< Titus 3 >

1 Remind them to be in subjection to rulers and to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work,
Ririkanagia andũ acio atĩ maathĩkagĩre anene na arĩa maathanaga, na matuĩke aathĩki, na makoragwo mehaarĩirie kũruta wĩra wothe mwega,
2 to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing courtesy to all people.
ningĩ matikae gũcambia mũndũ o na ũrĩkũ, no makorwo marĩ a thayũ na acaayanĩri, na monanagie mĩtugo ya ũhooreri harĩ andũ othe.
3 For we were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
4 But when the kindness of God our Savior and his love toward humankind appeared,
No hĩndĩ ĩrĩa ũtugi wa Ngai Mũhonokia witũ na wendo ũrĩa atwendete naguo ciaguũranĩirio-rĩ,
5 not by works of righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us, through the washing of rebirth and renewing by the Rukha d'Qudsha,
6 whom he poured out on us richly, through Yeshua Meshikha our Savior;
7 that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of everlasting life.
8 This saying is faithful, and concerning these things I desire that you affirm confidently, so that those who have believed God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable for people;
Ũhoro ũcio nĩ wa kwĩhokeka. Na ngũkĩenda waragie maũndũ maya ũgwatĩirie, nĩgeetha andũ arĩa mehokete Ngai memenyerie kwĩrutĩra na kĩyo gwĩkaga maũndũ mega. Maũndũ maya nĩ magĩrĩru kũna, na nĩ marĩ uumithio harĩ mũndũ o wothe.
9 but shun foolish questionings, genealogies, strife, and disputes about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
10 Reject a divisive person after a first and second warning;
Mũndũ ũrĩa ũtũmaga kũgĩe na nyamũkano-rĩ, mũkaanagie riita rĩa mbere, na rĩa keerĩ. Thuutha wa ũguo, regana nake.
11 knowing that such a one is perverted, and sins, being self-condemned.
Wagĩrĩirwo nĩkũmenya atĩ mũndũ ta ũcio nĩ mwaganu na nĩ mwĩhia; nake we mwene nĩetuĩrĩire ciira.
12 When I send Artemas to you, or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me to Nicopolis, for I have determined to winter there.
Ndaarĩkia gũtũma Aritema kana Tukiko kũrĩwe, geria ũrĩa ũngĩhota ũũke kũrĩ niĩ gũkũ Nikopoli, tondũ nĩkuo nduĩte gũikara ihinda rĩa heho.
13 Send Zenas, the Law scholar, and Apollos on their journey speedily, that nothing may be lacking for them.
Ĩka ũrĩa wothe ũngĩhota ũteithie Zena ũrĩa wakiri, na Apolo rĩrĩa marĩkorwo marĩ rũgendo-inĩ, na wone atĩ marĩ na indo ciothe iria mabatarĩtio nĩcio.
14 Let our people also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful.
15 All who are with me greet you. Greet those who love us in faith. Grace be with you all.
Andũ arĩa othe tũrĩ nao nĩmamũgeithia. Geithia andũ arĩa othe matwendete thĩinĩ wa wĩtĩkio. Wega wa Ngai ũrogĩa na inyuĩ inyuothe.
