< Romans 8 >

1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Meshikha Yeshua.
ye janAH khrIShTaM yIshum Ashritya shArIrikaM nAcharanta AtmikamAcharanti te. adhunA daNDArhA na bhavanti|
2 For the law of the Rukha of life in Meshikha Yeshua has set you free from the law of sin and of death.
jIvanadAyakasyAtmano vyavasthA khrIShTayIshunA pApamaraNayo rvyavasthAto mAmamochayat|
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh;
yasmAchChArIrasya durbbalatvAd vyavasthayA yat karmmAsAdhyam Ishvaro nijaputraM pApisharIrarUpaM pApanAshakabalirUpa ncha preShya tasya sharIre pApasya daNDaM kurvvan tatkarmma sAdhitavAn|
4 so that the requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Rukha.
tataH shArIrikaM nAcharitvAsmAbhirAtmikam AcharadbhirvyavasthAgranthe nirddiShTAni puNyakarmmANi sarvvANi sAdhyante|
5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Rukha, the things of the Rukha.
ye shArIrikAchAriNaste shArIrikAn viShayAn bhAvayanti ye chAtmikAchAriNaste Atmano viShayAn bhAvayanti|
6 For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Rukha is life and peace;
shArIrikabhAvasya phalaM mR^ityuH ki nchAtmikabhAvasya phale jIvanaM shAntishcha|
7 because the mind set on the flesh is hostile towards God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot.
yataH shArIrikabhAva Ishvarasya viruddhaH shatrutAbhAva eva sa Ishvarasya vyavasthAyA adhIno na bhavati bhavitu ncha na shaknoti|
8 And those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
etasmAt shArIrikAchAriShu toShTum IshvareNa na shakyaM|
9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Rukha, if it is so that the Rukha of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Rukha of Meshikha, he does not belong to him.
kintvIshvarasyAtmA yadi yuShmAkaM madhye vasati tarhi yUyaM shArIrikAchAriNo na santa AtmikAchAriNo bhavathaH| yasmin tu khrIShTasyAtmA na vidyate sa tatsambhavo nahi|
10 And if Meshikha is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Rukha gives life because of righteousness.
yadi khrIShTo yuShmAn adhitiShThati tarhi pApam uddishya sharIraM mR^itaM kintu puNyamuddishyAtmA jIvati|
11 But if the Rukha of him who raised up Yeshua from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Meshikha from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Rukha who dwells in you.
mR^itagaNAd yIshu ryenotthApitastasyAtmA yadi yuShmanmadhye vasati tarhi mR^itagaNAt khrIShTasya sa utthApayitA yuShmanmadhyavAsinA svakIyAtmanA yuShmAkaM mR^itadehAnapi puna rjIvayiShyati|
12 So then, brothers, we have no obligation to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
he bhrAtR^igaNa sharIrasya vayamadhamarNA na bhavAmo. ataH shArIrikAchAro. asmAbhi rna karttavyaH|
13 For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Rukha you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
yadi yUyaM sharIrikAchAriNo bhaveta tarhi yuShmAbhi rmarttavyameva kintvAtmanA yadi sharIrakarmmANi ghAtayeta tarhi jIviShyatha|
14 For as many as are led by the Rukha of God, these are children of God.
yato yAvanto lokA IshvarasyAtmanAkR^iShyante te sarvva Ishvarasya santAnA bhavanti|
15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Rukha of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba. Father."
yUyaM punarapi bhayajanakaM dAsyabhAvaM na prAptAH kintu yena bhAveneshvaraM pitaH pitariti prochya sambodhayatha tAdR^ishaM dattakaputratvabhAvam prApnuta|
16 The Rukha himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God;
apara ncha vayam Ishvarasya santAnA etasmin pavitra AtmA svayam asmAkam AtmAbhiH sArddhaM pramANaM dadAti|
17 and if children, then heirs; heirs of God and fellow heirs with Meshikha; if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.
ataeva vayaM yadi santAnAstarhyadhikAriNaH, arthAd Ishvarasya svattvAdhikAriNaH khrIShTena sahAdhikAriNashcha bhavAmaH; aparaM tena sArddhaM yadi duHkhabhAgino bhavAmastarhi tasya vibhavasyApi bhAgino bhaviShyAmaH|
18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed to us.
kintvasmAsu yo bhAvIvibhavaH prakAshiShyate tasya samIpe varttamAnakAlInaM duHkhamahaM tR^iNAya manye|
19 For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
yataH prANigaNa Ishvarasya santAnAnAM vibhavaprAptim AkA NkShan nitAntam apekShate|
20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope
apara ncha prANigaNaH svairam alIkatAyA vashIkR^ito nAbhavat
21 that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
kintu prANigaNo. api nashvaratAdhInatvAt muktaH san Ishvarasya santAnAnAM paramamuktiM prApsyatItyabhiprAyeNa vashIkartrA vashIchakre|
22 For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers with labor pains together until now.
apara ncha prasUyamAnAvad vyathitaH san idAnIM yAvat kR^itsnaH prANigaNa ArttasvaraM karotIti vayaM jAnImaH|
23 And not only this, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Rukha, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.
kevalaH sa iti nahi kintu prathamajAtaphalasvarUpam AtmAnaM prAptA vayamapi dattakaputratvapadaprAptim arthAt sharIrasya muktiM pratIkShamANAstadvad antarArttarAvaM kurmmaH|
24 For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees?
vayaM pratyAshayA trANam alabhAmahi kintu pratyakShavastuno yA pratyAshA sA pratyAshA nahi, yato manuShyo yat samIkShate tasya pratyAshAM kutaH kariShyati?
25 But if we hope for that which we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
yad apratyakShaM tasya pratyAshAM yadi vayaM kurvvImahi tarhi dhairyyam avalambya pratIkShAmahe|
26 And in the same way, the Rukha also helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how to pray as we ought. But the Rukha himself makes intercession for us with inexpressible groanings.
tata AtmApi svayam asmAkaM durbbalatAyAH sahAyatvaM karoti; yataH kiM prArthitavyaM tad boddhuM vayaM na shaknumaH, kintvaspaShTairArttarAvairAtmA svayam asmannimittaM nivedayati|
27 And he who searches the hearts knows what is on the Rukha's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints in accordance with God.
aparam IshvarAbhimatarUpeNa pavitralokAnAM kR^ite nivedayati ya AtmA tasyAbhiprAyo. antaryyAminA j nAyate|
28 And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
aparam IshvarIyanirUpaNAnusAreNAhUtAH santo ye tasmin prIyante sarvvANi militvA teShAM ma NgalaM sAdhayanti, etad vayaM jAnImaH|
29 For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
yata Ishvaro bahubhrAtR^iNAM madhye svaputraM jyeShThaM karttum ichChan yAn pUrvvaM lakShyIkR^itavAn tAn tasya pratimUrtyAH sAdR^ishyaprAptyarthaM nyayuMkta|
30 Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified.
apara ncha tena ye niyuktAsta AhUtA api ye cha tenAhUtAste sapuNyIkR^itAH, ye cha tena sapuNyIkR^itAste vibhavayuktAH|
31 What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
ityatra vayaM kiM brUmaH? Ishvaro yadyasmAkaM sapakSho bhavati tarhi ko vipakSho. asmAkaM?
32 He who did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?
AtmaputraM na rakShitvA yo. asmAkaM sarvveShAM kR^ite taM pradattavAn sa kiM tena sahAsmabhyam anyAni sarvvANi na dAsyati?
33 Who could bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies.
IshvarasyAbhiruchiteShu kena doSha AropayiShyate? ya IshvarastAn puNyavata iva gaNayati kiM tena?
34 Who is he who condemns? It is Meshikha who died, and more than that, who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
aparaM tebhyo daNDadAnAj nA vA kena kariShyate? yo. asmannimittaM prANAn tyaktavAn kevalaM tanna kintu mR^itagaNamadhyAd utthitavAn, api cheshvarasya dakShiNe pArshve tiShThan adyApyasmAkaM nimittaM prArthata evambhUto yaH khrIShTaH kiM tena?
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Meshikha? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
asmAbhiH saha khrIShTasya premavichChedaM janayituM kaH shaknoti? klesho vyasanaM vA tADanA vA durbhikShaM vA vastrahInatvaM vA prANasaMshayo vA kha Ngo vA kimetAni shaknuvanti?
36 Even as it is written, "For your sake we are killed all day long. We were regarded as sheep to be slaughtered."
kintu likhitam Aste, yathA, vayaM tava nimittaM smo mR^ityuvaktre. akhilaM dinaM| balirdeyo yathA meSho vayaM gaNyAmahe tathA|
37 No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
aparaM yo. asmAsu prIyate tenaitAsu vipatsu vayaM samyag vijayAmahe|
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
yato. asmAkaM prabhunA yIshukhrIShTeneshvarasya yat prema tasmAd asmAkaM vichChedaM janayituM mR^ityu rjIvanaM vA divyadUtA vA balavanto mukhyadUtA vA varttamAno vA bhaviShyan kAlo vA uchchapadaM vA nIchapadaM vAparaM kimapi sR^iShTavastu
39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Meshikha Yeshua our Lord.
vaiteShAM kenApi na shakyamityasmin dR^iDhavishvAso mamAste|
