< Ezekiel 37 >

1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones.
Ọwọ́ Olúwa wà lára mi, ó sì mú mi jáde pẹ̀lú ẹ̀mí Olúwa, ó mú kí ń wà ní àárín àfonífojì; ti o kún fún àwọn egungun.
2 And he led me walk all around among them. And look, there were very many on the surface of the valley, and look, they were very dry.
Ó mú mi lọ síwájú àti sẹ́yìn láàrín wọn, èmi sì rí ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ àwọn egungun ní orí ilẹ̀ àfonífojì, àwọn egungun tí ó gbẹ gan.
3 And he said to me, "Son of man, can these bones live?" And I answered, "LORD, you know."
4 Then he said to me, "Prophesy over these bones, and tell them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.'
Nígbà náà ni ó wí fún mi pé, “Sọtẹ́lẹ̀ sí àwọn egungun kí ó sì sọ fún wọn pé, ‘Ẹ̀yin egungun gbígbẹ gbọ́ ọ̀rọ̀ Olúwa!
5 Thus says the LORD to these bones: 'Look, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live.
Èyí ni ohun tí Olúwa Olódùmarè wí fún àwọn egungun wọ̀nyí. Èmi yóò mú kí èémí wọ inú yín ẹ̀yin yóò sì wá di ààyè.
6 And I will put tendons on you, and make flesh grow on you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you will live. Then you will know that I am the LORD.'"
Èmi yóò so iṣan ara mọ́ ọn yín, Èmi yóò sì mú kí ẹran-ara wá sí ara yín, Èmi yóò sì fi awọ ara bò yín, Èmi yóò sì fi èémí sínú yín, ẹ̀yin yóò sì wà ní ààyè. Nígbà náà ẹ̀yin yóò mọ̀ pé èmi ni Olúwa.’”
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a sound, and look, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to bone.
Nítorí náà ni mo ṣe sọtẹ́lẹ̀ gẹ́gẹ́ bí a ti pa á láṣẹ fún mi. Bí mo sì ti ń sọtẹ́lẹ̀, ariwo wá, ìró tí ó kígbe sókè, àwọn egungun sì wà papọ̀, egungun sí egungun.
8 And I watched, and look, there were tendons on them, and flesh grew and skin covered them. But there was no breath in them.
Mo wò ó, iṣan ara àti ẹran-ara farahàn lára wọn, awọ ara sì bò wọ́n, ṣùgbọ́n kò sí èémí nínú wọn.
9 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and tell the breath, 'Thus says the LORD: Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these corpses, that they may live.'"
Lẹ́yìn náà ni ó sọ fún mi pé, “Sọtẹ́lẹ̀ sí èémí; sọtẹ́lẹ̀, ọmọ ènìyàn, kí ó sì sọ fún un pé, ‘Èyí yìí ni ohun tí Olúwa Olódùmarè wí: wá láti atẹ́gùn mẹ́rẹ̀ẹ̀rin, ìwọ èémí, kí ó sì mí èémí sínú àwọn tí a pa wọ̀nyí, kí wọn kí ó lè wà ní ààyè.’”
10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army.
Nítorí náà, mo sọtẹ́lẹ̀ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ó ṣe pa á láṣẹ fún mi, èémí sì wọ inú wọn; wọ́n di alààyè, wọ́n sì dìde dúró lórí ẹsẹ̀ wọn—pẹ̀lú ìhámọ́ra tí ó pọ̀.
11 Then he said to me, "Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Look, they say, 'Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are completely cut off.'
Lẹ́yìn náà ó sọ fún mi: “Ọmọ ènìyàn, àwọn egungun wọ̀nyí ni gbogbo ìdílé Israẹli. Wọ́n sọ wí pé, ‘Egungun wa ti gbẹ ìrètí wa sì ti lọ; a ti gé wa kúrò.’
12 Therefore prophesy, and tell them, 'Thus says the LORD: Look, I will open your graves and will raise you from your graves, my people. And I will bring you into the land of Israel.
Nítorí náà sọtẹ́lẹ̀, kí o sì sọ fun wọn pé, ‘Èyí yìí ni ohun tí Olúwa Olódùmarè sọ: Ẹ̀yin ènìyàn mi, Èmi yóò ṣí àwọn ibojì yín, èmi yóò sì mú yín wá si ilẹ̀ Israẹli.
13 And you will know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves and raise you up out of your graves, my people.
Ẹ̀yin o sì mọ̀ èmi ni Olúwa, nígbà tí èmi bá ti ṣí ibojì yín, ẹ̀yin ènìyàn mi, ti èmi bá si mú un yín dìde kúrò nínú ibojì yín.
14 And I will put my breath in you and you will live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you will know that I am the LORD; I have spoken it and I will do it,' says the LORD."
Èmi yóò fi èémí mi sínú yín, ẹ̀yin yóò sì yè, èmi yóò sì mú kí ẹ fi lélẹ̀ ní ilẹ̀ ẹ̀yin tìkára yín. Nígbà náà ẹ̀yin yóò mọ̀ pé Olúwa ti sọ̀rọ̀, èmi sì ti ṣe ni Olúwa wí.’”
15 And the word of the LORD came again to me, saying,
Ọ̀rọ̀ Olúwa tọ̀ mi wá:
16 "And you, son of man, take one stick and write on it, 'For Judah, and the people of Israel associated with him.' Then take another stick and write on it, 'For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and all the house of Israel associated with him.'
“Ọmọ ènìyàn, mú igi pátákó kan kí ó sì kọ̀wé sí ara rẹ̀, ‘Tí ó jẹ́ ti Juda àti ti Israẹli tí ó ní àṣepọ̀ pẹ̀lú rẹ̀.’ Lẹ́yìn náà, kí ó mú igi pátákò mìíràn kí ó sì kọ̀wé sí ara rẹ̀, ‘Tí ó jẹ́ ti tí Josẹfu (tí ó túmọ̀ sí ti Efraimu) àti gbogbo ilé Israẹli tí ó ni àṣepọ̀ pẹ̀lú rẹ̀.’
17 Then join them one to another for yourself into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.
So wọ́n papọ̀ sí ara igi kan nítorí náà wọn yóò di ọ̀kan ní ọwọ́ rẹ.
18 And when your people ask you, saying, 'Will you not tell us what these things mean?'
“Nígbà tí àwọn ara ìlú rẹ bá béèrè lọ́wọ́ rẹ pé, ‘Ṣé ìwọ kò ní sọ ohun tí èyí túmọ̀ sí fún wa?’
19 tell them, 'Thus says the LORD: "Look, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel associated with him, and I will put them on it, that is, on the stick of Judah, and make them into one stick, and they will be one in my hand."'
Sọ fún wọn pé, ‘Èyí yìí ni ohun tí Olúwa Olódùmarè wí: Èmi yóò gba igi Josẹfu—èyí tí ó wà ní ọwọ́ Efraimu—àti ti ẹ̀yà Israẹli tí ó parapọ̀ mọ́ ọn, kí ó sì só papọ̀ mọ́ igi Juda, láti sọ wọ́n di igi kan ṣoṣo, wọn yóò sì di ọ̀kan ní ọwọ́ mi.’
20 And the sticks on which you write on will be in your hand in front of them.
Gbé igi pátákó tí ó kọ nǹkan sí i sókè ní iwájú wọn,
21 "Then say to them, 'Thus says the LORD: Look, I am going to take the people of Israel from among the nations where they are gone, and will gather them from all around, and bring them into their own land.
kí ó sì sọ fún wọn pé, ‘Èyí yìí ni ohun tí Olúwa Olódùmarè wí: Èmi yóò mú Israẹli jáde kúrò ní àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè tí wọ́n ti lọ. Èmi yóò ṣà wọ́n jọ pọ̀ láti gbogbo agbègbè, èmi yóò sì mú wọn padà sí ilẹ̀ ara wọn.
22 And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel, and one king will rule over them, and they will no longer be two nations, and no longer be divided into two kingdoms.
Èmi yóò ṣe wọ́n ní orílẹ̀-èdè kan ní ilẹ̀ náà, ní orí òkè Israẹli, ọba kan ni yóò wà lórí gbogbo wọn, wọn kì yóò sì jẹ́ orílẹ̀-èdè méjì mọ́, tàbí kí a pín wọn sí ìjọba méjì.
23 And they will no longer defile themselves with their idols, or with their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions. But I will save them from all their unfaithfulness in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. And will they be my people, and I will be their God.
Wọn kì yóò sì tún fi àwọn òrìṣà wọn ba ara wọn jẹ́ mọ́, tàbí ohun ìríra wọn, tàbí ohun ìrékọjá wọn: ṣùgbọ́n èmi yóò gbà wọn là kúrò nínú gbogbo ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ àgàbàgebè wọn, èmi yóò sì wẹ̀ wọn mọ́. Wọn yóò jẹ́ ènìyàn mi, Èmi yóò sì jẹ́ Ọlọ́run wọn.
24 "'"And my servant David will be king over them; and they will all have one shepherd. And they will walk in my ordinances, and observe my statutes, and do them.
“‘Dafidi ìránṣẹ́ mi ni yóò jẹ ọba lórí wọn, gbogbo wọn yóò sì ní olùṣọ àgùntàn kan. Wọn yóò sì tẹ̀lé òfin mi, wọn yóò sì ṣe àníyàn láti pa àṣẹ mi mọ́.
25 And they will live in the land that I gave to Jacob my servant, in which your fathers lived; and they and their children and their children's children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever.
Wọn yóò gbé ní ilẹ̀ tí mo fún Jakọbu ìránṣẹ́ mi, ilẹ̀ tí àwọn baba yín ń gbé. Àwọn àti àwọn ọmọ wọn àti àwọn ọmọ ọmọ wọn ni yóò máa gbé ibẹ̀ láéláé, ìránṣẹ́ mi Dafidi ni yóò jẹ́ Ọmọ-aládé wọn láéláé.
26 And I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will give to them and increase their numbers, and will set my sanctuary in their midst forever.
Èmi yóò dá májẹ̀mú àlàáfíà pẹ̀lú wọn, yóò sì jẹ́ májẹ̀mú títí ayérayé. Èmi yóò gbé wọn kalẹ̀, èmi yóò sì sọ wọ́n di púpọ̀ ní iye, èmi yóò sì gbé ilé mímọ́ mi kalẹ̀ ní àárín wọn títí láé.
27 And my dwelling place will be with them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people.
Ibùgbé mí yóò wà pẹ̀lú wọn, Èmi yóò jẹ́ Ọlọ́run wọn, wọn yóò sì jẹ́ ènìyàn mi.
28 Then the nations will know that I am the LORD who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary is in their midst forever."'"
Nígbà náà ni àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè yóò mọ̀ pé, Èmi Olúwa sọ Israẹli di mímọ́, nígbà tí ibi mímọ́ mi bá wà ní àárín wọn títí ayérayé.’”
