு சகோதரன் வழக்காடுகிறான், அவிசுவாசிகளுக்கு முன்பாகவும் அப்படிச்செய்கிறான்.
7 Actually, it is already a defeat for you, that you have lawsuits among yourselves. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?
௭நீங்கள் ஒருவரோடொருவர் வழக்காடுகிறது எல்லாவிதத்திலும் குற்றமாக இருக்கிறது. அப்படிச் செய்கிறதைவிட நீங்கள் ஏன் அநியாயத்தைச் சகித்துக்கொள்ளுகிறதில்லை, ஏன் நஷ்டத்தைப் பொறுத்துக்கொள்ளுகிறதில்லை?
8 No, but you yourselves do wrong, and cheat, and that against your brothers.
௮நீங்களே அநியாயஞ்செய்கிறீர்கள், நஷ்டப்படுத்துகிறீர்கள்; உங்கள் சகோதரர்களுக்கும் அப்படிச் செய்கிறீர்களே.
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor men who have sexual relations with men,
௯அநியாயக்காரர்கள் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தைச் சுதந்தரிப்பதில்லை என்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? ஏமாற்றப்படாமலிருங்கள்; வேசிமார்க்கத்தார்களும், விக்கிரக ஆராதனைக்காரர்களும், விபசாரக்காரர்களும், சுயபுணர்ச்சிக்காரர்களும், ஆண்புணர்ச்சிக்காரர்களும்,
10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.
௧0திருடர்களும், பொருளாசைக்காரர்களும், வெறியர்களும், உதாசினக்காரர்களும், கொள்ளைக்காரர்களும் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தைச் சுதந்தரிப்பதில்லை.
11 Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.
௧௧உங்களில் சிலர் இப்படிப்பட்டவர்களாக இருந்தீர்கள்; ஆனாலும் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுவின் நாமத்தினாலும், நமது தேவ ஆவியானவராலும் கழுவப்பட்டீர்கள், பரிசுத்தமாக்கப்பட்டீர்கள், நீதிமான்களாக்கப்பட்டீர்கள்.
12 "All things are lawful for me," but not all things are expedient. "All things are lawful for me," but I will not be brought under the power of anything.
௧௨எல்லாவற்றையும் அநுபவிக்க எனக்கு அதிகாரம் உண்டு, ஆனாலும் எல்லாம் தகுதியாக இருக்காது; எல்லாவற்றையும் அநுபவிக்க எனக்கு அதிகாரம் உண்டு, ஆனாலும் நான் ஒன்றிற்கும் அடிமைப்படமாட்டேன்.
13 "Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods," but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
௧௩வயிற்றுக்கு உணவும், உணவிற்கு வயிறும் ஏற்கும்; ஆனாலும் தேவன் இதையும் அதையும் அழியச்செய்வார். சரீரமோ வேசித்தனத்திற்கு அல்ல, கர்த்தருக்கே உரியது; கர்த்தர் சரீரத்திற்குரியவைகளைத் தந்தருளுவார்.
14 Now God raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power.
௧௪தேவன் கர்த்த்தரை எழுப்பினாரே, நம்மையும் தமது வல்லமையினாலே எழுப்புவார்.
15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Should I then take the members of Christ, and make them members of a prostitute? Absolutely not.
௧௫உங்களுடைய சரீரங்கள் கிறிஸ்துவின் அவயவங்களென்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? அப்படியிருக்க, நான் கிறிஸ்துவின் அவயவங்களை வேசியின் அவயவங்களாக்கலாமா? அப்படிச் செய்யக்கூடாதே.
16 Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For he says, "The two will become one flesh."
௧௬வேசியோடு இணைந்திருக்கிறவன் அவளுடனே ஒரே சரீரமாக இருக்கிறானென்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? இருவரும் ஒரே மாம்சமாக இருப்பார்கள் என்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறதே.
17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.
௧௭அப்படியே கர்த்தரோடு இணைந்திருக்கிறவனும், அவருடனே ஒரே ஆவியாக இருக்கிறான்.
18 Flee sexual immorality. "Every sin that a person does is outside the body," but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
௧௮வேசித்தனத்திற்கு விலகி ஓடுங்கள். மனிதன் செய்கிற எந்தப் பாவமும் சரீரத்திற்கு வெளியே இருக்கும்; வேசித்தனம் செய்கிறவனோ தன் சொந்த சரீரத்திற்கு விரோதமாகப் பாவம் செய்கிறான்.
19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own,
௧௯உங்களுடைய சரீரமானது நீங்கள் தேவனாலே பெற்றும் உங்களில் தங்கியும் இருக்கிற பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவருடைய ஆலயமாக இருக்கிறதென்றும், நீங்கள் உங்களுடையவர்கள் அல்லவென்றும் உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா?
20 for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.
௨0விலைக்கு வாங்கப்பட்டீர்களே; ஆகவே, தேவனுக்கு உடையவைகளாகிய உங்களுடைய சரீரத்தினாலும் உங்களுடைய ஆவியினாலும் தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துங்கள்.
