Ephesians 4
1 I therefore, a prisoner in the Lord, urge you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called,
ପ୍ରବୁନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ବଣ୍ଡିସିଂଲୋଙନ୍ ଡକୋ, ତିଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ବେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବର୍ତବେନ୍, ଏଙ୍ଗାଲେ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆମ୍ବେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଓଡ୍ଡେଲବେନ୍ ଏତ୍ତେଲେ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନାବା ।
2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love;
ଆଏଡ଼ର୍ ଲନଗଡନ୍, ଲବଡ୍ଡିନ୍ ଡ ସନଏନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଡକୋନାବା, ତର୍ଡମ୍ ଅଲ୍ଡୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ବା ।
3 being eager to keep the unity of the Rukha in the bond of peace.
ମଡ଼ିର୍ ପୁରାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଆନବ୍ଞାନେ ବାତ୍ତେ ସୟୁ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଡକୋଡାଲନ୍ ଆବରୁକ୍କୁନ୍ ଅମ୍ମେନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଏର୍ବା ଗୋୟ୍ବା ।
4 There is one body, and one Rukha, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling;
ଜେଲୁ ଡଅଙ୍ଲେନ୍ ଆବୟନ୍, ପୁରାଡ଼ାନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ଆବୟନ୍; ଆରି ଅବୟ୍ ଅରାସାନେନ୍ ତିୟ୍ଲେ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଓଡ୍ଡେଲଙ୍ଲନ୍ ।
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
ଆବୟନ୍ ପ୍ରବୁନ୍, ଆବୟନ୍ ଡର୍ନେନ୍, ଆବୟନ୍ ତବ୍ବୁବ୍ଡାନ୍ ।
6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.
ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ଜାତିମରଞ୍ଜି ଆ ଇସ୍ୱର ଡ ଆପେୟନ୍ ଆବୟନ୍, ଆନିନ୍ ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ଆ ପ୍ରବୁ, ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଡ ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ଆ ଉଗର୍ଲୋଙ୍ ଡକୋ ।
7 But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Meshikha.
କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆତ୍ରିୟ୍ତିୟ୍ଲଙ୍ଲନ୍ ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ତଙ୍ବୟ୍ ତଙ୍ବୟ୍ ତନିୟ୍ତିୟନ୍ ଞାଙ୍ଲବୋ ।
8 Therefore he says, "When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people."
କେନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ସାସ୍ତ୍ରଲୋଙନ୍ ଆଇଡିଡନ୍ ଡକୋ, “ଆଙ୍ଗା ଆନିନ୍ ତୋଣ୍ଡୋନ୍ ଜିରେନ୍, ଆନିନ୍ ସରିନ୍ ଗୋଗୋୟ୍ ବଣ୍ଡିମରଞ୍ଜି ଓରୋଙେଞ୍ଜି; ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଏର୍ଜାଡ଼ିକାନ୍ ଆ ତନିୟ୍ତିୟ୍ଜି ତିୟେଞ୍ଜି ।”
9 Now this, "He ascended," what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth?
“ଆନିନ୍ ତୋଣ୍ଡୋନ୍ ଜିରେନ୍ ।” କେନ୍ ଆଗ୍ରାମ୍ଗାମ୍ ଇନି? କେନ୍ ଆଗ୍ରାମ୍ଗାମ୍ ଆମ୍ମୁଙ୍ ଆନିନ୍ ପୁର୍ତିନ୍ ଆ ଜାୟ୍ତା ପଡ୍ଲନାୟ୍ ।
10 He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.
ତିଆସନ୍ ଆନା ପଡ୍ଲନାୟ୍, ସମ୍ପରା ପୁର୍ତିଲୋଙନ୍ ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ବନବ୍ରିଜନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ ରୁଆଙନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଆ ଆରି ତୋଣ୍ଡୋନ୍ ଜିରେନ୍ ।
11 He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
ଆନିନ୍ ମା ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଜବ୍ର ତନିୟ୍ତିୟଞ୍ଜି ତିୟ୍ଲେ ଜିରେନ୍, ଲାଙ୍ଲେନ୍ନେ ଆନାପ୍ପାୟ୍ ଞଙ୍ନେମର୍, ଆରି ଲାଙ୍ଲେନ୍ନେ ପୁର୍ବାଃତେ ବର୍ନେମର୍, ଆରି ଲାଙ୍ଲେନ୍ନେ ମନଙ୍ବରନ୍ ଆନପ୍ପୁଙ୍ବର୍ମର୍, ଲାଙ୍ଲେନ୍ନେ ପାସ୍ଟର, ଆରି ଲାଙ୍ଲେନ୍ନେ ଞନଙ୍ତିୟ୍ମର୍ ଅମ୍ମେଲେ ସେଡାଲେ ତନିୟ୍ତିୟନ୍ ତିୟେଞ୍ଜି ।
12 for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Meshikha;
ଏତ୍ତେଲ୍ଡେନ୍ ବୟ୍ଲେମରଞ୍ଜି ସେବା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ା ଲୁମ୍ଲେ ରପ୍ତିତଜି, ଆରି କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆ ଡଅଙ୍ ମରଙ୍ତେ ।
13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature person, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Meshikha;
ତିଆସନ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ଲେନ୍ ଡର୍ନେଲେନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଡ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆ ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନ୍ ଆ ଗିଆନଲୋଙ୍ ଆବମାୟ୍ନେନ୍ ଡେଡେଲଙ୍ନେତୋ, ଆରି କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆ ତନିୟ୍ତିୟ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ମରଙ୍ଡାଲେ ମୟଙ୍ମର୍ ଡେଡେଲଙ୍ନେତୋ ।
14 that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of people, by cleverness in deceitful schemes;
ତିଆସନ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେଞ୍ଜି ଆରି ପସିଜଞ୍ଜି ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଏର୍ନମ୍ମେନେନ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଆ କନଣ୍ତାୟ୍ବର୍ ଡ ଆନ୍ନା ଞନଙନ୍ ତିୟ୍ଲେ ଆବର୍ତନେଞ୍ଜି ଆ ଞନଙଞ୍ଜି ଅମ୍ଡଙ୍ଡାଲେ ବାଉଲ୍ଲି ଅଃନ୍ନେମ୍ମେନେବୋ ।
15 but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Meshikha;
ବନ୍ଡ କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଅବବ୍ଲେନ୍ ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ତିଆସନ୍ ଆଜାଡ଼ିବରନ୍ ବର୍ରନ୍ ମନଙ୍ ଏଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନେବା, ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଡନୁଙ୍ୟମନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ମରଙ୍ଲଙ୍ନେତୋ ।
16 from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.
କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆନବ୍ଞାନେ ବାତ୍ତେ ଜେଲୁ ଡଅଙ୍ କେଣ୍ଡାରଞ୍ଜି ଜୁଡ଼େତଞ୍ଜି, ଆରି ତେତ୍ତେ ଡକୋନ୍ ଆଜନୁଡ଼େଜି ବାତ୍ତେ ସମ୍ପରା ଡଅଙନ୍ ଆବୟନ୍ ଡେତଜି । ତିଆସନ୍ ଡନୁଙ୍ୟମନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଲନୁମ୍ଡାଲନ୍ ମରଙ୍ବେନ୍ତୋ ।
17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the nations also walk, in the futility of their mind,
ପ୍ରବୁନ୍ ଆଞୁମ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ଞେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବର୍ତବେନ୍, ଏର୍ଡର୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଏଙ୍ଗାଲେ ଆନିଃୟମ୍ଡମଞ୍ଜି ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ତଞ୍ଜି, ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଏତ୍ତେଲେ ଏଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ଡଙ୍ନେ,
18 being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts;
ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଆ ଉଲ୍ଲୁଜି ଆରି ଇନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଅଃଗନ୍ଲୁଡେଞ୍ଜି ତିଆସନ୍ ଆବୁଡ୍ଡିଞ୍ଜି ଲୋଙଡ୍, ଆରି ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ସଙାଜେଞ୍ଜି ।
19 who having become callous gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଅଃଗରଜେଜି, ଗରନ୍ରଜନ୍ ଆ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ା ଲୁମ୍ତଜି ଆରି ଏର୍ଜାଡ଼ିକାନ୍ ପରାନ୍ସାତ୍ତିନ୍ ଆ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାଜି ଲୁମ୍ତଜି ।
20 But you did not learn Meshikha that way;
ବନ୍ଡ କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଏନ୍ନେଲେ ଅଃଞଙ୍ଞଙ୍ଲବେନ୍ ।
21 if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Yeshua:
ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଆ ବର୍ନେନ୍ ଏଅମ୍ଡଙେନ୍, ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ ସରିନ୍ ମାୟ୍ଲନ୍ ଡକୋଡାଲନ୍ ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆଜାଡ଼ିବରଞ୍ଜି ଞନଙନ୍ ଏଞାଙେନ୍ ।
22 that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old self, that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit;
ପାପୁର୍ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନେବେଞ୍ଜି ଅମ୍ରେଙ୍ବା, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ କନଣ୍ଡାୟ୍ ପରାନ୍ସାତ୍ତିନ୍ ଆନିଃୟମ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ପୁରାଡ଼ାବେନ୍ ମୋସ୍ସାତେ ।
23 and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
ଉଗର୍ବେନ୍ ଡ ମନ୍ନବେନ୍ ରଙ୍ ଡେଏତୋ ।
24 and put on the new self, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆମୁକ୍କା ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ରଙ୍ ଡରମ୍ମଗଡନ୍ ଡ ଆଜାଡ଼ି ମନଡ଼ିରନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଗଡ଼େଲବେନ୍, ତିଆତେ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ନାବା ।
25 Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another.
ଆରି ପାତ୍ୟାବରନ୍ ଅମ୍ରେଙ୍ଲେ ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ତୟ୍ଲିସିଂମର୍ବେଞ୍ଜି ବୟନ୍ ଆଜାଡ଼ିବରନ୍ କଡାଡ଼ିନାବା, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଇନ୍ଲେନ୍ ତର୍ଡମ୍ କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆ କେଣ୍ଡାର୍ ଡଅଙ୍ଜି ।
26 "Be angry, but do not sin." Do not let the sun go down on your anger,
ବନ୍ଡ୍ରାବନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ ଇର୍ସେ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଏଲୁମ୍ଡଙ୍, ଅଣ୍ଡ୍ରଙ୍ ବୁବ୍ୟୋଙେନ୍ ବନ୍ଡ୍ରାବନ୍ ଅମ୍ରେଙ୍ବା ।
27 neither give place to the devil.
ଆରି ସନୁମନ୍ ଡରକୋନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ରୟଙନ୍ ଏତିୟ୍ଡଙ୍ ।
28 Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.
ରାଉମରନ୍ ଆରି ରାଉଡଙ୍ନେ ତଡ୍, ମନଙ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଆନମେଙନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଅର୍ଜେଏତୋ ଆରି ଡୋଲେୟ୍ମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ତନିୟନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନେତୋ ।
29 Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
ମୁକ୍କାଲୋଙ୍ବେନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ପରାନ୍ସାତ୍ତିନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ଡୁଙ୍ଡଙ୍ନାୟ୍ ତଡ୍, ଆର୍ପାୟ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଅଃବ୍ବାଡ୍ଡେଏଞ୍ଜି ଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ତଅଡ୍ଲୋଙ୍ବେନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଡୁଙ୍ନାୟ୍ତୋ, ବର୍ନେବେନ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଅମ୍ଡଙ୍ଲେ ମନଙ୍ ଗାମେତଜି ।
30 Do not grieve the Rukha d'Qudsha of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆ ମଡ଼ିର୍ ପୁରାଡ଼ାନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ତନାଣ୍ଡେ ଡିନ୍ନାଇଙନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଅବ୍ଜିଡ୍ଲେ ଡକ୍କୋଲବେନ୍, ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଡୁକ୍କନ୍ ଏତିୟ୍ଡଙ୍ ।
31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice.
ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ସାଞେଙ୍ବରଞ୍ଜି, ବନ୍ଡ୍ରାବନ୍, ଗୋଡ଼େନ୍ ଡ ନିଣ୍ଡୟ୍ବରନ୍, ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ସଙ୍ଗତ୍ତାନ୍ ଅମଙ୍ବେନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ସଙାଜେତୋ ।
32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Meshikha forgave you.
ଆରି, ତର୍ଡମ୍ ମନଙ୍ ଅଲ୍ଗିୟ୍ବା ଆରି ଲବଡ୍ଡି ଉଗର୍ ଏମ୍ମେନାବା, ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଏଙ୍ଗାଲେ କ୍ରିସ୍ଟନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ କେମାଲବେନ୍, ଏତ୍ତେଲେ ତର୍ଡମ୍ କେମାନ୍ ଅଲ୍ତିୟ୍ବା ।
