Mark 1
1 The beginning of the Good News of Yeshua Meshikha, the Son of God.
೧ದೇವಕುಮಾರನಾದ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವು.
2 As it is written in Eshaya the prophet, "Look, I send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you.
೨ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆಶಾಯನ ಗ್ರಂಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, “ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ದೂತನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವನು ನಿನ್ನ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವನು.”
3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, 'Prepare the way of the Lord. Make his roads straight.'"
೩“‘ಕರ್ತನ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಆತನ ಹಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಗೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ’ ಎಂದು ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಗುವವನ ಶಬ್ದವದೆ” ಎಂಬುದೇ.
4 Yukhanan came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching a baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.
೪ಯೋಹಾನನು ಬಂದು ಜನರಿಗೆ, ನೀವು ಪಾಪಗಳ ಕ್ಷಮಾಪಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪದ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು.
5 And all the country of Yehuda went out to him and all those from Urishlim, and they were baptized by him in the Yurdinan river, confessing their sins.
೫ಆಗ ಯೂದಾಯ ಸೀಮೆಯೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡು ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ಹೊಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಂದ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
6 And Yukhanan was clothed with camel's hair and a leather belt around his waist. He ate locusts and wild honey.
೬ಈ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಒಂಟೆಯ ರೋಮದ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸೊಂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಚರ್ಮದ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನು; ಅವನು ಮಿಡತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಾಡುಜೇನನ್ನೂ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಸೇವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
7 And he preached, saying, "After me comes he who is mightier than I, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and loosen.
೭ಅವನು “ನನಗಿಂತ ಶಕ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆತನ ಕೆರಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗ್ಗಿ ಬಿಚ್ಚುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಲ್ಲ.
8 I baptized you in water, but he will baptize you in the Rukha d'Qudsha."
೮ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆತನಾದರೋ ನಿಮಗೆ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ” ಎಂದು ಸಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
9 And it happened in those days, that Yeshua came from Natsrath of Galila, and was baptized by Yukhanan in the Yurdinan.
೯ಆ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸು ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ಸೀಮೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ನಜರೇತೆಂಬ ಊರಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದು ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ಹೊಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಹಾನನಿಂದ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
10 And immediately coming up from the water, he saw the heavens parting, and the Rukha descending on him like a dove.
೧೦ಯೇಸುವು ನೀರಿನೊಳಗಿನಿಂದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪರಲೋಕವು ತೆರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರಾತ್ಮನು ಪಾರಿವಾಳದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಳಿಯುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು.
11 And a voice came out of the sky, "You are my beloved Son, with you I am well pleased."
೧೧ಆಗ “ನೀನು ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದೇನೆ” ಎಂಬ ದೈವ ವಾಣಿ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿಸಿತು.
12 And immediately the Rukha drove him out into the wilderness.
೧೨ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮ ಪ್ರೇರಿತನಾಗಿ ಯೇಸು ಅಡವಿಗೆ ಹೋದನು.
13 And he was in the wilderness forty days tempted by Satana. He was with the wild animals; and the angels were serving him.
೧೩ಆತನು ನಲವತ್ತು ದಿನ ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಡುಮೃಗಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದು ಸೈತಾನನಿಂದ ಶೋಧಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು ಮತ್ತು ದೇವದೂತರು ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ ಉಪಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
14 Now after Yukhanan was taken into custody, Yeshua came into Galila, proclaiming the Good News of God,
೧೪ಯೋಹಾನನು ಬಂಧಿತನಾದ ತರುವಾಯ ಯೇಸು ಗಲಿಲಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ದೇವರ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆ ಸಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು,
15 and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is near. Repent, and believe in the Good News."
೧೫“ಕಾಲವು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣವಾಯಿತು, ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿತು; ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಟ್ಟು ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ.”
16 And passing along by the lake of Galila, he saw Shimon and Andreus the brother of Shimon casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen.
೧೬ಯೇಸು ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಸೀಮೋನನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ತಮ್ಮನಾದ ಅಂದ್ರೆಯನು ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲೆ ಬೀಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು. ಅವರು ಬೆಸ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
17 And Yeshua said to them, "Come, follow me, and I will make you into fishers of people."
೧೭ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿರಿ; ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಬೆಸ್ತರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
18 And immediately they left the nets, and followed him.
೧೮ಕೂಡಲೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಆತನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದರು.
19 And going on a little further, he saw Yaquv the son of Zabedai, and Yukhanan, his brother, who were also in the boat mending the nets.
೧೯ಯೇಸು ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಜೆಬೆದಾಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ತಮ್ಮನಾದ ಯೋಹಾನನನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡನು; ಅವರು ದೋಣಿಯೊಳಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
20 And immediately he called them, and they left their father, Zabedai, in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him.
೨೦ಅವನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಅವರನ್ನೂ ಕರೆದನು. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಜೆಬೆದಾಯನನ್ನು ಕೂಲಿಯಾಳುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ದೋಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಆತನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದರು.
21 And they went into Kepharnakhum, and immediately on the Sabbath day he entered into the synagogue and taught.
೨೧ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರು ಕಪೆರ್ನೌಮೆಂಬ ಊರಿಗೆ ಹೋದರು. ಸಬ್ಬತ್ ದಿನವಾದಾಗ ಯೇಸು ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಉಪದೇಶ ಮಾಡತೊಡಗಿದನು.
22 And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as having authority, and not as the scribes.
೨೨ಜನರು ಆತನ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಆತ್ಯಾಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟರು; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳಂತೆ ಬೋಧಿಸದೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿದ್ದವನಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
23 And just then there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he shouted,
೨೩ಆಗ ಅವರ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ದೆವ್ವಹಿಡಿದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದನು.
24 saying, "What do we have to do with you, Yeshua, Natsraya? Have you come to destroy us? I know you who you are: the Holy One of God."
೨೪ಆ ದೆವ್ವವು, “ನಜರೇತಿನ ಯೇಸುವೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ಗೊಡವೆ ನಿನಗೇಕೆ? ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದೆಯಾ? ನೀನು ಯಾರೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. ನೀನು ದೇವರಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧನು” ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿ ಹೇಳಿತು.
25 And Yeshua rebuked him, saying, "Be quiet, and come out of him."
೨೫ಯೇಸು ಅದನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ, “ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರು, ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಾ” ಎಂದನು.
26 And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying with a loud voice, came out of him.
೨೬ಆ ದೆವ್ವವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಒದ್ದಾಡಿಸಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾ, ಅವನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು.
27 And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, "What is this? A new teaching? For with authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him."
೨೭ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬೆರಗಾಗಿ, “ಇದೇನು? ಅಧಿಕಾರಸಹಿತವಾದ ಹೊಸ ಬೋಧನೆ! ಈತನು ದೆವ್ವಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಹ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಅವು ಈತನಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ!” ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
28 And at once the news of him went out everywhere into all the region of Galila and its surrounding area.
೨೮ಕೂಡಲೆ ಆತನ ಸುದ್ದಿಯು ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ಸೀಮೆಯಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹಬ್ಬಿತು.
29 And immediately, when they had come out of the synagogue, they came into the house of Shimon and Andreus, with Yaquv and Yukhanan.
೨೯ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಯಾಕೋಬ ಯೋಹಾನರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸೀಮೋನ ಅಂದ್ರೆಯರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋದರು.
30 Now Shimon's mother-in-law was sick in bed with a fever, and immediately they told him about her.
೩೦ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀಮೋನನ ಅತ್ತೆ ಜ್ವರದಿಂದ ಮಲಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಆಕೆಯ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಆತನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
31 And he came and took her by the hand, and raised her up. The fever left her, and she served them.
೩೧ಆತನು ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಆಕೆಯ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲು ಜ್ವರವು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಯಿತು; ಆಕೆಯು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉಪಚಾರಮಾಡಿದಳು.
32 At evening, when the sun had set, they brought to him all who were sick, and those who were possessed by demons.
೩೨ಸಂಜೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೊತ್ತು ಮುಳುಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಜನರು ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾದವರನ್ನೂ, ದೆವ್ವಹಿಡಿದವರನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರತಂದರು.
33 And all the city was gathered together at the door.
೩೩ಊರಿನವರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿದ್ದರು.
34 And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew him.
೩೪ಆಗ ಆತನು ನಾನಾ ರೀತಿಯ ರೋಗಗಳಿಂದ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬಹು ಜನರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿ ಅನೇಕ ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ತಾನು ಇಂಥವನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಗೊಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
35 And early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there.
೩೫ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮೊಬ್ಬಿರುವಾಗ ಆತನು ಎದ್ದು ನಿರ್ಜನ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
36 And Shimon and those who were with him followed after him;
೩೬ಸೀಮೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದವರೂ ಆತನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಆತನಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದು,
37 and they found him, and told him, "Everyone is looking for you."
೩೭ಆತನನ್ನು ಕಂಡಾಗ “ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಎದುರುನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದರು.
38 And he said to them, "Let us go somewhere else into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because I came out for this reason."
೩೮ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ನಾವು ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬೇರೆ ಊರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗೋಣ; ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರಬೇಕು; ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
39 And he went into their synagogues throughout all Galila, preaching and casting out demons.
೩೯ಬಳಿಕ ಆತನು ಗಲಿಲಾಯದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುತ್ತಾ ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು.
40 And a leper came to him, begging him, and knelt down and said to him, "Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean."
೪೦ಒಬ್ಬ ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗಿಯು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಆತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಮೊಣಕಾಲೂರಿಕೊಂಡು, “ನಿನಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲೆ” ಎಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡನು.
41 And being moved with compassion, he stretched out his hand, and touched him, and said to him, "I am willing. Be cleansed."
೪೧ಯೇಸು ಕನಿಕರಪಟ್ಟು ತನ್ನ ಕೈ ಚಾಚಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿ, “ನನಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸುಂಟು; ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗು” ಅಂದನು.
42 And immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was made clean.
೪೨ಕೂಡಲೆ ಅವನ ಕುಷ್ಠವು ಹೋಗಿ, ಅವನು ಶುದ್ಧನಾದನು.
43 And he strictly warned him, and immediately sent him out,
೪೩ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಏನೂ ಹೇಳಬೇಡ ನೋಡು;
44 and said to him, "See you say nothing to anyone, but go show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing the things which Mushe commanded, for a testimony to them."
೪೪ಹೋಗಿ ಯಾಜಕನಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೈ ತೋರಿಸಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಶುದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿಮೋಶೆಯು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿರುವಂಥವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸು. ಅದು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ” ಹೇಳಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟನು.
45 But he went out, and began to proclaim it freely, and to spread about the matter, so that Yeshua could no more openly enter into a city, but was outside in desert places: and they came to him from everywhere.
೪೫ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗೂ ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಸಾರಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯೇಸು ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಬೇರೆ ಊರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲಾರದೆ ನಿರ್ಜನ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದನು. ಆದರೂ ಜನರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
