< Proverbs 22 >
1 A good name is more desirable than great riches, and loving favor is better than silver and gold.
Yaxshi nam zor bayliqqa ige bolushtin ewzel; Qedir-qimmet altun-kümüshtin üstündur.
2 The rich and the poor have this in common: The LORD is the maker of them all.
Gaday bilen bay bir zéminda yashar; Her ikkisini yaratqan Perwerdigardur.
3 The shrewd see danger and take cover, but the naive keep on going and suffer for it.
Zérek kishi bala-qazani aldin körüp qachar; Saddilar aldigha bérip ziyan tartar.
4 The result of humility and the fear of the LORD is wealth, honor, and life.
Özini töwen tutup, Perwerdigardin eyminishning berikiti — bayashatliq, izzet-hörmet we hayattur.
5 Thorns and snares are in the path of the wicked: whoever guards his soul stays from them.
Hiyligerlerning yolida tikenler, tuzaqlar yatar; Öz yoligha hézi bolghan kishi ulardin yiraq bolar.
6 Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
Baligha kichikide mijezige qarap durus terbiye berseng, Chong bolghanda u shu yoldin chiqmas.
7 The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender.
Baylar miskinlerni bashqurur; Qerzdar qerz igisining qulidur.
8 He who sows wickedness reaps trouble, and the rod of his fury will fail. God blesses a cheerful and generous person, but the vanity of his deeds he will bring to an end.
Naheqliq uruqini chachqanning alidighan hosuli balayi’apettur; Uning ghezep-heywisi chüsher.
9 He who has a generous eye will be blessed; for he shares his food with the poor.
Séxiy adem beriket tapar; Chünki u miskinlerge öz nénidin bölüp bergüchidur.
10 Drive out the mocker, and strife will go out; yes, quarrels and insults will stop.
Hakawurni qoghliwetseng, jédel-majira bésilar; Kélishmeslikler we shermendichilikler tüger.
11 He who loves purity of heart and speaks gracefully is the king's friend.
Pak niyetni qedirleydighan kishining sözliri güzeldur; Shunga padishah uning bilen dost bolar.
12 The eyes of the LORD watch over knowledge; but he frustrates the words of the unfaithful.
Perwerdigarning közi ilim-heqiqetni saqlar; U iplaslarning sözlirini échip tashlap bikar qilar.
13 The sluggard says, "There is a lion outside. I will be killed in the streets."
Hurun adem: «Tashqirida bir shir turidu, Kochigha chiqsam öltürülimen!» — deydu.
14 The mouth of an adulteress is a deep pit: he who is under the LORD's wrath will fall into it.
Zinaxor ayalning aghzi chongqur bir oridur; Perwerdigar narazi bolghan kishi uninggha chüshüp kéter.
15 Folly is bound up in the heart of a child: the rod of discipline drives it far from him.
Nadanliq sebiy balilarning qelbige baghlaghliqtur; Biraq terbiye tayiqi buni uningdin yiraq qilar.
16 Whoever oppresses the poor for his own increase and whoever gives to the rich, both come to poverty.
Miskinlerni ézish bilen bay bolghan, We baylargha sowghat sunidighan kishi, Axiri peqet yoqsulluqta qalar.
17 The words of the wise: Incline your ear and hear my words, and apply your heart to my instruction.
Qulaq sal, sanga aqilanilerning sözlirini ögitey; Köngül qoyup bilimimni ögen’gin.
18 For it is a pleasant thing if you keep them within you, if all of them are ready on your lips.
Ularni qelbingde ching tutsang, Ular sanga shérin bolar, Lewliringde sep bolup teyyar turidu.
19 That your trust may be in the LORD, I teach you today, even you.
Chin qelbing bilen Perwerdigargha tayinishing üchün, Bügün [bu hékmetlik sözlerni] bashqa birsige emes, Belki sanga yetküzdum.
20 Haven't I written to you thirty excellent things of counsel and knowledge,
Uningdin mana ottuzni yazdim, Buning ichide nesihetler hem bilim bar.
21 To teach you truth, reliable words, to give sound answers to the ones who sent you?
Bular bilen heqiqetning sözlirining derweqe heqiqet ikenlikini bileleysen, We shundaq qilip séni ewetküchilerge heqiqetning sözliri bilen jawab qayturalaysen.
22 Do not exploit the poor, because he is poor; and do not crush the needy in court;
Yoqsuldin bulap alma, u kembeghel tursa, Ajiz möminlerni soraq ornida bozek qilma.
23 for the LORD will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them.
Chünki Perwerdigar ularning dewasini kötürer, Ulardin bulap alghanlardin bulap alar.
24 Do not befriend a hot-tempered man, and do not associate with one who harbors anger:
Mijezi ittik adem bilen dost bolma, Qehrlik adem bilen arilashma,
25 lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul.
Bolmisa, uning yaman yolini öginip qélip, qiltaqqa chüshisen.
26 Do not be one of those who strike hands, of those who are collateral for debts.
Bashqilargha [képil bolup] qol bergüchilerdin bolma, Qerzlerni töleshke kapalet bergüchilerdin bolma;
27 If you do not have means to pay, why should he take away your bed from under you?
Séning qayturalighudek nerseng bolghan bolsa, Ular orun-körpiliringni bikardin-bikar astingdin élip ketmigen bolatti!
28 Do not move the ancient boundary stone, which your fathers have set up.
Ata-bowiliring pasilni belgilep bergen kona chégra tashlirini yötkime.
29 Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won't serve obscure men.
Ishni estayidil we chaqqan béjiridighan kishini körgenmiding? U pes ademlerning xizmitide bolmas; Padishahlarning aldida turar.
