< Judges 10 >
1 After Abimelech there arose to save Israel Tola the son of Puah, the son of Dodo, a man of Issachar; and he lived in Shamir in the hill country of Ephraim.
Ie añe t’i Abimeleke, le nitroatse handrombake Israele ka t’i Tolà, ana’ i Poà, ana’ i Dodò, nte-Isakare; mpimoneñe e Samire am-bohi’ i Efraime.
2 He judged Israel twenty-three years, and died, and was buried in Shamir.
Nizaka e Israele taoñe roapolo-telo’ amby re naho nihomake vaho nalenteke e Samire ao.
3 After him arose Jair, the Gileadite; and he judged Israel twenty-two years.
Ie añe, nitroatse ka t’Iaire nte Gilade le nizaka taoñe roapolo-ro’ amby.
4 He had thirty sons who rode on thirty donkeys, and they had thirty towns, which are called Havvoth Jair to this day, which are in the land of Gilead.
Nanañ’ anadahy telo-polo re niningitse añ’ ana-borìke telo-polo, ie aman-drova telo-polo, o atao rova’ Iaire sikala henaneo; an-tane Gilade ao irezay.
5 Jair died, and was buried in Kamon.
Nivilasy t’Iaire vaho nalenteke e Kamone ao.
6 The children of Israel again did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, and served the Baals, and the Ashtaroth, and the gods of Aram, and the gods of Sidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the people of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines; and they forsook the LORD, and did not serve him.
Nanao haloloañe am-pivazohoa’ Iehovà indraike o ana’ Israeleo ie nitoroñe o Baaleo naho o Hazomangao naho o’ndrahare’ i Arameo naho o’ndrahare’ i Tsidoneo naho o ‘ndrahare’ i Moabeo naho o ‘ndraharen’ ana’ i Amoneo naho o ‘ndraharen-te-Pilistio vaho naforintse’ iareo t’Iehovà, tsy nitoroñe aze.
7 The anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the people of Ammon.
Aa le nisolebotse am’ Israele ty haviñera’ Iehovà le natolo’e am-pità’ o nte-Pilistio, vaho am-pità’ o ana’ i Amoneo.
8 And they shattered and oppressed the children of Israel that year. Eighteen years they oppressed all the children of Israel that were beyond the Jordan in the land of the Amorites, which is in Gilead.
Finorekekè’ iareo naho dinemo’ iareo taoñe folo-valo’ amby o ana’ Israeleo, toe o ana’ Israele alafe’ Iordaney an-tane’ o nte-Amoreo e Giladeo.
9 The people of Ammon passed over the Jordan to fight also against Judah, and against Benjamin, and against the house of Ephraim; so that Israel was very distressed.
Nitsaha’ o ana’ i Amoneo ka Iordaney hialy am’ Iehoda, naho amy Beniamine, naho amy anjomba’ i Efraimey, vaho vata’e nalovilovy t’Israele.
10 The children of Israel cried to the LORD, saying, "We have sinned against you, even because we have forsaken our God, and have served the Baals."
Nitoreo amy Iehovà amy zao o ana’ Israeleo, nanao ty hoe: Aman-kakeo ama’o zahay, fa niambohoa’ay t’i Andrianañahare’ay, vaho nitoroñe o Baaleo.
11 The LORD said to the children of Israel, "Did I not save you from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the people of Ammon, and from the Philistines?
Aa le hoe t’Iehovà amo ana’ Israeleo: Tsy nirombaheko amo nte-Mitsraimeo hao naho amo nte-Amoreo naho amo ana’ i Amoneo, naho amo nte-Pilistio?
12 Also the Sidonians, and Amalek, and Midian oppressed you; and you cried to me, and I saved you out of their hand.
Niforekeke’ o nte-Tsidoneo ka, naho o nte-Amalekeo, naho o nte Amoneo le nitoreova’ areo vaho rinombako am-pità’ iareo.
13 Yet you have forsaken me, and served other gods. Therefore I will save you no more.
Fe niambohoa’ areo, vaho nitoroñe ‘ndrahare ila’e; izay ty tsy andrombahako anahareo.
14 Go and cry to the gods which you have chosen; let them save you in the time of your distress."
Akia koiho o ‘ndrahare jinobo’ areoo; angao handrombaha’ iareo amo hasotria’ areoo.
15 The children of Israel said to the LORD, "We have sinned. Do to us whatever seems good to you; only deliver us, please, this day."
Le hoe o ana’ Israeleo amy Iehovà: Toe nanao hakeo zahay, ano ama’ay ze hatao’o soa; fa ehe hahao te anito.
16 They put away the foreign gods from among them, and served the LORD; and his soul was grieved with the misery of Israel.
Aa le nadò’ iareo añe o ‘ndrahare ankafankafa añivo’ iareo ao, naho nitoroñe Iehovà; vaho niferenaiña’ ty arofo’e o nte’ Israeleo amo falovilovia’eo.
17 Then the people of Ammon were gathered together, and camped in Gilead. The children of Israel assembled themselves together, and camped at Mizpah.
Kinoik’ amy zao o nte-Amoneo naho nitobe e Gilade ao. Nifanontoñe ka o ana’ Israeleo le nitobe e Mitspà ao.
18 And the people, the leaders of Gilead, said to each other, "What man is he who will begin to fight against the people of Ammon? He shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gilead."
Le hoe ty nifanaontsia’ ondatio naho o roandria’ i Giladeo: Ia mb’ arè ty hiorots’ aly amo ana’ i Amoneo? Ie ty hatao lohà’ o hene’ mpimone’ i Giladeo.
