< Psalms 77 >
1 [For the Chief Musician. To Jeduthun. A Psalm by Asaph.] My cry goes to God. Indeed, I cry to God for help, and for him to listen to me.
2 In the day of my trouble I sought the LORD. My hand was stretched out in the night, and did not get tired. My soul refused to be comforted.
Amy andro nahampohek’ ahiy t’ie nipay i Talè; an-taña nahity, tsy nigebañe te haleñe; nifoneñe tsy hohòeñe ty foko.
3 I remember God, and I groan. I complain, and my spirit is overwhelmed. (Selah)
Ie mahatiahy iraho, ry Andrianañahare le mitretretretre, ie tsakorèko, le mitoirañe ty troko. Selà
4 You hold my eyelids open. I am so troubled that I can't speak.
Tana’o tsy hikòpoke o holi-masokoo; embetse iraho tsy mahafivolañe.
5 I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
Nereñereko o andro taoloo, o taoñe haehaeo,
6 I remember my song in the night. I consider in my own heart; my spirit diligently inquires:
Tiahiko o nititihako an-kaleñeo; mifañaoñe ami’ty troko iraho, le hoe ty fitsakorean-troko:
7 "Will the LORD reject us forever? Will he be favorable no more?
Haitoa’ i Talè zafe-anake hao? le lia’e tsy hisohe’e hao?
8 Has his loving kindness vanished forever? Does his promise fail for generations?
Fa modo kitro añ’afe’e hao ty fiferenaiña’e? Fa nilesa kitro-katroke hao i nampitamae’ey?
9 Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has he, in anger, withheld his compassion?" (Selah)
Nihaliñon’Añahare hao ty fatariha’e? nagabe’e an-kaviñerañe ao hao i fitretreza’ey? Selà
10 And I thought, "This is my wounding, that the right hand of the Most High has changed."
Le hoe raho: Zao ty halemeako: Ie ataoko ho mete miova ty fitàn-kavana’ i Andindimoneñey.
11 I will remember the works of the LORD; for I will remember your wonders of old.
Ho tiahiko ty fitoloña’ Ià, hahatsikaitse o raha tsitantane nanoe’o haehaeo.
12 I will also meditate on all your work, and consider your doings.
Ho hene tsakorèko o fitoloña’oo, hereñerèko o tolon-draha’oo.
13 Your way, God, is in the sanctuary. What god is great like God?
Ry Andrianañahare, masiñe ty lala’o; ia ty ndrahare ra’elahy hañirinkiriñe aman’ Añahare?
14 You are the God who does wonders. You have made your strength known among the peoples.
Ihe ro Andrianañahare mitolon-kalatsàñe! fa naboa’o am’ ondatio ty haozara’o.
15 You have redeemed your people with your arm, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
Nijebañem-pità’o ondati’oo, o tarira’ Iakobe naho Iosefeo. Selà
16 The waters saw you, God. The waters saw you, and they writhed. The depths also convulsed.
Nahatrea Azo o ranoo, ry Andrianañahare, ie nahatrea azo i ranoy le nivalitaboake! nitabohazake i lalekey.
17 The clouds poured out water. The skies resounded with thunder. Your arrows also flashed around.
Nampikojojoake orañe o rahoñeo; nigorogodoiñe i likerañey, nimb’etia mb’atia ka o ana-pale’oo.
18 The voice of your thunder was in the whirlwind. The lightnings lit up the world. The earth trembled and shook.
Tam-po’ i tangololahiy ty fivola’ i ampi’oy; nampireandreañe’ i helatsey ty voatse toy! nihondrahondra naho niozoñozoñe ty tane toy.
19 Your way was through the sea; your paths through the great waters. Your footsteps were not known.
Nitoañe’ i lala’oy i riakey, i rano jabajabay ty nilalan-tsile’o; vaho tsy nioniñe o liam-pandia’oo.
20 You led your people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
Narahe’o hoe lia-raike ondati’oo, am-pità’ i Mosè naho i Aharone.
