Ephesians 1
1 Paul, an apostle of Meshikha Yeshua through the will of God, to the saints (in Ephesus) who are faithful in Meshikha Yeshua:
Pavel apoštol Jezukristův, skrze vůli Boží, svatým, kteří jsou v Efezu, a věrným v Kristu Ježíši:
2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Yeshua Meshikha.
Milost vám a pokoj od Boha Otce našeho a Pána Jezukrista.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Yeshua Meshikha, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Meshikha;
Požehnaný Bůh a Otec Pána našeho Jezukrista, kterýž požehnal nám všelikým požehnáním duchovním v nebeských věcech v Kristu,
4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without blemish before him in love;
Jakož vyvolil nás v něm před ustanovením světa, abychom byli svatí a nepoškvrnění před oblíčejem jeho v lásce,
5 having predestined us for adoption as children through Yeshua Meshikha to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire,
Předzřídiv nás k zvolení za syny skrze Ježíše Krista pro sebe, podlé dobře libé vůle své,
6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, which he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved One,
K chvále slávy milosti své, kterouž vzácné nás učinil v tom nejmilejším.
7 in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,
V němž máme vykoupení skrze krev jeho, totiž odpuštění hříchů, podlé bohatství milosti jeho,
8 which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,
Kterouž rozhojnil k nám ve vší moudrosti a opatrnosti,
9 making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him
Oznámiv nám tajemství vůle své podlé dobré líbosti své, kterouž předuložil byl sám v sobě,
10 to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Meshikha, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, in him;
Aby v dokonání plnosti časů v jedno shromáždil všecko v Kristu, buď nebeské věci, buď zemské.
11 in whom also we were assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his will;
V kterémž i k losu připuštěni jsme, předzřízeni byvše, podlé předuložení toho, kterýž všecko působí podlé rady vůle své,
12 to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Meshikha:
Abychom tak byli k chvále slávy jeho my, kteříž jsme prvé naději měli v Kristu.
13 in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the Rukha d'Qudsha of promise,
V kterémž i vy naději máte, slyševše slovo pravdy, totiž evangelium spasení svého, skrze kteréž také, uvěřivše, znamenáni jste Duchem zaslíbení svatým,
14 who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of his glory.
Kterýž jest závdavek dědictví našeho, na vykoupení toho, což jím dobyto jest, k chvále slávy jeho.
15 For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Yeshua which is among you, and the love which you have toward all the saints,
Protož i já, slyšev o vaší víře v Pánu Ježíši, a o lásce ke všechněm svatým,
16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,
Nepřestávám díků činiti z vás, zmínku čině o vás na modlitbách svých,
17 that the God of our Lord Yeshua Meshikha, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him;
Aby Bůh Pána našeho Jezukrista, Otec slávy, dal vám Ducha moudrosti a zjevení ku poznání jeho,
18 having the eyes of your heart enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
A tak osvícené oči mysli vaší, abyste věděli, která by byla naděje povolání jeho, a jaké bohatství slávy dědictví jeho v svatých,
19 and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might
A kterak jest nesmírná velikost moci jeho k nám věřícím podlé působení mocnosti síly jeho.
20 which he worked in Meshikha, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,
Kteréž dokázal na Kristu, vzkřísiv jej z mrtvých, a posadiv na pravici své na nebesích,
21 far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. (aiōn g165)
Vysoce nade všecko knížatstvo, i mocnosti, i moci, i panstvo, i nad každé jméno, kteréž se jmenuje, netoliko v věku tomto, ale i v budoucím. (aiōn g165)
22 He put all things under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the church,
A všecko poddal pod nohy jeho, a jej dal hlavu nade všecko církvi,
23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
Kteráž jest tělo jeho, a plnost všecko ve všech naplňujícího.
