1 Chronicles 6
1 The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
௧லேவியின் மகன்கள் கெர்சோன், கோகாத், மெராரி என்பவர்கள்.
2 The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
௨கோகாத்தின் மகன்கள் அம்ராம், இத்சேயார், எப்ரோன் ஊசியேல் என்பவர்கள்.
3 The children of Amram: Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. The sons of Aaron: Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
௩அம்ராமின் பிள்ளைகள், ஆரோன், மோசே, மிரியாம் என்பவர்கள்; ஆரோனின் மகன்கள் நாதாப், அபியூ, எலெயாசார், இத்தாமார் என்பவர்கள்.
4 Eleazar became the father of Phinehas, Phinehas became the father of Abishua,
௪எலெயாசார் பினெகாசைப் பெற்றான்; பினெகாஸ் அபிசுவாவைப் பெற்றான்.
5 and Abishua became the father of Bukki, and Bukki became the father of Uzzi,
௫அபிசுவா புக்கியைப் பெற்றான்; புக்கி ஊசியைப் பெற்றான்.
6 and Uzzi became the father of Zerahiah, and Zerahiah became the father of Meraioth,
௬ஊசி செராகியாவைப் பெற்றான்; செராகியா மெராயோதைப் பெற்றான்.
7 Meraioth became the father of Amariah, and Amariah became the father of Ahitub,
௭மெராயோத் அமரியாவைப் பெற்றான்; அமரியா அகிதூபைப் பெற்றான்.
8 and Ahitub became the father of Zadok, and Zadok became the father of Ahimaaz,
௮அகிதூப் சாதோக்கைப் பெற்றான்; சாதோக் அகிமாசைப் பெற்றான்.
9 and Ahimaaz became the father of Azariah, and Azariah became the father of Johanan,
௯அகிமாஸ் அசரியாவைப் பெற்றான்; அசரியா யோகனானைப் பெற்றான்.
10 and Johanan became the father of Azariah, (he it is who executed the priest's office in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem),
௧0யோகனான் அசரியாவைப் பெற்றான்; சாலொமோன் எருசலேமில் கட்டின ஆலயத்திலே ஆசாரிய பணியைச் செய்தவன் இவன்தான்.
11 and Azariah became the father of Amariah, and Amariah became the father of Ahitub,
௧௧அசரியா அமரியாவைப் பெற்றான்; அமரியா அகிதூபைப் பெற்றான்.
12 and Ahitub became the father of Zadok, and Zadok became the father of Shallum,
௧௨அகிதூப் சாதோக்கைப் பெற்றான்; சாதோக் சல்லூமைப் பெற்றான்.
13 and Shallum became the father of Hilkiah, and Hilkiah became the father of Azariah,
௧௩சல்லூம் இல்க்கியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இல்க்கியா அசரியாவைப் பெற்றான்.
14 and Azariah became the father of Seraiah, and Seraiah became the father of Jehozadak;
௧௪அசரியா செராயாவைப் பெற்றான்; செராயா யோசதாக்கைப் பெற்றான்.
15 Jehozadak went into captivity, when Jehovah carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.
௧௫யெகோவா நேபுகாத்நேச்சாரைக் கொண்டு யூதா மக்களையும் எருசலேமியர்களையும் சிறைபிடித்துக் கொண்டுபோகச்செய்தபோது யோசதாக்கும் சிறைப்பட்டுப்போனான்.
16 The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.
௧௬லேவியின் மகன்கள் கெர்சோம், கோகாத், மெராரி என்பவர்களே.
17 These are the names of the sons of Gershom: Libni and Shimei.
௧௭கெர்சோமுடைய மகன்களின் பெயர்கள், லிப்னி, சீமேயி என்பவைகள்.
18 The sons of Kohath were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
௧௮கோகாத்தின் மகன்கள் அம்ராம், இத்சேயார், எப்ரோன், ஊசியேல் என்பவர்கள்.
19 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their fathers' houses.
௧௯மெராரியின் மகன்கள் மகேலி, மூசி என்பவர்கள். லேவியர்களுக்கு அவர்களுடைய பிதாக்களின் வழியாக உண்டான வம்சங்கள்:
20 Of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21 Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeatherai his son.

22 The descendants of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,
௨௨கோகாத்தின் மகன்களில் ஒருவன் அம்மினதாப், இவனுடைய மகன் கோராகு; இவனுடைய மகன் ஆசீர்.
23 Elkanah his son, and Abiasaph his son, and Assir his son,
௨௩இவனுடைய மகன் எல்க்கானா; இவனுடைய மகன் அபியாசாப்; இவனுடைய மகன் ஆசீர்.
24 Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.
௨௪இவனுடைய மகன் எல்க்கானா; இவனுடைய மகன் ஊரியேல்; இவனுடைய மகன் ஊசியா; இவனுடைய மகன் சவுல்.
25 The sons of Elkanah: Amasai, and Ahimoth.
௨௫எல்க்கானாவின் மகன்கள் அமாசாயி, ஆகிமோத் என்பவர்கள்.
26 Elkanah his son, Zuphai his son, and Nahath his son,
௨௬எல்க்கானாவின் மகன்களில் ஒருவன் சோபாய்; இவனுடைய மகன் நாகாத்.
27 Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son, Samuel his son.
௨௭இவனுடைய மகன் எலியாப்; இவனுடைய மகன் எரோகாம்; இவனுடைய மகன் எல்க்கானா.
28 The sons of Samuel: the firstborn Joel, and the second Abijah.
௨௮சாமுவேலின் மகன்கள் அவனுக்கு முதலில் பிறந்த யோவேல், பிறகு அபியா என்பவர்கள்.
29 The descendants of Merari: Mahli his son, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son,
௨௯மெராரியின் மகன்களில் ஒருவன் மகேலி; இவனுடைய மகன் லிப்னி; இவனுடைய மகன் சிமேயி; இவனுடைய மகன் ஊசா.
30 Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.
௩0இவனுடைய மகன் சிமெயா; இவனுடைய மகன் அகியா; இவனுடைய மகன் அசாயா.
31 These are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of Jehovah, after that the ark had rest.
௩௧யெகோவாவுடைய பெட்டி தங்கினபோது, தாவீது யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்தில் சங்கீத சேவையை நடத்துவற்கு ஏற்படுத்தியவர்களும்,
32 They ministered with song before the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting, until Solomon had built the house of Jehovah in Jerusalem: and they waited on their office according to their order.
௩௨சாலொமோன் எருசலேமிலே யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டி முடியும்வரை ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரம் இருந்த இடத்திற்கு முன்பாக சங்கீத சேவையுடன் தங்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டபடியே பணிவிடை செய்துவந்தவர்களுமாகிய மனிதர்களும் அவர்களுடைய மகன்களாவர்
33 These are those who waited, and their sons. Of the descendants of the Kohathites: Heman the singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel,
௩௩கோகாத்தியர்களின் மகன்களில் ஏமான் என்னும் பாடகன்; இவன் யோவேலின் மகன்; இவன் சாமுவேலின் மகன்.
34 the son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,
௩௪இவன் எல்க்கானாவின் மகன்; இவன் யெரொகாமின் மகன்; இவன் ஏலியேலின் மகன்; இவன் தோவாகின் மகன்.
35 the son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,
௩௫இவன் சூப்பின் மகன்; இவன் எல்க்கானாவின் மகன்; இவன் மாகாத்தின் மகன்; இவன் அமாசாயின் மகன்.
36 the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,
௩௬இவன் எல்க்கானாவின் மகன்; இவன் யோவேலின் மகன்; இவன் அசரியாவின் மகன்; இவன் செப்பனியாவின் மகன்.
37 the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Abiasaph, the son of Korah,
௩௭இவன் தாகாதின் மகன்; இவன் ஆசீரின் மகன்; இவன் எபியாசாப்பின் மகன்; இவன் கோராகின் மகன்.
38 the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.
௩௮இவன் இத்சேயாரின் மகன்; இவன் கோகாத்தின் மகன்; இவன் இஸ்ரவேலின் மகனாகிய லேவியின் மகன்.
39 His brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berechiah, the son of Shimea,
௩௯இவன் சகோதரனாகிய ஆசாப் இவன் வலது பக்கத்திலே நிற்பான்; ஆசாப் பெரகியாவின் மகன்; இவன் சிமேயாவின் மகன்.
40 the son of Michael, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Malchijah,
௪0இவன் மிகாவேலின் மகன்; இவன் பாசெயாவின் மகன்; இவன் மல்கியாவின் மகன்.
41 the son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,
௪௧இவன் எத்னியின் மகன்; இவன் சேராவின் மகன்; இவன் அதாயாவின் மகன்.
42 the son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,
௪௨இவன் ஏத்தானின் மகன்; இவன் சிம்மாவின் மகன்; இவன் சீமேயின் மகன்.
43 the son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.
௪௩இவன் யாகாதின் மகன்; இவன் கெர்சோமின் மகன்; இவன் லேவியின் மகன்.
44 On the left hand their brothers the descendants of Merari: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,
௪௪மெராரியின் மகன்களாகிய இவர்களுடைய சகோதரர்கள் இடதுபக்கத்திலே நிற்பார்கள்; அவர்களில் ஏத்தான் என்பவன் கிஷியின் மகன்; இவன் அப்தியின் மகன்; இவன் மல்லூகின் மகன்.
45 the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,
௪௫இவன் அஸபியாவின் மகன்; இவன் அமத்சியாவின் மகன்; இவன் இல்க்கியாவின் மகன்.
46 the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shemer,
௪௬இவன் அம்சியின் மகன்; இவன் பானியின் மகன்; இவன் சாமேரின் மகன்.
47 the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.
௪௭இவன் மகேலியின் மகன்; இவன் மூசியின் மகன்; இவன் மெராரியின் மகன்; இவன் லேவியின் மகன்.
48 Their brothers the Levites were appointed for all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
௪௮அவர்களுடைய சகோதரர்களாகிய மற்ற லேவியர்கள் தேவனுடைய ஆலயமாகிய ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரத்தின் பணிகளைச் செய்ய நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தார்கள்.
49 But Aaron and his sons offered on the altar of burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.
௪௯ஆரோனும் அவனுடைய மகன்களும் சர்வாங்க தகனபலிபீடத்தின்மேல் பலியிட்டு தூபங்காட்டும் பீடத்தின்மேல் தூபங்காட்டி, மகா பரிசுத்த இடத்தின் எல்லா வேலைக்கும், தேவனுடைய தாசனாகிய மோசே கற்பித்தபடியெல்லாம் இஸ்ரவேலுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்தியுண்டாக்கவும் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தார்கள்.
50 These are the descendants of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,
௫0ஆரோனின் மகன்களில் எலெயாசார் என்பவனுடைய மகன் பினேகாஸ்; இவனுடைய மகன் அபிசுவா.
51 Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,
௫௧இவனுடைய மகன் புக்கி; இவனுடைய மகன் ஊசி; இவனுடைய மகன் செராகியா.
52 Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,
௫௨இவனுடைய மகன் மெராயோத்; இவனுடைய மகன் அமரியா; இவனுடைய மகன் அகிதூப்.
53 Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.
௫௩இவனுடைய மகன் சாதோக்; இவனுடைய மகன் அகிமாஸ்.
54 Now these are their dwelling places according to their encampments in their borders: to the descendants of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites (for theirs was the first lot),
௫௪அவர்களுடைய குடியிருப்புக்களின்படியே அவர்கள் எல்லைக்குள்ளான அவர்கள் தங்கும் இடங்களாவன: கோகாத்தியர்களின் வம்சமான ஆரோனின் சந்ததிக்கு விழுந்த சீட்டின்படியே,
55 to them they gave Hebron in the land of Judah, and its suburbs around it;
௫௫யூதா தேசத்திலிருக்கிற எப்ரோனையும் அதைச் சுற்றியிருக்கிற வெளிநிலங்களையும் கொடுத்தார்கள்.
56 but the fields of the city, and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
௫௬அந்தப் பட்டணத்தின் வயல்களையும் அதின் கிராமங்களையும் எப்புன்னேயின் மகனாகிய காலேபுக்குக் கொடுத்தார்கள்.
57 To the descendants of Aaron they gave the cities of refuge, Hebron; Libnah also with its suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa with its suburbs,
௫௭இப்படியே ஆரோனின் சந்ததிக்கு எப்ரோன் என்னும் அடைக்கலப்பட்டணங்களில் ஒன்றையும் லிப்னாவையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், யாத்தீரையும் எஸ்தெமோவையும் அவற்றின் வெளிநிலங்களையும்,
58 and Hilen with its suburbs, Debir with its suburbs,
௫௮ஈலேனையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், தெபீரையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும்,
59 and Ashan with its suburbs, and Juttah with its suburbs, and Beth Shemesh with its suburbs;
௫௯ஆசானையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், பெத்ஷிமேசையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும்,
60 and out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with its suburbs, Geba with its suburbs, and Allemeth with its suburbs, and Anathoth with its suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.
௬0பென்யமீன் கோத்திரத்திலே கேபாவையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், அலெமேத்தையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், ஆனதோத்தையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும் கொடுத்தார்கள்; இவர்கள் வம்சங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த இவர்கள் பட்டணங்களெல்லாம் பதின்மூன்று.
61 To the rest of the descendants of Kohath were given by lot, out of the family of the tribe, out of the half-tribe, the half of Manasseh, ten cities.
௬௧கோகாத்தின் மற்ற வம்சத்தினருக்கு வேறொரு கோத்திர வம்சத்திலும், பாதிக் கோத்திரமாகிய மனாசேயின் பாதியிலும் விழுந்த சீட்டின்படியே பத்துப் பட்டணங்கள் இருந்தது.
62 To the descendants of Gershom, according to their families, out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
௬௨கெர்சோமின் சந்ததிக்கு அவர்கள் வம்சங்களின்படியே, இசக்கார் கோத்திரத்திலும் ஆசேர் கோத்திரத்திலும், நப்தலி கோத்திரத்திலும், பாசானிலிருக்கிற மனாசே கோத்திரத்திலும் பதின்மூன்று பட்டணங்கள் இருந்தது.
63 To the descendants of Merari were given by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
௬௩மெராரியின் சந்ததிக்கு அவர்கள் வம்சங்களின்படியே, ரூபன் கோத்திரத்திலும், காத் கோத்திரத்திலும், செபுலோன் கோத்திரத்திலும் விழுந்த சீட்டின்படி பன்னிரெண்டு பட்டணங்கள் இருந்தது.
64 The children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities with their suburbs.
௬௪அப்படியே இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் லேவியர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த பட்டணங்களும் அவைகளின் வெளிநிலங்களும் என்னவென்றால்,
65 They gave by lot out of the tribe of the descendants of Judah, and out of the tribe of the people of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the people of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.
௬௫சீட்டுப்போட்டு, சிலருக்கு யூதா கோத்திரத்திலும், சிமியோன் கோத்திரத்திலும், பென்யமீன் கோத்திரத்திலும், பெயர் வரிசையில் சொல்லப்பட்ட அந்தப் பட்டணங்களைக் கொடுத்தார்கள்.
66 Some of the families of the descendants of Kohath, of the Levites, even the rest of the descendants of Kohath, had cities of their borders out of the tribe of Ephraim.
௬௬கோகாத் சந்ததியில் மற்ற வம்சங்களுக்கு அவர்கள் எல்லையான பட்டணங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு எப்பிராயீம் கோத்திரத்திலே இருந்தது.
67 They gave to them the cities of refuge, Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim with its suburbs; Gezer also with its suburbs,
௬௭எவையெனில், அடைக்கலப்பட்டணங்களில் அவர்களுக்கு எப்பிராயீம் மலைத்தேசத்திலிருக்கிற சீகேமையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், கேசேரையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும்,
68 and Jokmeam with its suburbs, and Beth Horon with its suburbs,
௬௮யோக்மேயாமையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், பெத்தொரோனையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும்,
69 and Aijalon with its suburbs, and Gath Rimmon with its suburbs;
௬௯ஆயலோனையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், காத்ரிம்மோனையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும்,
70 and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Taanach with its suburbs, and Ibleam with its suburbs, for the rest of the family of the descendants of Kohath.
௭0மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்திலே ஆனேரையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும், பீலியாமையும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களையும் கொடுத்தார்கள்; இவைகள் கோகாத் சந்ததியில் மற்ற வம்சங்களுக்கு இருந்தது.
71 To the descendants of Gershom were given, out of the family of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with its suburbs, and Ashtaroth with its suburbs;
௭௧கெர்சோம் சந்ததிகளுக்கு மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திர வம்சத்திலே பாசானில் இருக்கிற கோலானும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், அஸ்தரோத்தும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
72 and out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh with its suburbs, Daberath with its suburbs,
௭௨இசக்கார் கோத்திரத்திலே கேதேசும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், தாபராத்தும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
73 and Ramoth with its suburbs, and Anem with its suburbs;
௭௩ராமோத்தும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், ஆனேமும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
74 and out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal with its suburbs, and Abdon with its suburbs,
௭௪ஆசேர் கோத்திரத்திலே மாஷாலும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், அப்தோனும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
75 and Hukok with its suburbs, and Rehob with its suburbs;
௭௫உக்கோக்கும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், ரேகோபும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
76 and out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its suburbs, and Hammon with its suburbs, and Kiriathaim with its suburbs.
௭௬நப்தலி கோத்திரத்திலே கலிலேயாவில் இருக்கிற கேதேசும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், அம்மோனும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், கீரியாத்தாயிமும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும் இருந்தது.
77 To the rest of the Levites, the descendants of Merari, were given, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with its suburbs, Rimmon with its suburbs, and Tabor with its suburbs, and Nahalal with its suburbs.
௭௭மெராரியின் மற்ற சந்ததிகளுக்கு செபுலோன் கோத்திரத்திலே ரிம்மோனும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், தாபோரும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
78 And beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, were given them, out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with its suburbs, and Jahzah with its suburbs,
௭௮எரிகோவுக்கு அப்புறமாயிருக்கிற யோர்தானுக்கு அடுத்து யோர்தானுக்குக் கிழக்கே இருக்கிற ரூபன் கோத்திரத்திலே வனாந்திரத்திலுள்ள பேசேரும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், யாத்சாவும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
79 and Kedemoth with its suburbs, and Mephaath with its suburbs;
௭௯கெதெமோத்தும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், மெபாகாத்தும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
80 and out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with its suburbs, and Mahanaim with its suburbs,
௮0காத் கோத்திரத்திலே கீலேயாத்திலே உள்ள ராமோத்தும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், மகனாயீமும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும்,
81 and Heshbon with its suburbs, and Jazer with its suburbs.
௮௧எஸ்போனும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும், யாசேரும் அதின் வெளிநிலங்களும் இருந்தது.
