< Galatians 5 >

1 Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Meshikha has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎤᎵᏂᎩᏛ ᏕᏥᏙᎨᏍᏗ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎾᎿᎭᏂᏕᎩᎾᏝᎥᎾ ᎨᏒ ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᏂᎦᎩᎾᏝᎥᎾ ᏂᎬᏁᎸᎢ, ᎠᎴ ᏞᏍᏗ ᏔᎵᏁ ᏥᎡᏥᎩᎳᎾᎳᏗᏍᏔᏂ ᎠᏓᎾᏢᎥᏍᎩ ᎠᎩᎳᎾᎶ.
2 Listen, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive circumcision, Meshikha will profit you nothing.
ᎬᏂᏳᏉ, ᎠᏴ ᏉᎳ ᎯᎠ ᏂᏨᏪᏎᎭ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏃ ᏱᏕᏥᎤᏍᏕᏎᎸ, ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᎥᏝ ᎪᎱᏍᏗ ᏴᎦᏰᏣᎵᏍᏕᎸᏙᏓ.
3 Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
ᎠᎴ ᏔᎵᏁ ᎢᎦᏥᏲᎢᏳᏓᏁᎭ ᎾᏂᎥ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏗᎨᏥᎤᏍᏕᏎᎸᎯ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᎾᏚᏓᎸᎥᏍᎦ ᏂᎦᏛ ᏗᎧᎿᎭᏩᏛᏍᏗ ᏂᎦᏪᏍᎬ ᎢᏳᎾᏛᏁᎰᎲᏍᏗᏱ.
4 You are alienated from Meshikha, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.
ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᎪᎱᏍᏗ ᎦᏰᏣᎵᏍᏕᎸᏙᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᏂᎦᎵᏍᏓ, ᏂᎯ ᏗᎧᎿᎭᏩᏛᏍᏗ ᎢᏣᏚᏓᎴᏍᏗᏍᎩ; ᏕᏥᏲᎯ ᎬᏩᎦᏘᏯ ᎤᏓᏙᎵᏍᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ.
5 For we, through the Rukha, by faith wait for the hope of righteousness.
ᎠᏴᏰᏃ ᎠᏓᏅᏛ ᎢᏳᏩᏂᏌᏛ ᎢᏗᎦᏘᏴ ᎤᏚᎩ ᎢᎬᏒ ᎢᎦᏚᏓᎴᏍᏙᏗᏱ ᎪᎯᏳᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ.
6 For in Meshikha Yeshua neither circumcision amounts to anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith working through love.
ᎦᎶᏁᏛᏰᏃ ᏥᏌ ᎤᏤᎵ ᏗᎧᎿᎭᏩᏛᏍᏗ ᎨᏒ ᎠᎱᏍᏕᏍᏗ ᎨᏒ ᎥᏝ ᎪᎱᏍᏗ ᎬᏙᏗ ᏱᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᎱᏍᏕᏍᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎨᏒᎢ; ᎪᎯᏳᏗᏍᎩᏂ ᎨᏒ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᏓᎨᏳᏗ ᎨᏒ ᏧᏮᏗᏗᏐ ᏚᎸᏫᏍᏓᏁᎲᎢ.
7 You were running well. Who interfered with you that you should not obey the truth?
ᎣᏏᏳ ᎢᏣᏙᎩᏯᏍᎬᎩ; ᎦᎪ ᎢᏥᏲᏍᏙᏓᏁᎴ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᏗᎨᏥᎧᎿᎭᏩᏛᏍᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᏄᎵᏍᏔᏅ ᎤᏙᎯᏳᎯ ᎨᏒᎢ?
8 This persuasion is not from him who calls you.
ᎯᎠ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎡᏥᏍᏗᏰᏔᏅᎯ ᏥᎩ ᎥᏝ ᎢᏥᏯᏅᏛ ᎤᏓᏅᏖᎸᎯ ᏱᎩ.
9 A little yeast grows through the whole lump.
ᎤᏍᏗ ᎠᎪᏙᏗ ᏂᎦᏛ ᎦᎸ ᎠᎪᏗᏍᎪᎢ.
10 I have confidence toward you in the Lord that you will think no other way. But he who troubles you will bear his judgment, whoever he is.
ᎤᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᏥᏯᎵᏍᎦᏍᏙᏗ, ᏂᎯ ᎢᏤᎲ ᎤᎬᏩᎵ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏠᏱᏉ ᎢᏳᎵᏍᏙᏗᏱ ᏕᏣᏓᏅᏛᎢ; ᎾᏍᎩᏍᎩᏂ Ꮎ ᎢᏣᏕᏯᏙᏗᏍᎩ ᎤᏍᏛᏗᏍᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ, ᎤᏁᎳᎩ ᎩᎶ ᎦᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
11 But I, brothers, if I still preach circumcision, why am I still persecuted? Then the stumbling block of the cross has been removed.
ᎠᎴ ᎠᏴ ᎢᏓᎵᏅᏟ, ᎢᏳᏃ ᎠᎱᏍᏕᏍᏗ ᎨᏒ ᎠᏏ ᏱᎦᎵᏥᏙᎲᏍᎦ, ᎦᏙᏃ ᎠᏏᏉ ᎤᏲ ᏂᎥᏋᎿᎭᏕᎦ? ᎿᎭᏉ ᎠᎲᏛ ᏂᎦᎵᏍᏗᎭ ᏗᏓᏙᏕᏍᏗᏍᎩ ᎨᏒ ᏓᏓᎿᎭᏩᏍᏛᎢ.
12 I wish that those who disturb you would cut themselves off.
ᎣᏏᏳ ᏱᏥᏰᎸᎾ ᎾᏍᏉ ᏱᏗᎨᏥᎧᎲᏒ ᎨᏣᏕᏯᏙᏗᏍᎩ ᏥᎩ.
13 For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only do not use your freedom for gain to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another.
ᏂᎯᏰᏃ, ᎢᏓᎵᏅᏟ, ᎡᏥᏯᏅᏛ ᎢᏣᏓᏤᎵ ᎢᏣᎵᏍᏙᏗᏱ; ᎠᏗᎾ ᏞᏍᏗ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏣᏓᏤᎵ ᎨᏒ ᏱᏨᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏇᏓᎵ ᎤᏚᎸᎲᎥᏍᎬ ᎢᏣᏛᏁᏗᏱ ᏥᏥᎳᏅᏓᏕᎶ ᎾᏍᎩᏯᎢ; ᎠᏓᎨᏳᏗᏍᎩᏂ ᎢᏨᏗᏍᎬ ᎣᏍᏛ ᏂᏕᏣᏓᏛᏁᎮᏍᏗ.
14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You are to love your neighbor as yourself."
ᏂᎦᎥᏰᏃ ᏗᎧᎿᎭᏩᏛᏍᏗ ᏚᎵᏁᏨ ᏌᏉᏉ ᎢᎧᏁᏨᎯ ᎠᎧᎵᎢᎭ, ᎯᎠᏉ ᎾᏍᎩ, ᎾᎥ ᎢᏗᏍᏓᏓᎳ ᎯᎨᏳᏎᏍᏗ ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᏨᏒ ᏂᏣᏓᎨᏳᏒᎢ.
15 But if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you do not consume one another.
ᎢᏳᏍᎩᏂ ᏙᏣᏓᏍᎦᎶᎨᏍᏗ ᎠᎴ ᏙᏣᏓᏯᎣᎲᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎢᏤᏯᏔᎮᏍᏗ ᏞᏍᏗ ᏥᏙᏣᏓᏛᏔᏂ.
16 But I say, walk by the Rukha, and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh.
ᎾᏍᎩᏃ ᎯᎠ ᏂᏥᏪᎭ, ᎠᏓᏅᏙᎩᎯ ᎢᏣᎢᏎᏍᏗ, ᎤᏇᏓᎵᏃ ᎤᎬᎥᏍᎬ ᎥᏝ ᏱᏂᎨᏣᏛᏁᎮᏍᏗ.
17 For the flesh lusts against the Rukha, and the Rukha against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire.
ᎤᏇᏓᎵᏰᏃ ᎤᏚᎵᏍᎬ ᏓᎦᏘᎴᎪ ᎠᏓᏅᏙ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᏓᏅᏙ ᎤᏚᎵᏍᎬ ᏓᎦᏘᎴᎪ ᎤᏇᏓᎵ; ᎾᏍᎩᏃ ᎯᎠ ᏗᎾᏓᏡᏗᏍᎩ ᏂᎦᎵᏍᏗᎭ; ᎾᏍᎩᏃ ᏂᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᎭ ᏄᏍᏛ ᎢᏣᏚᎵᏍᎬ ᎥᏝ ᏱᏅᎨᏣᏛᎦ.
18 But if you are led by the Rukha, you are not under the law.
ᎠᏓᏅᏙᏍᎩᏂ ᏱᏗᏣᏘᏂᏙᎭ, ᎥᏝ ᏗᎧᎿᎭᏩᏛᏍᏗ ᎠᎲ ᏱᎨᏣᏚᏓᎸ.
19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,

21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
ᎠᏛᏳᎨᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᏗᏓᎯᏍᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎤᏓᏴᏍᏕᏍᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᏧᏂᏴᏍᏕᏍᎩ ᏧᏂᎳᏫᎢᏍᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎠᎴ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗᏓᏂ; ᎯᎠ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎦᏳᎳ ᏂᏨᏃᏁᎭ, ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᎾᏍᏉ ᎢᏨᏃᏁᎸᎯ ᏥᎩ ᏧᏩᎫᏔᏅᏒᎢ, Ꮎ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏯᎾᏛᏁᎯ ᎥᏝ ᎤᎾᏤᎵ ᏱᏅᎦᎵᏍᏓ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎤᏤᎵᎪᎯ.
22 But the fruit of the Rukha is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
ᎠᏓᏅᏙᏍᎩᏂ ᎦᎾᏄᎪᏫᏍᎦ, ᎠᏓᎨᏳᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎤᎵᎮᎵᏍᏗ, ᏅᏩᏙᎯᏯᏛ, ᎬᏂᏗᏳ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎤᏓᏅᏘ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎣᏍᏛ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎪᎯᏳᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ,
23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
ᎤᏓᏅᏘ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎠᎵᏏᎾᎯᏍᏙᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ; ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗᏓᏂ ᏗᎦᏘᎴᎩ ᏗᎧᎿᎭᏩᏛᏍᏗ ᎥᏝ ᏯᎭ.
24 Those who belong to Meshikha have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

25 If we live by the Rukha, let us also walk by the Rukha.
ᎢᏳᏃ ᎠᏓᏅᏙᎩᎯ ᎢᏕᎮᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᏉ ᎠᏓᏅᏙ ᏕᎦᏘᏂᏒ ᎢᏓᎢᏎᏍᏗ.
26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.
